Very friendly and responsible staffs, always able to solve our issues and requests. Great amenties, kids love the free gifts too. Good location, walking distance to Fukushima station. Definitely will visit again, good job☺️

One of the better hotel during our Tohoku trip. We booked the triple room and it was big. Check in was easy and fast. The lobby was welcoming as well. The hotel even had free coffee throughout the day till 9pm in the evening. In the room, the coffee provided was drip coffee which was really good. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean and crisp. The family liked the spaciousness of the room. As we were driving an MPV, we couldn’t park our car within the hotel’s parking facilities but there was a public car park right opposite the hotel, just across the street. There was a Lawson convenient store located right at the doorstep of the hotel which was greatly welcomed. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location right next to the JR station. Great staff as well. Very nice view from my room.

久しぶりに宿泊しました。立地は福島駅の隣なので申し分ないですが、朝食が変更になってました。以前は、食べる必要がない、という内容でしたがチェックイン時にいろいろ選ぶようです。和食か洋食か、テイクアウトかそこで食べるか、を。和食のテイクアウトにしましたが、量がちょうどいいです。内容も以前とは格段に良くなってました。ここは、バスタブが大きいからありがたいです。窓が開くと言うことないんですが仕方ないですね。

The hotel is in front of Koriyama Station, very convenient, good location. There are Shopping Mall, convenience stores, a lot of delicious restaurants around the hotel. Hotel's coffee was delicious. The room was spacious. We had left our luggages after check out and picked up later.

5/5. Our three man group, including my father, friend and myself, stayed in the corner room on the fourth floor from around September 24th-27th. We stayed in Japan for 20 days total, visiting Osaka, Kyoto, Hakone-en, Tokyo and eventually Kōriyama and then another place in Osaka. We stayed in four hotels and one B&B during that time, and this was by far my favourite place that we stayed at throughout the entire trip. The room easily fit the three of us and was the best value we got out of a hotel by leaps and bounds. This was a fantastic place to stay and unwind after Tokyo. The location is just a six minute walk from Kōriyama Station which is fairly central to a lot of places worth sightseeing, although Koriyama itself is pretty incredible, especially if you want to escape the heat and bustle of places like Tokyo or Osaka. The reason to come here is the raw value and what you get for staying here. The staff here are very gracious and patient. They have a public bath/spa with incredible facilities, including a sauna, cold bath, lay down pools, you name it. They seemed very relaxed about tattoos; two of the people had very large and hard to sleeve tattoos. Neither of them ended up using the spa, which is honestly their loss, but they seemed fine with having them in as long as they covered them with a towel. I’m pretty terrible at the Japanese language, so at first I assumed it would cost money to use the spa, however the (incredibly nice and helpful) lady working there insisted I could go in. What I ended up getting for free was an onsen experience that I paid ~$100 Canadian for previously. For free, to reiterate, and it’s open incredibly late, with complimentary probiotic drinks/ice-cream in the morning and night respectively. The entire second floor is a marvel. They have a place just off to the side of the spa where you can pour your own beer on tap for 300 yen which is also a large manga library. You can do your laundry in there as well, set it in and go for a back, come back and get an ice cream and chill. I honestly felt like a king. I’m almost certain they had free soba at a specific time too, but never got the chance to use it. There is a massage parlour on that floor as well where you can book your times in advance which my friend got to use, and by his own words it was well worth it. There are so many good things I could say about this place, but they also went above and beyond and blew my expectations of service out of the water. During one day of sightseeing one of our group left some souvenirs inside of a taxi as we were on our way back to the train station. By the time we got back to the hotel, the staff had already been contacted by the taxi company and arranged to have the souvenirs dropped off, which we picked up on the same day. I wish I knew enough of the language to ask for more details on what exactly happened, but this one interaction cemented in my mind just how incredibly nice and just plain good the people are in Japan, and

Stayed two nights in the traditional tatami room. Nightly kaiseki (set menu) with wonderful variety of local dishes. The hotels two main features include the beautiful hotel lobby with the water flowing through and the nightly Shamisen performance. The second is their Onsen with those brave enough in winter to venture to both the outdoor Onsen, it’s well worth frozen toes

The room and bathroom look very good and clean, there was a microwave in the room Some concerns I had... There was uncomfortable smell in the bathroom, like undried. The filters of AC and humidifier were not cleaned enough, i guess. I felt it was a little bit dusty, especially in the morning. Considering the very reasonable price, it was worth staying!

