Overpriced accommodation because the building is old and the bed was not propely maintained upon arrival, also very difficult to find out the room because according to the instruction the room number and floor mentioned on the key, however there was not proper information provided on the key there was too many number it was very difficult to understand especially for tourist person or any new cummers. I would like to suggest they should be allocate the one person in the building who can assist to the people . Bed was totally uncomfortable, LED was too old no smart TV, if anyone coming from any other countries so how they will be understand the Channel on TV. They should be updated the things, I'm not fully satisfied, one main thing on arrival room door was already opened. It was so strange for me and I was struggling to find out the room till 1 hour. Apart from that, location wise it was ok near to the tram, bus, and train station as well as near to the airport.

It's a nice, modern, clean hotel with an original Swiss touch. It has become our go-to hotel near Zurich Airport. The public transportation connections to downtown Zurich are excellent as well since the hotel is close to the railway station. There is also a delicious on-site restaurant. The price-performance ratio is excellent.

Everything was good 👍🏻 The Hotel is near to the airport and not too far from central station . I booked for standard room expecting the kitchen included but I upgrade for this with some more CHF , it’s a good decision for a vegetarian person so can cook whatever you want. Staff is very helpful had some issues with cattle but it was resolved quickly. Yes the room was quite cold but the bed was comfortable so didn’t realised when falls in sleep . We stayed for 3 nights staff was cleaning the rooms every day but need to wash the cushions cover and the sofa was bit stained. Rest it’s a beautiful and convenient place to stay . I will recommend and will definitely come back . Thank you

The check-in process was very convenient. We simply entered the PIN provided by the website, and it automatically gave us the room number and password. The location is also great, just about a 20-minute walk from the airport.

We had a great stay at Swiss Star California – Self Check-IN! The place was really comfortable and clean. The best part is the self check-in – super convenient, especially if you're arriving late. Everything worked smoothly, and the location was easy to find. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a hassle-free stay.

房間很不，就是床太軟，還有點短，我們二個女的還湊合。要是男的估計太小了。可以燒飯，帶廚房，衞生間也很大，有洗衣機烘乾機。廚房還有烤箱。可以去超市買來自己做飯。我們就做了好幾次，我房間還帶陽台的。還有就是交通太方便了。出門左拐直走500米就車站。推薦性價比超高的

It was a decent stay. Self check in so don’t expect for early check in that’s not possible. 10-15mins walk from Zurich HB train station. Nice location and there’s a coop supermarket ground floor.

The hotel offered a spacious room, which was a pleasant surprise. Having a fully equipped kitchen made the stay much more convenient, especially for preparing simple meals. The addition of a ceiling fan provided extra comfort, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt cozy and practical. The location was also excellent, making it easy to reach nearby attractions and restaurants. However, the biggest downside was the reception. It was not available 24 hours, and when I arrived, I had to wait for a long time with no way to contact staff immediately. This caused unnecessary frustration.
