A disappointment, the magnificent location, the environment, the common spaces in the same line, the abundant and quality breakfast, but the rooms very, very, very below expectations, a lot of noise, old, not even a bottle of water courtesy or a kettle to drink an infusion that is in any hotel, uncorked walls next to the window and dirty ... well below a hotel of the same category, I expected much more. It would not be bad to improve the quality of the rooms because the price is charged as if they were up to date
A spectacular hotel, with views and an enviable location.
The staff is very attentive and kind. We had a small mishap in the room but they solved it immediately and very quickly.
The rooms are spectacular, super clean and with very good details, the bed very comfortable.

It felt like a bit of a letdown for a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nice, but they didn't have basic things like disposable tissues, there was no trash can in the room (they have a coffee maker, but to throw away the capsules you have to go to the bathroom), no complementary water like you get in any lower quality hotel, no kits in the bathroom (like caps, hairbrushes, toothbrushes, cotton swabs, etc.). We asked for toothbrushes in the lobby and they came without toothpaste, anyway...
The room is large, comfortable and has a jacuzzi. The breakfast is very rich, and the fitness center next to it is very large and has a 50-meter swimming pool. I go swimming every morning. A hotel with excellent service and great value for money.
The room is clean and tidy, the service is very good, it is very close to the cathedral, and there are supermarkets and small shops around it, which is very convenient.

Breakfast was good.
I stayed here for 2 nights. In the second morning I had to leave here early so I thought I couldn’t have breakfast but staffs prepared my picnic breakfast. I satisfied it.
Staffs were very kind. I left my luggage in the bus. I told them about that. They called the bus office immediately and picked it up to my room. Thank you so much.

It's on the fourth floor, and Elbe is up to the third floor.
At a reasonable price, tableware, washing machine, refrigerator, gas/microwave, washing machine are available, and the room/living room/kitchen/toilet is spacious, so it was good to stay alone