以下非常識なことばかりですが、事実を（盛らずに）記載します。読んでて「そんなのでキレるなよ」とかなんにも知らない外野の勝手な感想も飛んできそうですが、そういうアナタも同じ状況になれば怒らずにはいれないはず。 ・まず、提携駐車場の場所を知らない（怒り度☆☆☆★★） 宿泊前に駐車場の場所を尋ねるも、「そこだったと思います」と気になる返答が。ん？ん？ん？提携してる駐車場なのになんで「思う」とか曖昧な説明になるわけ？？ あいまいな返答に不安を覚えつつもなんとか駐車。運良く合ってたようです。 てかホテルさんが頼りない説明をしなければ「運任せ」にならないんんだけどね^^;それが普通なんだけどね^^; ・そして勝手に部屋の種類を変えられます（怒り度★★★★★） 家族旅行での宿泊だったので大きめの部屋で予約。しかーしチェックイン時にびびびびっくり！！！全く違う種類の部屋にすげ変わっていました。 こんなふざけたホテルは泊まるのはやめようにも時間はすでに深夜。当然の権利として代わりの部屋を探させるも、家族ばらばら、それも違うフロアのシングル部屋が数部屋になるとのこと。「少し広めの部屋にさせていただいたので、、、」と言ってくるも喫煙部屋苦笑 結局せっまい、それもかなり汚いシングル部屋で家族全員避難所のような一夜を過ごしましたとさ ・上記の通りホテルさんがやることなすことすべてまともではないなので、宿泊料金についてご相談。当然の権利！ すると↓ ホテルさんからの提案（１） １３，０００円のところ、１１，４００円でいかかでしょうか →いやいやいやいや汗消費税もへってねーじゃねーか、全然たんねーじゃん！やり直し！（一度目） ホテルさんからの提案（2） では2泊分の利用額を半額、つまり一泊分でということでいかがでしょうか →いやいやいやいや汗もうこんなところ居たくないので今夜中に引き払いますので、実質一泊。それで一泊分の料金取られちゃこっち一円も得してないんすけど？汗　やり直し！！（二度目） ホテルさんからの提案（３） では今回のお題は結構です。 →いやいやいやいや汗なぜそれを最初から言わん？！常識だろ！！ホテルさんが全面的に悪いくせに返金額ケチるとか、逆オークションか笑笑 ・しかーしこれでは終わらない。返金もまともにしていただけません。 ホテルさんから「宿泊代全額お返しするので、お部屋に伺いたいです」 小生「あとで出かけるんでそんときフロント寄りますからいいっすよ」 ↓ 数時間後フロントにて 小生「お金受け取りに来たんだけど」 ホテルさん「クレジットカードでの返金になるので、クレジットカードをおもちいただけますか？」 小生「ん？ん？ん？あなたさっきの電話で現金で返すって言ってたよね？？いつから現金→クレカでの返金と変更になったわけ？？」 ホテルさん「すみません、クレカで払っていたとは把握できてなくて」 小生「こっちも返答を急かしてるわけじゃないのにそれくらい調べてから電話するのが常識じゃない？？てかそもそも現金→クレカに返金方法変わってるならその件も知らせておくべきじゃないの？？」 ホテルさん「すみません」 小生「チェックイン前の駐車場の案内から今に至るまでなにもまともに出来んのか？！このホテルは！！」 チェックアウト時は鍵を放り投げてサヨウナラ 言うまでもなく二度目はないでしょう＾＾けどホテルさんもその方がいいでしょ？クレーマーの顔二度と見なくて済むもんね？＾＾ し か し クレーマーは生まれつきクーレーまではありません。 クレーマーを生むのはまずい接客。それをご理解くださいね？？

