The service and attitude at the front desk are very good. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We also booked private baths at the hotel. Gotemba premium outlet is within walking distance. It's just a pity that we couldn't see the complete Mount Fuji on the day we arrived.

Our room was a moderate twin room on 3/F (facing the podium car park which means no view). The room design was good - overall the room size was small (even in tokyo standard - not any bigger) bathroom was even smaller but still provides the essentials that you need. The hotel is more a business hotel which offers everything that you need (free yakult, ice bars, hot coffee, chocolate, ramen, comics corner, and more), hotspring and footbath. Everything you can name, just go and get them/ experience yourself. I appreciated the fact that the hotel has tried to put everything together in a compact space. There are 3 areas for free car parking, each of which is not big - the nearest car park 1 adjacent to the hotel is always full after 6pm. However, there is still no need to panic as another parking area 2 is just nearby (like 2 min walk). Breakfast was just okay - mostly Japanese with limited western choice. Last entry for breakfast is 9am which is very early, making the restaurant always packed during 8-9am. For the 3 nights spent there, our family of 3 had to sit on bar table for 2 days and queue outside to wait for a table (10 mins) on the last check-out day. The waiting was not a very pleasant experience afterall. During the Christmas holiday, the restaurant has also reached its max capacity and life would have been easier for staff and guests if they could extend the breakfast hours till later like other hotels at 10:30am. We will want to try other hotels in Gotemba next time.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

改装前の大浴場は貸し切りでした。よくある使用中は札を裏返してね～ってやつ。今回リニューアルとの事で何年かぶりかに泊まってみたら利用時間は男女入れ替え制で朝と夜の二時間のみ。こちらが時間をあわせないと利用できないし、そもそも大浴場といっても小さい。ロッカーの鍵が二か所しかついてなかった。ちなみに18時過ぎに利用したけどすでに一人利用中。せいぜい3人ほどがマックスなのでやはり気を使いながらの入浴。ただその一人が出た後は少しのんびりできたので部屋風呂入るよりまマシだったと思う。朝食ビュッフェは初めて食べたけど、改装されてて綺麗だし品揃えも料金が700円のわりに良かったと思うけどマクドナルドみたいなカウンターテーブルに椅子はスツールなので軽食なら良いけどビュッフェをゆっくり楽しむって感じではありません。それと小瓶に作られた自家製プリンがあったのは嬉しかったけどデザート用の小さいスプーンがないので底まで全部食べ切れないという(笑)人宿町はオサレなcafeがあるのでそこでモーニングセットの方が良いかもです。あと部屋の窓があかないのは私的にマイナス点。結論として宿泊料金は安いのにいちおう人口温泉の大浴場？つき！？ドリンクサービスもあるしホテル自体に不快感はないので総合評価は悪いとは思わないけどやはり駅からかなり遠いのは難点。いちおう人口温泉にしてるんだから貸し切り予約制ひとり45分500円有料とかにしたほうが満足度が上がるような気がした（それなら遠くても人宿町のオサレなcafeでモーニングしたいのでまた泊まりたい）

This used to be our favorite summer spot. We'd return at least once a year, for perhaps 4-5 years in a row. However, we hadn't been back for quite a long time. This is what I learned on our most recent visit: The hotel room (I think we had a ”Hollywood Standard Twin) was quite spacious. The beds were large and comfortable, and there is a nice-sized balcony with a generous ocean view. I see some other reviews on Tripadvisor calling the rooms ”old and smelly” -- this has never, ever been my experience, not once. The room seemed exactly as it was over 10 years ago, but that's fine. The colors are soft, muted ”beach” colors and we were very comfortable. On our first night we ate at the ”Melesea” restaurant, which serves French cuisine. We chose the ”Demi portion” course, which was about 9,000 yen (about $62USD with today's exchange rate). We chose it because it wasn't as high priced as some of the other course meals and the portion sizes sounded right for us. There is no question that the ”Demi portion” course was one of the best I've ever had in my life. The chef (Mr. Ohki) is obviously a professional who really understands how to bring out the delicate flavors of any dish, and he is a master at preparing sauces. Everything that was served was outstanding. No, we didn't want to pay that much money per person, but ultimately we made the right choice. We both were extremely impressed. The above two things, plus generally good weather, added up to a good experience. Here, though, are things that you should be aware of: This is essentially a family hotel. That means if you are coming here for peace and quiet, and you make the mistake of coming on a weekend or a national holiday, you can expect lots of screaming children running with abandon down the hallways and fussing in the restaurants and everywhere else. Japanese parents tend to indulge and spoil their little ones. And forget about using the pool, since that's where parents will be staked out the first thing in the morning. If you are a parent, you might find this to be the perfect hotel. If you aren't, and you do not enjoy the boundless energy and noise of children, you will be sorry you booked a room here. So, think carefully about the dates you arrive and leave. As for prices: Although you can get a ”Tokyu Hotel” member card, and although you can find online promotions, the way the hotel makes its money is through its dinners. You are going to pay a lot for them, although there is effort put into them, so, you do feel you are having an ”experience.” But they do not come cheaply. Also, if you don't book your room with breakfast, expect to pay ¥2900 for a ”buffet breakfast.” If you are Japanese, you will love this breakfast; if not, you will find an adequate selection of items for a Western breakfast. But what if you want to go ”out to eat” at night, instead of paying between 10-20,000 yen for a meal? Good luck. Unless you have your own car (and I'd say about 90% of the customers

