The hotel's location is great, very convenient for transportation. The room was comfortable and clean. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic, making for a really good experience. The room was spotless and came with complimentary water and tea bags. The night view of the Yalu River Broken Bridge from here is beautiful. The front desk staff were truly very warm and friendly.

The front desk staff, especially the lady, was very kind and even gave us a free room upgrade. It's definitely a worthwhile stay if you're visiting Dalian. The location is convenient, not far from the city center, and the service attitude was fantastic. The hotel is also very clean, and considering the season, it offers superb value. The front desk lady was truly lovely. The bedding was spotless, and the shower had great water pressure – very refreshing and comfortable.

As soon as I entered the hotel, the handsome concierge helped me carry my luggage, showed me the way enthusiastically, and told me where to eat and where to have fun. It was very considerate and the service exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, spacious and bright, the bed was very comfortable, and the big bathtub was perfect. It was so comfortable to take a hot bath at night. I fell asleep quickly. It snowed in Fushun, and the snow scene was so beautiful. The facilities in the hotel are also very complete, with a gym and a swimming pool. I went swimming a few laps when I had nothing to do, and it felt very refreshing. The location is also good. There are shopping malls and snack streets outside, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Speaking of food, the breakfast is so rich that it makes people dazzled. There are all kinds of Chinese and Western food, especially the bread and desserts are great. The experience is very good, and the price-performance ratio is absolutely high. It is worth the money and recommended.

This is my second stay at Shangri-La, and it was just as delightful as the first! They contacted me a day in advance to discuss check-in, and even prepared a special pillow and toiletries for my child. My license plate was also pre-registered. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. Selina from Guest Relations provided warm and attentive service, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite MixC City, accessible via an underground pass, and parking is convenient. Breakfast was plentiful, and the Horizon Club offered exquisite à la carte dishes. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

When I ask to print out the invoice of 2 nights stay at the check-out desk, the person did not give me any invoice. I do not understand whether this is their regulation or not. I was expecting to receive the invoice for the 2 nights stay as usual. The reception did not even answer to my request on May 31st when she can give or not. If the person did not understand my English, then there should be a person to speak in English at least in the reception for Check-in and Check-out. That's is why I have chosen Sheraton hotel. It was no pleasant morning.

This hotel, Oli Guya, is excellent! I really like it. It's conveniently located between Shenyang Road and Beijing Street, near People's Square. The exterior has an Euro-Russian style. The rooms are incredibly clean and quiet. The duvets and sheets are pure cotton, making them super skin-friendly, comfortable, and pristine white. I absolutely love them! The night shift lady at the front desk was so kind. She was very pleasant when I asked for a small bar of soap, some bottled water, and help changing to a warmer room 302 on the third floor. When I checked out in the afternoon, the day shift lady also kindly asked if my stay was good, and I told her it was fantastic. It's a stark contrast to those hotels where staff are rude, kick guests out early at noon, and don't bother to help with any issues. This place truly treats guests like royalty – it's absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Dalian.

Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, the cleaning staff were very helpful. Service: Even in the middle of the night, the staff responded promptly. Environment: The location is excellent. You can see seagulls right outside your window in the morning. It's very convenient to eat seafood downstairs, and there's a bathhouse right across the street. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away. The road conditions downstairs are a bit busy with many parked cars, but I had no trouble finding a spot. It's very convenient for self-driving.

The hotel was incredibly quiet and spacious. It was perfect for two adults and two children, offering plenty of room and brightness. Being right above the Venetian Water Town was a huge plus – we enjoyed beautiful night views and stunning coastal scenery with blue skies and white clouds during the day. It was a truly pleasant and comfortable trip. Highly recommend this stay!

During the Chinese New Year, our family of three traveled to Shenyang and stayed at the Hotel Jen, managed by Shangri-La Group. The hotel is centrally located, right next to the subway, and offers free parking for those who drive, making access incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy. The two-bedroom, one-living room suite was perfect for families with older children. The living room was spacious and comfortable, and the walk-in closet was huge. It had a microwave, washing machine, and refrigerator, which is great for longer stays. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety. Even though there were many guests during Chinese New Year, food was replenished quickly, and the service was prompt. As southerners, my family especially loved the mini wontons, sticky corn, sausages, and various stir-fried vegetables, which were all delicious. The soy milk and congee were also quite good. This hotel offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Shenyang in the future.

Maybe the northerners have a strong personality. Such a luxurious hotel has no service. It's a pity for this store.