ここはホテル名が変わり「ホテルグローバルビュー郡山」です。 朝食は他の口コミで良いコメントを多く見る通りで、品数あるバイキング形式で好感が持てます。 会津地方の郷土料理「こづゆ」にご当地グルメの「こおりやまグリーンカレー」が食べられます。県外から来た人にとってはその土地ならではの料理を堪能できるのは嬉しいですね。 グリーンカレーには「ココナッツミルクがたっぷり入った」と説明書きがあり、タイ料理みたいにクセがあるのか疑心でしたが、クセは全くなく、あっさりしていて、朝からでもガッツリ感なく食べることができます。是非とも食べておきたい一品ですね。銀鱈も美味しかったな。 他方で、エレベーターは1基しかないため、地下の大浴場、3階のフロントと朝食会場への行き来は、混雑時にはそれなりに待つことになるでしょう。また、自販機は地下、4階、9階に設置されている中、アルコール類は4階の自販機のみで種類はそれほど多くありません。ちなみにビールはアサヒスーパードライのみで、夕方時点で缶酎ハイは売り切れでした。アルコールを飲む方はアルコールを調達してからチェックインして部屋の冷蔵庫に入れておくのが良いでしょう。

We visited Sansuiso in December 2022 in the snowy weather. Four of us stayed in a suite room with private bath in Shisuitei, the new wing. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a bedroom section (with 2 ample sized western beds) that can be separated with sliding doors at night, as well as a very big tatami room where two more people can sleep on futons. The heating system was top notch with precise control, and I should mention the toilet was equipped with top-of-the-line TOTO washlet bidet with automated lid and flushing. I have multiple food allergies, including gluten (celiac disease), and my husband cannot eat eggs or dairy products. When I explained this to them when I made the reservation, they readily accommodated us, and I was thrilled that they didn’t simply skip some things, but carefully prepared special course menus to match our needs. Since my mother was going through chemotherapy, we had a private room for dinner and breakfast (plus we could add whatever we wanted from the breakfast buffet to the prepared meal). Both my mom and her friend said they felt like they had been treated to a fine restaurant for each meal. It was our first time to stay in Tsuchiyu Onsen; we stayed there for two nights when it was snowing heavily due to a big cold wave. When my mom wanted to go shrimp fishing or my husband wanted to paint kokeshi dolls, the kind okami-san (innkeeper) tactfully allowed us to take the shuttle bus to the venue and the bus came to pick us up on the way back to the inn. Bathing with a view of the snowy slope and waterfall was also wonderful. The shuttle bus from right in front of the Fukushima station is convenient, too. If an opportunity presented itself, we would love to visit Sansuiso again. 2022年12月に、雪の降っている中で福島駅からの送迎バスに乗って伺い利用させて頂きました。リニューアル後の新館である紫水亭6階の露天風呂付きスイートルームに4人で宿泊させて頂いたのですが、広々として清潔感がありとても気持ち良かったです。部屋は広く綺麗で、引き戸で仕切れるベッド部分と、布団で寝られる大きな和室があり、とても快適でした。暖房設備もよく整っており、お部屋のセクションごとに細かくコントロールできます。 私はグルテン（セリアック病）を含む複数の食品アレルギーがあり、主人も*と乳製品が食べられないのですが、予約時に説明をさせて頂いたところすんなり対応して頂き、それも何かを単に抜くというのではなく、特別にコース料理の中でそれに見合うものを丁寧にご用意して頂いたので感激しました。母が病気のため夕食は個室、朝食も個室のコース（＋バイキングで好きなものを加えることも可能）で、母も彼女の友人も「高級レストランでお食事させて頂いたようだ」と大変喜んでいました。 土湯温泉は初めてで、ちょうど大寒波で雪深い時に2泊滞在したのですが、母が経験したがっていたエビ釣りや夫が興味があったこけしの絵付けなどに行く際、ご親切な女将さんが機転を効かせて送迎バスに便乗させて下さったり、帰りにはバスがお迎えに来て下さったり、心に残るホスピタリティーに満ちたお宿でした。雪景色を見ながらのお風呂も風情があり素敵でした。福島駅からの送迎バスも便利ですし、機会がありましたら、また是非伺いたいです。

