Apartamento bem localizado, muito perto da estação de metrô, com todas as comodidades nos arredores. Tivemos alguns imprevistos como falta de água, sem sermos avisados com antecedência. O apartamento é aparentemente limpo, mas carece de uma limpeza mais detalhada nos móveis, embaixo da cama e etc.

I have been here for 3rd time and everything is amazing here, the location is very safe for foreigners as you know Paulista district is 24hours monitoring by police. The best about here is everything walking distance not more than kilometers, restaurants and shopping mall. I recommended to every tourists that come to Brazil to stay here. Management and amenities all complete and the apartment is very clean, i give rate 9.5/10.

A localização e o preço são excelentes. A limpeza também estava ótima.
Gostaria, contudo, de fazer um aviso aos clientes de aptos estilo “apê”. Tomem cuidado com as instalações. Elas são frágeis então corre o risco de quebrar algo sem querer. Fora isso, acho o serviço provido pelo “ape” excelente.

Сами апартаменты чистые и комфортные. Есть все необходимые вещи для жизни: удобная кровать, кухня с посудой, хороший интернет. Вход в здание по идентификации лица. Заселение и чекаут дистанционные. Круглосуточная поддержка через WhatsApp. Есть прачечная с сушкой, зал для коворкинга, спортзал с оборудованием и небольшой бассейн на последнем этаже. Единственный недостаток, что апартаменты расположены на улице, где много баров и ресторанов, и ночью шумно. Закрытые окна не спасают ситуацию. Сервис предоставляет беруши, что частично помогает. Ещё на улицах много бездомных особенно вечером. Но везде дежурит полиция, в целом безопасно.

Отель отличный, расположение прекрасное (рядом супермаркеты, кафе, рестораны, популярный A Casa do Porco). В 20-30 минутах ходьбы достопримечательности (Praça da Sé, собор Сан-Паулу и т. д.). Классный спортзал. Парни на ресепшене очень дружелюбные. Из недочетов - не было фена и на балконе было грязновато. Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷

SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

MMikhail IumashevThe hotel On Melo Alves pleasantly surprised me from the very first moments of my stay. It’s a modern and very cozy accommodation option located in one of the best areas of São Paulo.
I especially liked the atmosphere — calm, comfortable, and stylish at the same time. The rooms are spacious and bright, featuring a contemporary design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The in-room kitchenette, equipped with appliances and utensils, is particularly convenient, especially for longer visits. Everything was perfectly clean and well maintained.
The location is another major advantage. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, and Avenida Paulista is within easy walking distance. The neighborhood feels safe and is very pleasant for walking around.
I would also like to highlight the staff — friendly, professional, and always ready to help. You can really feel their attention to guests and their desire to make the stay as comfortable as possible.
Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for convenience, quality, and a great location. I would gladly return again.

GGuest UserHotel is excellent, location is beautiful (near supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, popular A Casa do Porco). In 20-30 minutes walk of the sights (Praça da Sé, Cathedral of Sao Paulo, etc.). Classic gym. Guys on the resepschen are very friendly. Of the shortcomings - there was no fan and the balcony was dirty. Muito obrigada 💚🇧🇷

Fui a São Paulo para uma reunião. Tive que fazer a reserva com data de 20/05 (Check in 15h - mesmo sabendo que não estaria em SP no dia 20/05), senão não conseguiria entrar hoje cedo, 21/05. Entrei no hotel as 7h35 de hoje. Minha reunião foi as 9h25 terminando as 13h30. Minha passagem está marcada para 23h10 de 21/05/24. São 15h40 estou perambulando pelos shoppings por que tive que fazer Check out 9h quando sai para reunião, por que o horario do hotel era até as 11h.
Resumindo paguei uma diária que não dura nem 24h. Pelo menos deveria ser até as 15h.
Nesse caso, para horário de uso, NOTA ZERO.
Funcionarios ótimos. Instalações ótimas.

AAnonymous Userплюсы: жильё комфортное, очень приятный персонал, заезд 24/7, всё интуитивно понятно и удобно, хорошее постельное бельё, есть всё необходимое для проживания 1-2 человек; очень большой балкон и красивый вид. бассейн — плюс.
минусы:
1) холодная вода в кране (отсутствует горячая вода)
2) если ехать с июня по август — то очень прохладно в помещении (я был в июне)
3) дверь в душевую заклинило внезапно. она стеклянная — был риск пораниться и получить серьезную травму, кое-как вышел. был заперт внутри 15 минут.
4) обратите внимание на розетки: советую брать с собой евро - адаптеры. технику, купленную в рф, нельзя подсоединить: ищите Adaptador Schuko para tomada tipo N
важно ещё вольтаж розетки посмотреть, если там 110 то нужен трансформатор напряжения. такие вещи лучше предусмотреть заранее.
5) нет стиральной машины, но есть прачечная

DDave travel expertThis motel is hostless it means that you won't see any person who opens the door or checks you in. There is a face recognition camera on the front door that works perfectly. The only disadvantage is steps after the front door. The best thing is that there is a nice coffee shop on the opposite side of the busy road

JJezza for lifeStayed here a few weeks ago and overall it was a decent, comfortable stay. The hotel was clean, felt safe, and the location was great. They were still doing some construction in the hallways, but it wasn’t noisy during the day or at night, so it didn’t affect my sleep. Service downstairs was simple and easy.
The only minor downside is that the entrance/door is a little hard to spot at first, and the windows in my room didn’t shut properly (hopefully that’s part of what they’re fixing as renovations continue). Otherwise, good value for the area.