出張で1泊利用しました。 チェックイン時間の変更の電話対応◎ チェックインするとウエルカムドリンクがフリーで、ビールサーバーやアルコールも数種類有る。 ちょっとしたおつまみもあり、周囲にコンビニやスーパーがあまりないので有り難い。 部屋は思ったより広く、まだ新しくて清潔感もある。 アメニティも揃っていて、お風呂は男女別の浴場があるのが嬉しい。 コーヒーが夜も自由に飲めるのがとても良い。 朝食はバイキングで、種類もそこそこ有り味も美味しかった。 ビジネス利用が多いのか、それに向いた良いホテルでした。

Hotel is located next to Expressway, a bit outskirt about 30 minutes drive from Gotemba at night very quiet. Hotel however is clean and comfort, have a public bath, the buffet breakfast is cheap 1200yen per person with reasonable food quality. Hotel restaurant have clear view of Mount Fuji, offer free parking.

We were looking for functional accommodation between Kyoto and Tokyo in a non-touristic area without high expectations and we were very pleasantly surprised by what we found. Nice hotel, pleasant staff. There is an onsen in the hotel included in the price. good breakfast Plenty of parking near the hotel, quiet city.

サービスが充実していました。 12階に温泉（露天風呂、サウナあり）があり、夜と朝2回行きました。朝は富士山が見えて良かったです。 お部屋からも富士山が綺麗に見えました。 無料サービスも充実しており、ウェルカムドリンク・湯上がりアイスサービス・夜鳴きそば・湯上がり乳酸菌飲料サービスがありました。 また、お部屋の冷蔵庫にペットボトルの水とゼリーも用意されていて、更に泊まった日がホワイトデーだったのでチェックインの際にもスイーツをいただきました。 朝食も気になったのでチェックインの際、追加しました。 和洋さまざまあり、特に駿河丼が美味しかったです！ 違う地域のドーミーインも気になるので行ってみたいと思いました。

大浴場、朝食付きの条件で。 かつきれいで安価なホテルといったらここになりました。 出来て間もないこともあるのでしょう、文句無しできれいなホテルです。 お風呂と朝食会場は狭いのでタイミングを見計らいましょう。 タイミングさえよければ文字通りゆっくり寛げます。 週末泊、ホテル敷地内駐車場は19時前にはほぼ埋まる感じでしたのでこちらも注意。 ■良い点 ・新しい。きれい。 ・安価。 ・フリードリンク、アメニティバイキング。 ・敷地内駐車場無料。 ・富士山の見える屋上スペース（時間制限あり）。 ・スーパーマーケット至近。 ■悪い点 ・屋上以外からの富士山眺望は無し。 ・駅からは遠め。 ・食堂や大浴場は狭いです。 ・駐車場が早めに埋まり始める（経験上）。 ・周辺の町では遊べません（アウトレット一択か）。

夜のカレーサービスと朝食付でこのお値段はお得です。 カレーサービスは19時30分迄(2020年9月現在)となっていたので早くチェックインしてのんびりしたい人限定ですね。 築年数が経っている感じはするものの、リフォームされていてお部屋も清潔できれいでしたし、フロントのスタッフも親切でした。 朝食はバイキングでしたが、手指消毒液、使い捨て手袋、静かに食べるように掲示等対策が取られていると感じました。