ライブで福島を訪れました。 ほんとに寝るだけだったのですがマットレスの沈み込み方が独特でした 設備そのものは古く、オートロックがなかったりしましたが、ほぼ部屋にいなかったので問題ありませんでした。 朝食バイキングは会津地方のお料理が中心だったので楽しめました。 駅からは少し歩きましたが、ライブ会場に1番近かったので助かりました。

赤ちゃんパックで利用しました。子供2人+大人1人で、丁度いいスペースだったと思います。 バスルームのカーテンから部屋干し臭がしたのが残念でした。 ランドリールームは混んでなくて使いやすかったです。 新型コロナウイルス対策のアルコールが至る所に置いてあるのはとても安心感がありました。 大人がランドリーを利用する際に子ども達は部屋内に滞在していたのですが、ルームカードを抜かないといけないのが不便でした。 ルームカードは2枚あると良かったです。

正直かなり頑張っていると思います。 アレルギー持ちの私が 喫煙部屋に泊まったからなのかもしれませんが せめて 空気清浄機はあって欲しかったです。 その他の事 に関しては全く問題ありません。 機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います

急遽福島駅周辺に用事ができ、宿泊5日前に新幹線パックで予約しました。 めぼしいホテルも残っていなかったので、駅と目的地から近く、大浴場があるという理由で選びました。 ホテルの立地は、福島駅東口から直進で徒歩5分ほど、複合ビルの8階～12階がホテルになっていて、ビジネスでもそういうタイプのところを利用したことがないので驚きました。 フロント担当の方がとてもやさしい男性で、丁寧に館内やアメニティの説明をしてくれました。 部屋は全体的に古いですが、空気清浄機も置いてあり、足りないものはフロント前から借りられるので、全く問題ありませんでした。 女性用大浴場を利用する場合には、チェックイン時にフロントで鍵を渡されます。3人くらいは一度にはいれる広さで、部屋のユニットバスよりものびのびと使え、湯船であたたまることもできたので快適でした。 チェックアウト担当の女性もとても感じがよかったです。

一見シティホテルの様相だが、安いビジネスホテルという感じで、しかも部屋がとても古く、床や壁が不潔に感じる。 部屋の広さは、窮屈に感じることの無い程度にはあるのですが、それに対してユニットバスルームが狭く、便座に腰掛けると膝前がほぼ壁でストレス。あと、シャワー水圧が弱い。 テレビがバスルームのドアの前にあるという謎のレイアウト。ドアを開けっ放しにしてトイレに座りながらとかバスタブに浸かりながらテレビを見るようにしてあるのだろうか？ そんな趣味は無いけれど….。 新しいときは綺麗だったんだろうなという気はするけれど、やれやれ、ここに連泊かという気持ちになってしまいます。 ベッドまわりに電源が無いのも不便ですし、エアコンのリモコンは取り付けが傾いてるし、元はもっと幅の広いベッドがあったんだろうなという面影を残したまま幅の狭い(1人寝るには充分ですが)ベッドに置き換えた感があります。 床と、バスルームへ上がるところのシミ汚れみたいなのが特に気持ちを下げます。

お部屋はよく清掃されており、コンセントも十分あります。食事は部屋に持ち帰れるのでレストランで食べたくない人にはありがたいです。ただ、繁華街のない側で、新幹線の出口からはキャリーを引いて歩くと10分近くかかります。そこを我慢できるならおススメです。

お風呂が大きくて、疲れが癒されました。 部屋も綺麗に、凄く気持ち良く過ごせました。 朝食もサービスで、おかずも沢山あり、最高に、美味しかったです。カレー🍛も良かったし、パン🍞🥐の種類も7種類も有り、食べきれなかったです。

This hotel is a little not near JR Koriyama station but not far from Expressway. The room is good and bed is comfy. There is also public bath to relax. The breakfast is quite good compared to other Hotel Route Inn branches. The staff is also friendly. Nice to stay.

