The hotel is located right near the main shopping area and close to many interesting sites. Public transportation is a few minutes away as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was nice. The breakfast was good and there is a waffle bar available in the evenings. The street is very busy and loud so if you want some quiet you have to close the window (if you're on the street side) but once the window is closed the room is silent. Very good value for the money, I definitely recommend it.

Cozy hotel with friendly personnel, and an okay single room. It wasn’t large, but it was clean. More than good enough for the two nights I stayed there. But it was in need of maintenance though: the doors and such were quite badly damaged. I’ve added breakfast to my booking, and this was really good! Lots to choose from, and delicious. One complaint: the rooms facing the street are not soundproofed enough in my opinion, too much of the noise of the quite busy road outside came in😕 Would stay again though, and I heard the double rooms are less noisy as these don’t face the street.

We arrived around midnight to find no one at the reception. After waiting outside, some fellow guests eventually let us in. The self-check-in kiosk required a booking number that we only received after contacting customer service, who took about an hour to respond. Although we finally received assistance, we couldn't locate our assigned room and were offered a substitute of lower quality. We were assured that the correct room would be provided the next day when staff were available. However, the following day, we were unable to switch back to our original room and were instructed to stay in the alternative room for the remainder of our stay

This is a great place to stay if you are having a child-focused holiday. Its also a cool place for adults too. The bunk beds are great. The rooms are dark at night which is great because the sun never goes down in the summer. The breakfast was amazing—one of the best breakfasts I've had anywhere in the world. The bathrooms are spacious. The hotel is really new. The attention to detail in all aspects of decor and thoughtfulness of what makes a good customer experience have been considered. It connects to the theme park which is easy and great. The rooftop bar is cool. I would staff there again and recommend it to anyone. The only thing that could have been better would be a spot to drop luggage, there is no easy car access to the front door.

We stayed at Jacy’z from the 22/6-26/6. We arrived to the hotel and went to the 17th floor where we were staying at JQ, and was lucky to get our room 2 hours earlier. But.. the room wasn’t quite “ready” when we got it. There was missing a robe, and there was dust visible on the floor.. We payed extra to upgrade our room to a medium room at JQ, because we thought it would be more luxurious.. The room was nice, but we only got our bed done 1 time at our whole stay??? The one time fixing our bed, they didn’t even take our trash out or clean the rest of the hotel room nor our bathroom..? We also got a drink at their JQ lounge. The surroundings were very cozy and nice, but the 3 employees/bartenders were hanging in the seats at the bar, and making fun with each other/laughing and whispering as if they were talking about us guests… very unprofessional. On Sunday the 23/6 we booked an afternoon spa session at Pachanga Pool Club (from 16-19), and it was NOT worth the money. Again, the surroundings were nice, but there was toooo many people. Because of the many people, there wasn’t a seat for everyone and the pools were crowded. We were very sad that we spend our anniversary there… We also tried their restaurant Gogogaga at the 26th floor, where we got the Korean Bbq style dinner, and it was very good. We also got breakfast every morning at Archie’s which had many options. To sum up, the surroundings at Jacyz and the food was very good, but everything else didn’t meet with our expectations. We’re sad we spend our money on this hotel, when we could get the same experience at a cheaper.

The room was clean and had an iron, kettle and fridge. The “double” bed upstairs was two single beds shoved together. Not worth paying for a third person as it was a sofa bed- which pulled out extremely low down so they basically slept on the floor. They also had a very hard section so was not very comfy. It cost us an extra 85 pounds for this- which was not worth it! Overall, it was a good stay as there is a swimming pool (limited opening hours though), they let you leave your bags at reception and the views are greta
