酒店位置去Dadeland商場不是太遠，步行能到達。工作人員很友好。酒店一部分在裝修，老房間有些舊了。下次到Dadeland，還住這家Aloft。

This hotel should be very inviting, a beautiful property, good location, great pool and good rooms. That being said the hotel has miles to improve on service including their front of house team and the front desk agents. Mariah (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) is rude, dismissive, and lacks any sort of general customer service skills and not someone you want representing your brand at the front desk. She lacks any loyalty awareness, and has no care in the world if you express any concerns about your stay or experience to her. Really ruins your experience when you get treated by the face of the brand like that on your first experience as you walk in the hotel. After reading many reviews on the property it seems like the response of the hotels is that of, let’s defend ourselves and not addresses anyones concerns so I don’t expect much from the management to try and fix anything. On a side note, hotels have guaranteed check in times however traditionally one may show up before this time and can usually check in if their room is ready or wait for a room to be prepared. This hotel decides in an absurd fashion that even if your room is ready they have a $30 early check in fee. Penny pinching at its finest when you pay hundreds of dollars for your stay. This hotel has a long way to go in terms of learning how to appreciate its customers and train their employees with basics of customer service. Marriott is the way to go. Bonvoy loyalty matters to all of Marriott’s brands and service makes you feel welcome in their property not like you’re a burden for being their like this property does.

For the price you pay, they give you as little as possible. No place to park to check in. Parking is not free...you must pay $25 a day for valet. Plastic cups similar to Motel 6 in room. No clock. No phone to call front desk. Continental breakfast was NOT included. No list of cable TV stations. No suggested restaurants. Paper coffee cups. Outdated bathroom. I'm sorry, but there are other hotel chains that will not nickel and dime you like this and will sell you a room at half the price. In other words, a big rip off. Avoid if possible.

We booked two rooms and stayed few nights in this hotel. We were assisted by Mr Juan A, who, together with Ms Luciana T, ensured that everything is great! Mr Juan responded promptly and clearly to every single of our messages regarding to the hotel, and he helped us with transportation. Rooms: Both rooms were spacious and had a specific design. We stayed on one of the upper floors. It was silent and the bed was confortable. In the room you have 4 pillows, 2 armchairs or a sofa, table, kettle (coffee and tea), mini fridge, etc. and big windows (I believe it is a good room to work too). Barroom: A big shower with 2 options for running the water. It would be great if they would add one more hanger in the bathroom, since there is only one in the room for two. However, you can hang your clothes in the wardrobe in the room. They left us a toothbrush, a toothpaste, a mouthwash, a soap, and other small things. There is also a body shower gel, a shampoo and a conditioner (good ones!). Area of the hotel: There is a swimming pool, a gym and other places available to use. Breakfast: Buffet, but there are some things you can also order separately. I liked fried eggs, yogurt and fruits. Parking: Parking is available. You have to check if you have to pay additional fee for it. We never waited longer than 3-4 minutes that they bring our car in front of the hotel. Location: This depends on your needs in Miami. For us it was great because we wanted to be in the middle of everything - Miami Beach/downtown, airport and Key West (we did a day trip, I’ll share about it on YouTube). If you have a car, it is super easy to move around. There is a shopping center nearby, and also rent a car office (like 10 min walk).

Hotel tidak dapat menggantikan cadar katil yang kotor kerana ”mereka 100% telah ditempah dan OLEH ITU tidak mempunyai apa-apa.” Ini adalah kali ketiga saya menginap di hotel itu dan sekarang saya tahu perkhidmatan mereka tidak boleh dipercayai apabila diperlukan. Bawa cadar katil king anda sendiri, dsb., untuk berjaga-jaga.

Nice hotel, tasty breakfast and an exceptional Front desk especially Shaddai who was wonderful. The hotel was as described, very clean, super comfortable beds and nice facilities. Great value for money for 1 night.

Great location At Dadeland Mall - loved that you walk through the mall directly into the hotel on second floor of Macys Bar and pool area excellent- staff all extremely happy and helpful