6年ぶりに訪れました。若い従業員の皆さんが丁寧に対応してくれて、とても快適に過ごせました。 懐石料理の夕食はどれも美味しく、メインの料理だけでなく地元の食材で作られた副菜も美味しかったです。またお酒との相性もバッチリでした。 温泉は温かい湯の後、旅館自慢のぬる湯に入ると気持ち良いです。サウナも設備されており、冷たい水風呂が苦手な人もぬる湯なら安心して入れるでしょう。 サウナ内にウチワがあると、室内の熱風を循環させられると思います。また、屋外にリラックスできる椅子があると良いかもしれません。 朝ご飯も地元の*や豆腐を使った料理で、体に優しい味が1日の活力になりそうでした。 館内の落ち着きや庭園の散策も、日常の忙しなさを安らがせてくれる癒しの空間となっており、すばらしい休暇となりました。

以下非常識なことばかりですが、事実を（盛らずに）記載します。読んでて「そんなのでキレるなよ」とかなんにも知らない外野の勝手な感想も飛んできそうですが、そういうアナタも同じ状況になれば怒らずにはいれないはず。 ・まず、提携駐車場の場所を知らない（怒り度☆☆☆★★） 宿泊前に駐車場の場所を尋ねるも、「そこだったと思います」と気になる返答が。ん？ん？ん？提携してる駐車場なのになんで「思う」とか曖昧な説明になるわけ？？ あいまいな返答に不安を覚えつつもなんとか駐車。運良く合ってたようです。 てかホテルさんが頼りない説明をしなければ「運任せ」にならないんんだけどね^^;それが普通なんだけどね^^; ・そして勝手に部屋の種類を変えられます（怒り度★★★★★） 家族旅行での宿泊だったので大きめの部屋で予約。しかーしチェックイン時にびびびびっくり！！！全く違う種類の部屋にすげ変わっていました。 こんなふざけたホテルは泊まるのはやめようにも時間はすでに深夜。当然の権利として代わりの部屋を探させるも、家族ばらばら、それも違うフロアのシングル部屋が数部屋になるとのこと。「少し広めの部屋にさせていただいたので、、、」と言ってくるも喫煙部屋苦笑 結局せっまい、それもかなり汚いシングル部屋で家族全員避難所のような一夜を過ごしましたとさ ・上記の通りホテルさんがやることなすことすべてまともではないなので、宿泊料金についてご相談。当然の権利！ すると↓ ホテルさんからの提案（１） １３，０００円のところ、１１，４００円でいかかでしょうか →いやいやいやいや汗消費税もへってねーじゃねーか、全然たんねーじゃん！やり直し！（一度目） ホテルさんからの提案（2） では2泊分の利用額を半額、つまり一泊分でということでいかがでしょうか →いやいやいやいや汗もうこんなところ居たくないので今夜中に引き払いますので、実質一泊。それで一泊分の料金取られちゃこっち一円も得してないんすけど？汗　やり直し！！（二度目） ホテルさんからの提案（３） では今回のお題は結構です。 →いやいやいやいや汗なぜそれを最初から言わん？！常識だろ！！ホテルさんが全面的に悪いくせに返金額ケチるとか、逆オークションか笑笑 ・しかーしこれでは終わらない。返金もまともにしていただけません。 ホテルさんから「宿泊代全額お返しするので、お部屋に伺いたいです」 小生「あとで出かけるんでそんときフロント寄りますからいいっすよ」 ↓ 数時間後フロントにて 小生「お金受け取りに来たんだけど」 ホテルさん「クレジットカードでの返金になるので、クレジットカードをおもちいただけますか？」 小生「ん？ん？ん？あなたさっきの電話で現金で返すって言ってたよね？？いつから現金→クレカでの返金と変更になったわけ？？」 ホテルさん「すみません、クレカで払っていたとは把握できてなくて」 小生「こっちも返答を急かしてるわけじゃないのにそれくらい調べてから電話するのが常識じゃない？？てかそもそも現金→クレカに返金方法変わってるならその件も知らせておくべきじゃないの？？」 ホテルさん「すみません」 小生「チェックイン前の駐車場の案内から今に至るまでなにもまともに出来んのか？！このホテルは！！」 チェックアウト時は鍵を放り投げてサヨウナラ 言うまでもなく二度目はないでしょう＾＾けどホテルさんもその方がいいでしょ？クレーマーの顔二度と見なくて済むもんね？＾＾ し か し クレーマーは生まれつきクーレーまではありません。 クレーマーを生むのはまずい接客。それをご理解くださいね？？

