We were 2 couples travelling together and we had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly greeted by Sanjeev Suri (Airport Supervisor) in the airport itself, while waiting for our luggage! Our welcome and transfer to the hotel was super comfortable in spite of having to walk a long way to get to the transfer vehicles. This was due to the airport having to handle G20 meeting participants. Excellent service was provided to us always at the club lounge by Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) and your other staff. At breakfast, your Sous Chef Regan Barua Chowdhury went the extra mile to prepare vegan pastries and other delicacies for our vegan sister. Server Dhaiaya was at her best in looking after our every need.

This hotel didn’t start off great but they soon changed my perception! The ***ager Kapil Yadav is an excellent front desk ***ager. He knows how to treat his guests and make them feel special. Ashish Dubey gave us great service at their dinning facilities. I was extremely impressed by the staff here .

ホテルに入る手前に屋台のような店が並んでおり、地元の人で賑わっています。そうしたこともあり、車（タクシー）だとちょっと入りにくいです。朝食はベジタリアンを意識した感じ（インド人が多いのかも）でベーコンやソーセージのようなものはなかったのと最後に日に今日はコーヒーはない（3泊にうち1日ですけど）といわれたのが残念でした。問題はありませんが、特段すぐれたところもないといったで、値段なりといった感じだと思います。

Good comfortable stay with family including a 1 year old kid. They've a large play area with many things to do for the kids of all ages. The food was too good and prices were not very high for the quality being served. The rooms could have been better. The one where we stayed had strong smell of cigarettes, even though they claimed all rooms are non-smoking. We tried to change rooms, but the one of the alternate rooms suggested had damp humid smell, and the other one didn't have a working ac. Front desk staff could also be more helpful/polite. Their immediate reaction on the request to get ground floor room for ease of being with a baby was a flat no, even though they had rooms available which the other staff member pointed out since she overheard.
