Sangat bersih dan tenang! Tempat mandi awam juga hebat! Saya cadangkan untuk mereka yang mempunyai penerbangan awal! Mereka juga mempunyai perkhidmatan penginapan setiap jam.

Good location. Only it can be a bit noisy depending your neighbours as it’s only one curtain to bliss your ‘cabin’ The toilet & shower rooms are clean. I can recommend the place!

I cannot sleep well. Although most of the guests are well-behaved, there are some sudden "pop" sounds created when people open or close the roller shutters. I was kept being waken up by those sudden 'pop' sound the whole night.

Excellent facility , I comfortable bed , clean and easy to catch the next easy morning flight . I highly recommend for anyone also arriving very late and I suggest to make a reservation in advance as it does get full sometimes .

The staff is friendly, and I am satisfied with the facilities and the environment. The hotel's location is very convenient for accessing the airport and the JR Station.

An option for solo traveler’s arriving late or leaving early at Kansai airport. Have restaurant and convenient store nearby. With large communal bath available. Some guests make noises when opening or closing the cabin shades, which was quite annoying🤬

As my first experience of a capsule hotel, I really wanted to like this place. Having an early flight and this being on the doorstep of the terminal, I had high hopes and couldn't wait to get some rest before my flight. My experience started well, with the staff being incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room and washrooms are stocked with everything you might need during your stay, but that's where it stops. I booked a First Class room so I could keep my case with me and had more than enough space, but it was dirty. The floor, table, curtain, TV etc had a thick layer of dust and other people's hair and looked awful. The bed sheets are thin, a bit damp and I was cold during the night, despite turning my own AC off. I was also woken up by some loud, impolite guests in the middle of the night. The worst part was the shower, it was so mouldy and unclean I didn't want to be in there at all, and even the ceiling was covered in dust etc from the extractor fans. The WiFi is also slow. I will definitely not be staying again and wished I'd booked elsewhere.

Very convenient place to stay! Affordable but with a lot of amenities and comforts

It's so convenient with the location right next to the airport. A bonus is the big bathtub where you can soak to get rid of the tiredness of journey and relax. The staff is always polite and helpful. The facility is always clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at First Cabin Kansai Airport, and I was overall very impressed with the experience. I booked a first-class cabin for a night due to having an early departing flight the next day. The first-class cabin was spacious enough for me to move around comfortably, and the bed was very comfortable. I was able to get a good night's sleep before my flight. The cabin also had a TV, a small desk, and a storage area for my luggage. First Cabin Kansai Airport location is incredibly convenient for travelers with early flights. I was able to walk to my gate in just a few minutes.

Nice place to stay if you’re taking morning flight and to travel with peace of mind. The foods around the place is at the acceptable price range.

Strategic location, just a few minutes walk from KIX terminal 1 2F. Rooms are clean, amenities are very complete.

Convenient for travellers flying at odd hours from Osaka KIX.

hotel is convenient for layovers. Had a late checkin around mid night but woke up a bit late for 10am morning checkout, the front desk lady was giving me a pretty mean attitude for that.
