This hotel is not convenient from the airport. There is no shuttle bus from the airport. We saw a fake review that said there is a shuttle bus. it's so bad! Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :( So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money.

Great place near the airport. Really enjoyed our stay, shuttle was also prompt. Strange that there’s no kettle but the water dispenser and lemon water was such a great touch! Loved the service as well. Breakfast was pretty decent too with some hot food. Gym and pool were ok

Word of warning - this is NOT on par for what you would expect for a Ritz Carlton. The check in staff at the front desk were rude and unhelpful, the food is pretty crappy, and the whole facility is pretty dirty. As an example, the couches in the main lobby were covered in crumbs and stains. On top of all this, our room wasn’t ready for hours. Go check out the Fairmont in Santa Monica if you want a legit stay in the area.

The facility was nice and very close to the hotel. The shuttle gets very busy from the airport but it comfortable and the drivers are great.

Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat. The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service. On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal. Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room.

I just stayed for two nights one of the front desk staff wasn’t behaving well but the rest are good . They don’t clean the rooms daily the hotel is old furniture needs to be renovated the location I don’t know I just booked it because the tour will start from it the cleanses is good I won’t go back again the a/c has a noise and they put me in a smaller than what I booked for ( the black man in front desk date 4/may ) night shift

酒店很陳舊，其實真的不值這個價格，不過好像附近的酒店差不多夜幕也沒有什麼選擇！攜程包的早餐不是自助餐而是定食，庵列還可以，也夠飽！停車場費用太貴了，攜程説是40美金，入住時酒店跟我説是48，和Frontdesk的職員理論了一番居然給disccount，36USD!不過找電梯的時候給我説down the hall and turn left，我們找了半天沒有找到，後來才過來説front desk left,感覺故意指錯路，第一感覺立馬不好了！餐廳有個來了舊金山二十多年的廣州啊伯，人特別好、一同我們説粵語，馬上跟我們説粵語！最後一天仔仔感冒沒有下樓吃早餐也給我們打包早餐，特別暖心👍放假搞衞生的阿姐也很多説粵語的，都很nice！酒店機場shuttle bus 很方便， 15分鐘一班！總體來説感覺還是不錯的！

酒店風景特別棒，樓下餐廳也不錯，舊金山回國短暫停留3晚，房間配套也很舒服，雖然有點老舊的感覺，但是整體服務環境都不錯

美國的希爾頓是真的貴，尤其是考試季，三晚含税6500，平常大概5000不到。 這個希爾頓一般，跟美國所有酒店一樣： 1、沒有牙刷牙膏拖鞋，要自帶 2、酒店衹有第一晚有免費兩瓶水，後面的話能否拿到水全看運氣 3、隔音效果很一般，隔壁房間的咳嗽都聽得到。 性價比整體較低，不如國內希爾頓，當然也跟美國本身的酒店習慣有關，沒拖鞋真是不理解。