Very interesting archetecture, great view of Mt. Fuji and a good price were why we choose this hotel. We arrived around 6 PM and were told we couldn't use the restaurant because we didn't have a reservation. We had to drive back to interstate about 15 minutes to find something, there is nothing at all in the hotel vicinity or even a little snack shop on site! Buses very limited. The front of the hotel was nicely painted and landscaped, but the back with patio was pretty shabby. But it did have seating outside for great fresh air. Parking was free but coming back after dinner the covered parking was all full and we had to park lower level in the rain. The room had a strange layout, a 3-mat room for a passageway (luggage drop?) and a small bedroom that one person could get out of bed on one side, but the other person had to crawl over the middle of the bed in the night to get out. In the closet were 2 hard hats?? In case Fujisan starts spewing ash? I think maybe this room was the staff's emergency room when forced to stay. The public bath was disappointingly small, so got crowded quickly. And the view? Of course it rained so no view of Mt. Fuji at all. Not in the hotel's control, but left us disenchanted... 4-star hotel. I don't think so.

Firstly, i want to state that we opted to stay at this hotel for one reason , that it’s across from the train station and to facilitate our shopping at Gotemba outlet. For that reason alone, this hotel serves its purpose. That the staff were helpful, free liquor and curry rice provided during evening hours, good selection of restaurants around, meant I gave it 4 stars. The 2 star less was because the hotel itself is very dated and old . But it’s just for a night, not an issue to me.

Après avoir aimé et arpenté de nombreuses contrées en Asie comme dans plus de 100 pays de ce vaste monde en soixante ans, j’ai vécu en cet endroit la première étape de mon second voyage au Japon trop longtemps reporté cause covid et bien trop marquant pour ne pas avoir envie d’y retourner… Professionnel du voyage, auteur de guides touristiques basé au Maroc, arrivant de Casablanca, fatigué par ce long voyage, j’ai découvert ma chambre et un élégant pyjama délicatement déposé sur un lit confortable... Un art de vivre typiquement japonais... Je n’avais plus qu’une envie m’y plonger et, comme disent les africains, de faire dormir mes yeux. Un matin plus tard, j’ai pu apprécier mon savoureux « Petit déjeuner japonais » Prestations et service, comme un exceptionnel rapport qualité/prix dans un pays dont la réputation est d’être excessivement cher ne font qu’agrémenter ce séjour.

時之栖のイルミネーションは毎年２回は行っていますが、今年は東京に用事があったので車利用で帰り道に宿泊しました。２食付きで宿泊しましたが、夕朝食とも8階で朝食時には富士山が綺麗に見えていました。夕食はすし定食でしたが、疲れていたので美味しく頂けました。部屋はツインを予約しましたが部屋に着いた時には真っ暗でイルミネーションだけ見えていましたが、翌朝は部屋から富士山が大きく見えてびっくりしました。気楽坊の入浴券も頂きましたが、時間の関係で利用しませんでした。また機会があれば利用して明るいうちに富士山を眺めたいです。

富士スピードウェイでのSUPERGT開催時に宿泊。レース関係者の方も多く宿泊されているようで、正面の駐車場は18時前には満車になってました。 部屋は富士山側のツインルームを利用しましたが、富士山がとても綺麗でした。 設備としては枕元にコンセントがあるのもうれしいです。 水回りは若干古さを感じましたが、個人的にはそこまで気にはなりませんでした。 フロントの従業員の方の対応も丁寧でよかったです。

Very nice hotel, good breakfast, best location in town great stay.

Nice family hotel and centrally located opposite the train station with many restaurants choices. Checkin was a breeze and room was clean and spacious. Breakfast that came with the hotel stay was excellent with many choices and sufficient refills. Carpark was chargeable at 1200y per night at the next building and walking to carpark can be cumbersome for some during bad weather. Highly recommended place for those looking for accommodation in this part of the city or exploring the city.

