I've been in Europe for half a month, and this is truly the best hotel experience I've had so far. Yesterday, when I was changing hotels, I arrived a bit early, around 11 AM, and they had a room available and let me check in early. That night, I got a fever due to my personal constitution. The next day, the hotel agreed to a 2-hour late check-out. After checking out, I was resting in the lobby, and an auntie who was cleaning saw I wasn't feeling well. She pushed two sofas together so I could lie down and rest, and I slowly started to feel better. Being sick and uncomfortable abroad is truly a fear.

I had a great weekend in Geneva, and my stay at Appart-City Genève-Vernier-Aéroport went very well. The studio we had was perfect: cozy, well-arranged, and comfortable. The location is ideal, with shops nearby and very convenient public transportation to get around the city easily. The booking process was hassle-free, everything was very straightforward. The only minor drawback was the room window: it doesn't open very easily, which makes ventilation a bit difficult and causes some odors to linger longer in the room. Other than that, everything was impeccable, and I genuinely loved my stay. I highly recommend this establishment!

The hotel is a five-minute walk from the train station. It is very convenient. The room is very private. It is a code lock. The bathroom is very large. The check-in time is after 3 pm. Don't arrive early.

Most Geneva hotels are small and old. This is new and modern. The check in process is simple, as long as it is completed online a few days in advance. The email electronic key will be sent on the same day, mobile phone control. Most of the rooms are electric devices and need to be used. The family room is small but the space is very well designed, with a lot of storage space. There is a kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and air conditioning, which is very convenient and comfortable. I like the public space on the ninth floor most. There is a kitchen, dining space, a balcony with panoramic views of Geneva, game room, laundry. Our family is very comfortable to escape the heat in this public space and eat.

This hotel apartment is perfect. It's located on the second row by the river, very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped, with a kitchen, automatic tea and coffee maker, and even a photo printer! There are two bathrooms. The service is excellent, and parking is convenient with a private underground parking garage.

The room is large and clean, the decoration is warm and appropriate, the location is extremely advantageous, and the hotel management is also very considerate. I will stay here again next time I go to Geneva. The chocolate shop across the street is so delicious!

This check-in and check-out procedures are all online, and it takes a lot of time to register online. Good location, very close to the old town, next to the Coop Department Store, there is a supermarket. The room we were arranged this time was relatively small, and the overall cleanliness was not too good. And there is no air conditioning. There are 2 large windows overlooking the square.
