Great location next to lovely park with good restaurants and cocktail bars . free and easy parking. We had a basement suite which was spacious and clean. Staff were polite . We didn’t use the pool but it looked nice and breakfast was varied. Overall very good value and perfect for a night or two

Everything about Mirivili is perfect. Every staff member is kind & caring. The location is close to my dr visits in a safe & quiet neighborhood. The WiFi works great & the breakfast is delicious. I have stayed here 3 times now (June 2023, Oct 2023, & Jan 2024). Thank you for your amazing hospitality. From the front desk, to the kitchen, to the cleaning staff. Everyone is amazing.

The Kefalari is located in a very nice neighborhood with cute shops and nice restaurants. They offered us a breakfast box due to no restaurants serving breakfast in the neighborhood. We had to leave at 2:30 am for a flight, so missed out on that but they had Nespresso pods available as well as water. The rooms are beautiful and have great amenities but the carpet needs replacing. I believe they are in the midst of renovations. There is a small elevator and also cookies, coffee and bottled water in the lobby.

Porpreté de la chambre : Excellent Propreté dans les couloires : Moyen (table basse près des canapès : pleins de poussières/ ascendeurs pas très propre / distributeur gel : sale) Room service : ils ne reviennent pas chercher les assiettes (2 plats sont retser sur une table dans le couloir pendant 2 jours et peut-être plus si je n'avais pas avertit la réception et lorsque que je suis partie un assiette trainait toujours sur l'appui de fenêtre) Piscine: propre mais apparement aussi accessible aux personnes ne séjournant pas à l'hôtel --＞ résultat nous avons pu en profiter que le 1er et dernier jour car pas de places) Restaurant à la carte : bon mais service très lent / et certains membres du personnel pas très souriant)

Let’s go in order: - Completely absent attention to the client. Staff is unprepared and bothered by anything you might ask them. - The carpets in the halls were filthy with multiple stains - The room was not clean, I found multiple hair on the chair close to the desk and on the towels in the bathroom as well as dust all around the room - I checked the bed and it was not dirty thankfully. Nevertheless it was incredibly uncomfortable and I could feel all the metal springs - I went to breakfast the first morning and the service was completely absent, no one greeted me in any way or asked what I wanted to drink for example (there are no coffee machines to make a cappuccino/tea/espresso/etc on your own so I would expect that someone asks me) - On the second day I went again for breakfast and took an orange juice from the dispenser; I saw something dark floating in the dispenser, but did not pay attention to it until I noticed it in my glass and took a closer look - it was a worm (!!!). I told the waitress and she came back to me sayin that it was a dark piece of apple (…) - I left it there because I did not want to discuss, but please check the pictures and let me know. Also, it was orange juice so not sure how the apple thingy ended up there. Overall I have no idea how they got 5 stars, but this place should just close. Everything about it was unacceptable and unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and never go to this place.

The apartment is very big enough for 5 people which has kitchen. We drove a car and could park inside. The owner is nice and would contact you for arranging check-in. It is a value-for-money choice if you have a car.