電話でお借りしたいものがあると伝えたところ、事前予約はできないのでチェックイン時に申請してくれと言われたが、部屋にチェックイン前に入れてくださっていてありがたかったです。 部屋には500ミリのお水があり、ポットを沸かすように用意されていました。 男性用女性用の化粧品がフロントにあり、もらえます。 女性用はクレンジング、化粧水、エッセンスクリーム、洗顔フォームがあり充実しています。 近くにコンビニがあり、安心感がありました。 トイレはしょうがないのですがドアと近く、頭を取っ手にぶつけてたんこぶができたのは、よい思い出です笑 アラームはモーニングコールではなく、ベッド頭の時計でできます。 朝食は、カレーが盛り放題です。 コーヒーは和洋食どちらも飲み放題でした。 もりだくさんなおかずで、おいしかったです。 また、とまりにいきたい!

The hotel staff were very nice to direct us to the carpark that we could park at. They were able to communicate in English. Beds were comfy. Room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there. Carpark charges is at 1100 yen. Quite affordable.

コロナの影響で朝食がテイクアウト方式に変更になりました。 和食と洋食から選べますが、やや量が少ないように感じたので、1階にあるセブンイレブンでサンドイッチを買ってきました。 水栓はサーモスタット式混合栓なので、使いやすかったです。

衛生的で良いビジネスホテルでした。駅までは少し歩くと屋根付きの歩道があるので雨でしたが、あまり濡れずに食事をしにでかけられました。 部屋には無料の水とお茶パックが用意されていましたが、コーヒーは無かったので持参するべきでした。 アメニティグッズはフロントに用意してあり、入浴剤もいただけました。 ありがちですが、ダブルベッドの部屋で片側が壁で隙間がないのでそちらに寝ると足元までいざってから降りないといけないので大変です。

시즈오카에서 주차장이 넓은 호텔을 찾다 예약했어요! 역에서는 거리가 조금 있지만, 후지산 쪽 도시와 시즈오카역 사이에 있어서 시즈오카역 렌트 대여&반납이 정말 편했습니다ㅎㅎ 호텔이 IC 근처에 있어 시내처럼 주변 시설이 화려하진 않았지만 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 편의점도 있고, 바로 옆에 스키야(규동 체인점)도 있어서 늦게 들어가도 무리는 없었습니다. 특히 호텔 내 목욕탕이 있고 객실이 비교적 넓은 편이라 정말 쾌적하게 쉬다 왔어요. 카운터의 직원분들도 친절해서 다음에도 가고 싶습니다!

가격대비 가성비는 좋습니다…..아침밥포함…..해피아워에 술한잔 무료제공~사우나 있으니 베스트입니다. 딱 거기까지 가성비인 호텔이에요^^ 직원들이 매우 친절하세요~~ 밥은 약간 배식 같고해서 전 좀 아쉽더라고요!!

The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

I recommend this hotel for business trip. restrain and shops are not available most time ,however they are not necessary for business person.

駅近くで1階にコンビニあり。繁華街にも歩いて直ぐで立地には問題なし。従業員の方の応対も好印象。清潔感あり。また今回お部屋をグレードアップくださり更に快適に過ごせました。今回の部屋は北側最西端でしたので部屋の窓から遠州鉄道の写真を撮れます（ホテルが遠鉄の高架線の真横）ので鉄道ファンには嬉しい部屋だと思います。あえて言えば精算のみフロント横の機械で行うことが面倒。フロントで名前等の記入などさせるのならその流れで清算まで進めるほうが余程効率的なのに。

Stayed on the Executive Floor. Very clean, comfortable, firm and wide double bed with somewhat hard pillows. The room was spacious with a nice desk and rolling chair, and another wooden chair with a back massage pillow. Wifi was stable. Pajamas were thick. Declined the daily cleaning, however housekeeping staff hooked a bag of fresh towels, pajama set, green tea and bottled water to the door each day. Safety box above a small fridge. Amenity station in the lobby with assorted bath salts and other supplies. Also, liked the blackout shades that converted to a gentle screen. Check out the daily Happy Hour from 5 - 8pm just before dusk to have a pretty view of Hamamatsu station as the sun goes down. Had a variety of drinks, alcohol and rice cracker snacks. Overall, a great, convenient location. The annoying thing was I kept hearing faint knocking sounds from the plumbing or vents throughout my week long stay. For light sleepers, this can be a deciding factor. Will try another hotel next time.

