We recently stayed at [Hotel Name] and had a fantastic experience. The highlight for us was the wonderful swimming pool, which my niece absolutely loved. It was the perfect place for her to have fun and enjoy the water. We also celebrated my mom's birthday during our stay, and it turned out to be a memorable occasion. The room was spacious and fully equipped, including kitchen amenities, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a great stay, and we left with wonderful memories. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Lansen place is a new hotel and the rooms are modern and clean, but they have some very poor policies. The rooms have a comfortable bed and there's a safe, tea and coffee making facilities and a comfortable bed, but the rooms lack any storage. There's nowhere to put your luggage, no luggage rack or anywhere to hang clothes and they jave a large Smart LCD TV it is useful because they have locked up all of the controls so you can't access any of the smart tv features. I have no self restricted the volume to a maximum of 15% which is ridiculous because if you move or i'm trying to eat a pack of chips or something you can't hear the TV. I had never seen anywhere in the world we set ridiculous restrictions on the volume of the TV. There is a buffet style restaurant with prices from 2100 to 2600 peso per person. The swimming pool area overlooks the bay. Guests be warmed, to staff try and get you to sign a document with the deceitful attempt to choose only conceal the document is actually a legal waiver to remove all you legal rights and the hotel's legal responsibility from any In jury, death or theft or anything that occurs on the property, and you would be a fool to sign this. Management seem genuine and told me they'll review some.of these unacceptable practices and policies, but weather or not by do that remains to be seen. Property is modern clean and comfortable, butbthe ridiculous restrictions on the TVs and deceitful way they yey to get customers to.sihn away their legal rights is disgraceful and customers should read and be very careful what you sign for at this hotel.

The staffs are so nice and considerate. When I was ready to leave and had to wait for my booking car, they checked the car number and arranged me to stay in the lobby. When the car arrived, they quickly notified me of it.☺️ The housekeepers are responsible, it’s clean and organized after they make up the room. Don’t forget to tips them cuz they deserve. Needless to say, well amenities make me feel comfortable when I have a long stay.

We were really amazed with the place, worth the price, all we need is there. On my next vacation, I will choose this again. PERFECT! AMAZING PLACE!

The location is PRIME. Near to the biggest mall of all, MOA, to Manila Bay, government agencies like DFA and NBI, casinos like Newport, Rizal Park, and the like. The room is spacious too. All your basic needs include a washing machine, hair dryer, hot and cold shower, kitchen stuff for cooking, etc. My only suggestion is that the host would rearrange the room to make it look more modern or Instagramable, and add more esthetic household stuff and fresh plants. Replace the table as it looks old already, add more utensils, and probably new bedding. Overall, our experience was great! Love the swimming pool too. It is very spacious and clean.

The room looks simple and minimalistic. I liked it there. I was able to sleep well and get food delivery with ease. Not far from the airport too. Wifi is good too! Staff is friendly and responsive.

Loved our experience at MDR ❤️ Booked an overnight stay with my son and requested a SIMPLE surprise for him at the room, and yes, THEY MADE IT HAPPEN without confirming nor declining my request. LOVED THE INDOOR POOL because it’s only 4ft and it’s the perfect depth for him without me worrying cos I did not swim 😄 Breakfast was GREAT! We chose the continental bfast buffet but I think they have a filipino buffet also at the 4th floor. LOVED the choices too. Staff were VERY accommodating, polite and friendly. There was a power interruption at 10am until check out but it was fine.

Prime location, easy check-in, and the host is very hands-on too! Rockwell is just around the corner and you can buy all your basic needs in the grocery store on the ground floor. There are restaurants, hair and nail saloons, massage parlor, etc. The swimming pool and the kid's playground look amazing as well. Bring your own stick if you wish to play billiards! Oh, the washing machine was helpful as we stayed for a few days lol. I think the cockroach issue is a concern of the whole building because the room is clean but during the night, it seems that cockroaches are coming out from the shower drainage. They need to do a thorough pest maintenance.

We had a wonderful experienced in this unit. A posh place to stay with family. Everything is provided like a hotel. Clean and nice city view unit. Location is accessible to shops and restaurants.Host is very responsive and nice. I would definitely recommend it and will book again in the future.

Cons: • Low Water Pressure: The water pressure in the bathroom was noticeably low, which affected the shower experience. • Slow Internet Connection: The Wi-Fi connection was quite slow, which could be inconvenient for those who need reliable internet for work or streaming. Overall: Tess and Tessha Condotel is convenient for its location and has friendly staff, but it may not be the best choice for those seeking comfort and reliable amenities. If the management could improve the water pressure and Wi-Fi speed, it would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Incredible exceptional clean hotel! Friendly staff, full size brand new gym and nice swimming pool. We were looking for something walking distance to MOA but turns out it takes about 20-25mins even being so close by. I still would highly recommended this hotel especially for the price. Breakfast buffet was fabulous!

