Very modern hotel but with a local style to it. The room was spacious and clean, with daily amenities replacement. The onsen was large, and the included breakfast buffet was very good. There are some free cold drinks in the lobby for guests during the day, which really helps during the hot summer days. The hotel itself is a short taxi ride from the airport or a few minutes walk from Asahibashi station, as well as being right next to the main Naha bus terminal. Highly recommend this location.

Fantatstic place. The pool is clean. Have not tried the bar at night but during the day it was great. The breakie was fantastic, excellent food quality and a wide range of products for every taste. The location is the best. Bus stops to all places right outside the hotel, plenty of places to eat, walking distance to Kokusai street and of course 3 min walk to the ferry port, easy to catch a ferry to whichever island you want. Staff is super nice and speak English. I would defo visit again. P. S Rooms are small but comfy and clean.

I booked a room with a city view and I was very impressed with the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern, and the view was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the fitness center, and the free Wi-Fi. The only minor issue I had was that the coffee maker in the room was not working, but the staff quickly replaced it with a new one. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Okinawa

I like this hotel very much. This is the first time I stayed at a totally prohibited from smoking hotel, really support this hotel rules. It takes 3 minutes walk to Yuirail station and about 10 minutes ride from Naha airport. Hotel is just beside a clean and very nice view river. The breakfast is also fantastic. Strongly recommended.

Breakfast is superb with Blue Seal ice-cream. Service is not that good, unclear communications about cleaning service, no daily cleaning. The public bath is great for women but too crowded for men and not entirely clean.

I actually liked this hotel quite a lot. It's a business hotel, so it's nothing fancy, but the room was quite comfortable and spacious enough. The staff were extraordinarily friendly and helpful. There was a vending machine on my floor that sold cold beer (always useful when you check in and want to get settled into your room). I had some work to do and the desk was wide enough, the space quite comfortable and the free Internet fast. Apart from that, the location by the Naha Prefectural Office is central. At night I walked to the lively Kokusai Dori area and found a great jazz club, Parker's Mood, with live music. The next day I walked to the opposite direction, to Naha Port.

・Novotel Okinawa Naha is situated near the Shuri castle, and accessible from/to downtown by using monorail. ・There is convenience store in the reception floor, you can buy the drinks, alcohols and souvenirs at the shop. ・Employees are friendly, a male receptionist is very polite, works diligently for customers and very favorable. ・The cabin was fully renovated on 2018 and kept clean, very comfortable. ・About the breakfast, there are western, eastern and Okinawan foods, you can enjoy the various cuisines in your mood, especially I prefer the Chanpurū(local stir fry dish).

Excellent in different aspects, sea view outside the balcony, delicious breakfast, well managed hygiene and amenities, friendly staff. There’s a convenient store next to the hotel lobby, as well as some restaurants at the opposite side of the road. In general a very pleasant experience and highly recommended, especially for those who’ll drive a car in Okinawa.
