Ulasan First Hotel Malpensa

Hotel clean and tidy. Rooms big and confy bed. Breakfast good and with a lot of options sweet and savoury. No boiler in the room but vending machines on the floor level. Also tea and coffee vending machine present on the ground floor. The hotel is very near by the bus stop to go to terninal one and two. Also the hotel has a private shuittle to go to terminal one and two

Have bugs all over the floor and also we killed an insect …one night is more than enough.

Hotel ubicado cerca del aeropuerto entre las 2 terminales, tiene servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto por 5€ cosa que no está nada mal.

雖然説是機場酒店，但是他距離國際航班大樓走路還要走45分鐘，我們都走到暈了。可以坐酒店車，每一趟5歐元，開車5分鐘左右。附近什麼都沒有，有一家評分不錯的餐廳可以吃飯，但是都很多人。我剛剛到的時候，前台兩個都衹顧自己聊天，完全無視我們的進來，直到我一直盯着他們差不多1分鐘以後他才問我。也懶得理他們。完全被騙了，不會再過去。

不錯房間乾淨，早餐也很好，離機場近，裏面很乾凈，床也很多，不軟，下次還會訂購的，這個價格還是可以，推薦

Servizio pessimo. Siamo arrivati alle 22, il ristorante era già chiuso e l hotel, essendo valutato 4 stelle, non aveva all'interno un bar o un dinner space per i clienti che arrivano dall' aeroporto in tardo orario.

離MXP有點距離，需要打車（14.5歐的最低消費）或坐酒店的接駁車5歐（凌晨四點前10歐），酒店挺安靜。如果去室內玩，住在機場邊上就好了，這樣進市區坐火車更方便。

Comodo per partire dal terminale 1

Questo hotel è assolutamente da consigliare, nessun commento negativo. Ottimo anche il ristorante pizzeria che non fa parte dell'hotel. Colazione semplice ma decisamente ok.

Aspettative soddisfatte

Very convenient. Close to Malpensa airport. Staff was friendly and efficient. Very accommodating for travelers with dogs.

Property was clean and nice but the employees would not let me and my kids share just 1 room for an early morning flight the next day. we were made to purchase a second room so each person had a bed all my kids are under the age of 9. Other than that scam beautiful place just not very family friendly.

This hotel is a very good choice for those who need to have easy access to the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel's condition is very good. The staff is polite and helpful. And there is a shuttle bus service to Malpensa airport (5-minute drive).

Here is not so far from airport but bad taxi request 50 euro. Then please ask hotel picking up by hotel.