The service left much to be desired, particularly regarding communication. It was challenging to reach them using the provided contact number. However, the view from the balcony was fantastic, offering a perfect sight of the swimming pool below. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the studio was disappointing, it clearly needed a thorough cleaning. On a positive note, the villas are conveniently located within walking distance of airport terminal 3. To enhance the guest experience, it’s essential that they prioritize deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom and kitchen areas.

This is a great location for couple, very close to airport and shops, its condo units with no service, has kitchen facilities but this just didn’t want us to cook because the room will smell, good value but other hosts allow full kitchen facilities. There better around

Location is near to several establishments such as convenience store, restaurants, and salons. It’s also near the Mall of Asia which is convenient. Room is clean and smells good. Kitchen utensils, hair dryer, and other essentials are provided. I enjoyed their fast wifi and netflix. Overall, a very good option for an accommodation.

The location is good, and the service is satisfactory. The staff assisted us during check-in. However, the main issue is that I had to request basic necessities, such as glasses, plates, forks, and a pan, as none of these were provided. The unit only had a refrigerator and microwave. I had expected these items to be available, as the advertisement mentioned several amenities. Additionally, there was no TV in the unit, which was disappointing since there was no entertainment. Now, I am still waiting and coordinating with the staff regarding the security deposit, which was supposed to be refunded after check-out. A few days have passed, and there is still no update.

It’s a nice hotel. Clean and tidy. The room we got has clogged drainage though. But all in all, I’d still be back. This is our second time by the way.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Citadines Benavidez. The staff at the front desk was excellent. They were very accommodating and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The room was clean and comfortable, although there was a small stain on the bathroom floor mat. One disappointment was the hotel's policy of not allowing drinks by the pool, even if purchased from the hotel restaurant. The view from the rooftop pool was beautiful, and it would have been great to enjoy a drink while taking it in. Perhaps the hotel could consider allowing guests to bring drinks purchased on-site to the pool area. Shoutout to the concierge team! 💕

Only an overnight stay for work - comfortable room and good service overall. Unfortunately wasnt able to give me a room when I arrived early - so had to freshen up in public toilet at lobby - be great if there is a business lounge for business travellers to do that.

One of the highlights of my experience was the view. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking (and that’s coming from someone with acrophobia). Kidding aside, it was a perfect backdrop for a relaxing stay. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a clean, well-located place with stunning views and excellent security, this is definitely a place to consider. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place is excellent and is truly great value for money. The room looks great, is appropriately sized and has everything you need - bath products, hair dryer, clothes iron, cookware, trash segregation, and even free drinking water for your entire stay! I got a room with a fantastic view of the city and I was really pleased. Check in & out were seamless and the staff were consistently pleasant and professional. Highly recommended 👍🏻

I really loved the place , the staffs are friendly & very accommodating. Two years from now i will bring my kids for tour travel in Manila and will choose to stay in Green Residences .

The room was wide enough for two person, it's also located at a nice place with a nice view. The only thing is that they don't have tissues for their CR. Hot water in the shower doesn't work and the room is not that clean when we arrived. But for the price per night it's a fair deal.

Worth it for its price but dont expect too much when it comes to their amenities. Their pool is kinda small but its better than none. Their breakfast selection, even they only have a few, all are delicious especially the tapa. Sadly, didnt get to try their daing na bangus. Their location is inside an alley, not along the main road. But its walking distance to Robinsons Place Manila. Might consider staying again especially their rooms are already fully equipped. You can even cook.

This location of the hotel is perfect since it is walking distance to Robinson mall and near many foreign restaurants. The apartment is clean and organized but the shower area is very tight. Also there was a maintenance issue with the pool so I was only able to use the pool once in my four day stay.

I booked a 3-room condo, and it was convenient for several people to stay. It was a condo that satisfied everyone. I would like to stay there again next time.

Better service, front desk personnel are polite.The location is great, it's just a few steps away from the mall and fast food chains. The facilities are good. The unit we had has an awesome view of Manila Bay from the 49th floor. The unit is clean and well maintained, no issues encountered. They also have a better internet speed. Highly recommended for staycation or longer stay. Will be booking again at Regency Grand Suites.

The room was cleaned properly. Staff were very nice, accommodating and helpful. There was laudry shop and canteen downstairs. It was near church and other amenities.

A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect! Clean and tidy, good service, complete facilities, refrigerator, humidifier, air conditioner, slippers, toiletries, etc.! Close to residential areas and schools, average location, need to walk one kilometer to the mall! More than one kilometer away from Chinatown! There are churches and basketball courts nearby! After the sun sets, fences are erected at both ends of the street, children hold basketball games on the street, devout believers hold small outdoor gatherings, and children play in the streets

Will definitely come back!
