The most amazing hotel experience, after leaving a horrendous airbnb at 1am me and my boyfriend went to the Mecure to find a room. Leszek on the front desk was extremely welcoming and helpful in finding an affordable room for us as we are only students. The best customer service I’ve ever received, he was sympathetic to the situation we were in and gave us the best deal possible. The room was lovely and the location is perfect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is in quiet street, with good public transportation to city center. We had so called Superior room, it was very clean, with comfortable bed and good bathroom. Soap and shampoo in refillable bottles, ok towels (could be nicer). None soap bars or lotions. Little fridge (ours barely worked), microwave, tea kettle, no coffee maker. Tea bags and instant coffee in the room as well as basic dishes. Water bottles in the room as well. AC works great. Very good breakfast, staff overseeing breakfast room does not like to smile but cleans tables efficiently and quickly. We wish there was access to NETFLIX (using our own account), TV service is very poor, not much beyond bunch of TVP channels, Polsat, basic TVN - No TVN 24. Not much to do in hotel at night since there is no restaurant or bar and again TV programing is poor. I am not sure if I would choose this hotel again because of tv choices and maybe lack of restaurant.

What a great place to stay! Good location, fantastic breakfast, huge room, enormous bathroom, and a gym and a pool/spa to die for. Couldn't ask for anything more. The breakfast was a bit pricey, but the choice of food was out of this world. Also, you can get a smaller breakfast and pay three times as less. Overall though, a lovely stay.

Water cooker was broken, burned my hand on the holder, and requested to change a new one. And later, no one answered call to provide further assistance on immediate medication. Shower was a nightmare. Water changes from hot to very cold many times during a shower. It was a horrible experience and unexpected at intercontinental hotel. No free parkings during the stay. Overall, I give it a three out of ten!

Excellent location 3 minutes from the terminal. Convenient for early morning flights. However dining options are limited

My first ever time solo travelling and my first time in a hostel! I’m so glad I chose this one! The staff were excellent and really helpful! Everywhere was spotless! Bathroom was very clean and was cleaned daily! Plenty of activities that the hostel organise for people to go along to if they please! Opportunity to do free tours and museums which can be found on a big black board! Really great times and great memories made! 100% recommend

Overall the hotel is good but i think only suitable for business travellers. Their is nothing surrounding and only a small shopping mall there. Not many restaurants but there are some thai food, Japanese food and kebab restaurants

Nie wiem jak przydzielane są gwiazdki dla hoteli ale ostatnio gościłem w czterogwiazdkowym hotelu w Budapeszcie i był o 100 % gorszy niż Hotel Iskra w Radomiu. Hotel z dobra lokalizacją z zewnątrz wygląda niepozornie natomiast w środku znalazłem wszystko co potrzebne aby spędzić tam jedną noc w delegacji. Wszystko czyste, zadbane. Sympatyczna i profesjonalna obsługa. Bardzo smaczne śniadania. Polecam wszystkim. Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu w trakcie kolejnej wizyty w Radomiu

Just outside Warsaw, but relatively well connected by train, is the HIR Jozefow; an idyll on the edge of extensive forests and a small tributary of the Vistula, the Swider. A relaxing stay is guaranteed simply because of this location. In addition, the house offers many recreational opportunities, from the spa area to the golf and tennis courts and bicycle rental to a ropes course for children, which offer new varieties every day. On arrival at HIE Jozefow a room upgrade and various nicely designed amenities were waiting for us. The view from the balcony glided over the abundant trees of the hotel property, the playgrounds and sports fields as well as the golf courses. The afternoon sun, when it seemed, heated us up strongly. The beds were of high quality and provided a restful sleep. If you wanted, you could choose from the richly filled (paid) minibar or help yourself to the other cold and hot drinks provided free of charge. In the bathroom, only the ancient shower curtain, which was to be replaced by a fixed shower enclosure, disturbed. Even showering in a bathtub is probably no longer quite up to date, but practicable for sporty condition. Culinary highlights of our stay were the visits to the restaurant Luna & Sol of the hotel. The new chef knew how to create an offer that goes far beyond the level of a usual Holiday Inn, especially in the evenings; and this at a reasonable price level. Whether you helped yourself to the extensive buffet or put together an à la carte menu yourself: local, fresh products, cleverly prepared, always contributed to a successful evening. Of the leisure facilities, we once again made intensive use of the spa area during our stay. The swimming pool and the two saunas promised a varied stay almost at any time. Unfortunately, the indoor pool has only five, quite uncomfortable, because much too hard loungers (without pads), which should be exchanged for those much more comfortable loungers from the relaxation area of the spa. We would like to take this opportunity to thank two people who made our stay extremely pleasant, on behalf of the many employees we met: On the one hand, the Front Office and Reservation Manager who always had an ear for our concerns; on the other hand, the General Manager did everything in his power, to give us a feeling of well-being during our days in ”his” house. Even in its 15th year of existence, the Holiday Inn Jozefow more than lives up to its reputation as a 4-star first-class hotel. The standards that the management practices in this house should give other hotels an example of how upscale hotels should and can function despite the current, worldwide difficulties.