My family and I stayed at the Hotel Concorde for 5 days in August, and we enjoyed a lovely and very memorable experience during our stay. The lobby is very big, but furniture and decor is a little dated and could do with an eventual renovation. A good front desk/reception staff is the hallmark of a great hotel. As non-Japanese visitors to a less frequented area of Japan, we expected to have some difficulties communicating in Hamamatsu. Though this was largely the case, we were pleasantly surprised at the lengths hotel staff would go to in order to ensure we had a good experience. We arrived at around noon, earlier than the supposed 3pm check-in time. Our luggage from Tokyo had been sent via luggage delivery service, and the front desk informed us that all our luggage would be kept securely in the room and would be available upon check-in. We passed the time in the hotel restaurant - understandably, some staff could not understand us at first but made every possible effort to try and communicate with us. The hotel restaurant (which also serves daily buffet breakfast, lunch, and à la carte dinner) had a decent selection and we found it sufficient for our needs. Upon check-in at 3pm, we received complimentary water bottles and a single physical key to our room. Unfortunately, this is the only key, making staying in a room with other people a little inconvenient. Elevators are fast and frequent, offering access to coin laundry, food and beverage vending machines, ice machines, an unagi and a Japanese restaurant, as well as guest rooms. An amenity station is provided at the entrance to each floor, where guests can help themselves to instant tea and coffee, toiletries, and even a clothing press. Rooms are basic but clean and practical. Adapters are provided upon request. There are robes and slippers within the drawers, a bag for dirty towels, and tea bags. One feature my family appreciated was a laundry status channel on the television, in which guests can see which laundry machines are in use, and how much time each has left. Our room had an amazing view of the Hamamatsu City Hall and the Hamamatsu Castle. The housekeeping schedule can be variable - there was one day where the maids were just getting started on our room at 3pm. However, cleaning seems to be fast and efficient. In terms of location, we eventually settled on the Hotel Concorde due to its proximity to a friend's apartment. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Hamamatsu train station. A Family Mart is located just across the street, and there is a beautiful Starbucks location in the Hamamatsu Castle park. Taxis don't seem to pass by the area too often, but hotel staff can always make a call for you. Though there isn't a large selection of restaurants nearby, most locations are within a 10-minute walk. A budget hotel chosen by many of the tour companies. Rooms are small, with many facing onto a very noisy main road - not conducive to a good night's sleep. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and the rooms not particularly clean. The only plus about this hotel is the restaurant which provides good quality Japanese food at a reasonable price. I'm sure there are more better priced quality hotels available so choose wisely.

My dad has a saying ”all fur coat and no knickers” which in essence is this hotel.... there is grandeur as you walk in to the lobby and main areas but that all changes as soon as you enter the rooms.... which i'm guessing were last updated circa 1880!! You get an old fashioned key - not the worst but you kind of can guess what is to come, the room was stifling, disgustingly hot, we had to go to the lobby to get any information about cooling (distantly there is one) it is simply a fan and there was no cool air, the windows were locked so no relief there either.... we ended up wetting towels to put over ourselves!!! the bed cover was immediately taken off it was heavy and old fashioned.... the beds were uncomfortable and you could feel the springs. the bathroom was just as hideous, a small capsule with a shower over the tub (a pet peeve of mine) and for a short person such as much it was not easy to navigate, the shower wasn't much better. every hotel we have stayed at in Japan provided water in the room and an air purifier - this offered neither. the breakfast was basic buffet and a free for all, i would not recommend this hotel and this it should be scrapped from the tour list

浜松駅南口を出て直ぐのところにあるビジネスホテルです。まだ新しい建物のようなので、館内やお部屋はとても綺麗でした。しかし、フロントスタッフさんの中には、まだまだ研修が足りない方がいらっしゃるようです。（なんと、ネットで予約している自分の名前が見つけられないのです！）数分待った後、「午前中に荷物を預けているのですが・・・」とお話したら、やっと見つけてくれました。大浴場（といっても、湯船に3名入れば湯があふれてきそうなのですが・・・）もありました。更に、18:00～20:00は、ハッピーアワーと銘打って1Fのレストランでアルコール類が1杯無料で飲めるのです！（自分は生ビールを1杯いただきました）おつまみとして、柿の種や枝豆も用意されておりました。翌朝の朝食も、手指消毒をし、ビニール手袋をつけて、ブッフェスタイルでいただきました。副菜（おかず）の種類もたくさんあり、満足できる内容でした。