いわき駅近くのホテルとしては、比較的落ち着いた雰囲気があり、安心して利用できました。 築年数はそこそこいっているはずなので、設備面の新しさを求めても無理ですが、清掃が行き届いていて清潔感は申し分なかったと思います。 チェックイン・アウトの時のフロントの方の応対も丁寧で、気持ちが良いものでした。 ロケーションとしては、いわき駅からは少し歩きますが、天気が雨でなければ気にならない距離かと思います。激近とはいきませんが、近隣にコンビニもあるので便利でした。 いわきに泊まるときの選択肢として無難なところと思います。

お盆で帰省し利用しました。 夏休み期間ということもあり、家族連れの人たちも多く見られました。 特に朝食会場で、料理や食器不足の日もあったので改善策をお願いします。 大浴場でゆっくりとお湯に浸かり、お部屋でのんびりと過ごせたので、とても満足です。フロントスタッフの方、いつ伺っても丁寧な対応と心配りで迎えて下さいます。いわき周辺でホテルも多くありますが、私は宿泊するなら、こちらのホテル一択です！

お部屋がとても清潔感があり、大浴場(ちょっと小さいですが)があり、ウェルカムドリンクも頂いて、のんびり過ごすことが出来ました。 周囲にコンビニやスーパーが無いので、部屋飲みするつもりの方は、駅周辺で買い出しされると良いと思います。すぐ近くに居酒屋さんは数件あります。 スタッフの方々も親切で、安心して過ごせました。

部屋は普通のビジネスホテルで広くないが綺麗ですね。 朝食がビッフェスタイルで、かなりリーズナブルなので朝食付か、前日申込をした方が良いと思います。また、大浴場と書かれていますが、4人ほどで満員の広さで、大きく無いですが綺麗で心地よいですね。何故？口コミが良くないのか理解しかねます。

ポストモダン風の建築から、築30年程経過しているように見受けられたが、丁寧にお手入れされてあった。古いので、小汚く見えるが清掃はされていた。狭いのが難点。冷蔵庫の上にレンジ、さらにその上にポットは危ないと思った。 スタッフは皆さんとても親切で温かく、良かった。

いわき駅から徒歩3分程。便利だが最近JRが駅直結のホテルを開業したので、今後は苦戦かも？建物は古く、部屋も狭い。大浴場はあるがそれほど大きくはない。（サウナはいい感じ）エアコンの騒音が大きかったので運転停止にしたが、季節的に問題なかった。これでは高い点はつけられないかと思いきや、朝食ビュッフェの内容が、予想を大きく上回る高得点。品数も豊富で和洋のメニューがあり、ご飯も白米と炊き込みから選べるようになっている。

JR常磐線泉駅より約２分徒歩です。 駅と路線バス亭の近くにあり、観光スポットに行くにはとてもよい立地です。 ホテル　ルートインいわき泉駅前 【西館】◇禁煙◇シングル（バス無しトイレ付）　◎朝食無料を予約し、一人でフォトグラフィハンティングのため、宿泊しました。 部屋には洗面化粧台とトイレしかついていないが、大浴場で体を洗います。 ビジネスホテルとして、使い勝手がよいです。 部屋が清潔で、コンセントも十分あり、カメラと周辺機器の充電に便利です。

申し訳ないがサラリーマンが普通に利用するビジネスホテルの感覚で申し込むとガッカリするかもしれない。 しかし、スタッフは丁寧な対応でアットホームな感じで過ごすことができたので大きな不満は感じなかった。

朝食の種類が多い訳ではないが、ネギトロや刺身等海鮮系があるのにはびっくり。しかもこれが美味しいから更にビックリ‼️朝食はかなりおすすめです。 一点残念だったのは、シャワーの水圧がちょっと弱いところかな。でもコスパを考えれば、とても良いと思います。 お風呂は近くに系列ホテルがあり、そこの大浴場を使うことが出来るみたいでした。
