房間很大,床睡着也蠻舒服,燈光比較足夠有很多的開關,充電也很方便。還有温馨的入眠幫助的噴瓶噴在枕頭上很好睡。 酒店前台有暖暖的壁爐火苗健身房裡有温水泳池,早上去遊了半個小時,水微微有些涼,但是很愉快。 房費沒有包含早餐,所以沒有體驗。 旁邊有一個burger店。開車出去4-5分鐘也有一些吃飯的地方很方便,特斯拉工廠就在附近,可是沒有預約到參觀遺憾了。 酒店停車10美元一個晚上。停車場也有充電樁,但是總是被人佔用,我們還是開車到沃爾瑪的快充站充的。 酒店扣了我13點幾美元的上網費,不知道是不是我們中有一個人誤點了一個升級的鍵。跟前台查詢,他幫我跟財務申請取消了,但是1塊多錢的服務費不能取消。處理還算高效,友善,非常滿意! 酒店按金預付75美金。

This hotel is not convenient from the airport. There is no shuttle bus from the airport. We saw a fake review that said there is a shuttle bus. it's so bad! Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :( So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money.

My husband and I traveled across the country to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was a quick but memorable trip. We checked in at the front desk. I casually mentioned that it was our 10th anniversary. We had a club king room on the top floor. Having read some of the previous reviews, I was a bit apprehensive. Unlike some of the exaggerated hyperbole in those reviews, our room was first rate in every way. I agree with reviewers in that the walls are thin. The white noise machine did a good job of muddling any sounds from our neighbors. We celebrated our anniversary at the Cast and Plow bar. Great drinks and amazing burger, graciously served by Josh. When we returned to the room, there was a bottle of champagne on ice, along with a bowl of chocolate covered strawberries. Nathan from the front desk heard me mention our anniversary and set this up, leaving a lovely card wishing us a happy 10th anniversary. We spent the next day at the pool. Great crispy chicken sandwich at the Wave bar. Alas, I don’t recall the names of the staff there, but they were wonderful. That evening, we returned to the Cast and Plow bar and enjoyed martinis and appetizers, served by Carlos. He makes a great espresso martini! Kudos to the staff of The Ritz Carlton MDR. They made our quick holiday a complete delight.

Great experience! Clean hotel and nice location in a great area that’s near some good food spots. We were in town for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and this hotel was a great distance away — away from the hustle and bustle but still near shops and restaurants. Def would stay here again!

We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise because we had a 7:30 flight the next morning. The room was great, the location was great and the restaurant was good but we weren't that hungry so we had a light dinner and went to bed early. Great little place.

Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat. The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service. On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal. Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

The hotel was conducting fire alarm testing during my stay. While I understand this is a requirement of the fire marshall, and not something the hotel has control over, I am dumbfounded at how poorly the hotel managed how this experienced the paying guests. There was a note about testing that may happen the following day in the hotel room, so that means we were only notified of the expected disturbance after we'd checked in (once it was too late to make alternative arrangements). I assumed there would be a few minutes of testing, which would be annoying, but tolerable. Unfortunately, the alarm testing went on for hours. The fire alarm would blare for 15-30 seconds every 3-5 minutes. After 20 minutes or so, I called the front desk asking how long it would continue. I was told another 5-10 minutes, so we decided to wait it out. 30 minutes later, it was still happening, so I called down again. I was told they didn't know how much longer it would go on, but was also given some attitude for being bothered by my experience. After an hour and a half of alarms going off every 2-5 minutes, we finally left. Yes, we should have left sooner, but we were wrongly optimistic it would end soon. My complaint is less about the unfortunate disturbance (I understand the hotel couldn't control it), but about the lack of concern about the guest impact. The room was really not habitable for a few hours of our reservation, but there was no compensation or advance warning (prior to arriving in the room). Upon leaving I asked to speak with the GM, but was told he was not on site that day. Really? On a day will presumably numerous guest disturbances the GM was working? I emailed the GM to let him know about our experience, and how disappointing it was that we weren't warned ahead of time, and I haven't received a response (5+ days). As a prospective guest of the hotel, I assume you won't run into the same alarm testing issue, however, if you do run into any other issues, be forewarned that the staff may not be equipped to provide the level of professional hospitality you expect from a hotel. The room itself was nice, and the housekeeping staff I spoke with where very pleasant.

The location of hotel is pretty close to LAX airport, only take 5 or 6 stations to there. It's also very convenient with Starbucks, 7-11, Ralphs supermarket and in-n-out burger,...so on. Basically, you don't need to worry about eating at all. Price is cheap. The most I appreciated is about the service. When I arrived and check-in like 10am, the reception didn't ask me to pay for additional ”early check-in”. It's was amazing. (I paid this in my previous experience in other hotel) By the way, each half hour, there is a free shuttle from hotel to airport. Awesome! Definitely, I suggest you to book this hotel once you are looking for a stay in LA.

Everything was going well until I was charged a “handling fee” for ordering an Amazon parcel to the hotel. Vague excuse offered. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay and the breakfast quite good.
