The location of hotel is pretty close to LAX airport, only take 5 or 6 stations to there. It's also very convenient with Starbucks, 7-11, Ralphs supermarket and in-n-out burger,...so on. Basically, you don't need to worry about eating at all. Price is cheap. The most I appreciated is about the service. When I arrived and check-in like 10am, the reception didn't ask me to pay for additional ”early check-in”. It's was amazing. (I paid this in my previous experience in other hotel) By the way, each half hour, there is a free shuttle from hotel to airport. Awesome! Definitely, I suggest you to book this hotel once you are looking for a stay in LA.

We stayed here after our Alaskan cruise because we had a 7:30 flight the next morning. The room was great, the location was great and the restaurant was good but we weren't that hungry so we had a light dinner and went to bed early. Great little place.

Location was ok as we landed at SFO around 10:30pm and just needed a place to stay before our flight on the next day. But beware you might not be able to get on the first hotel shuttle if you arriving in late-evening. There were quite some of airline crews staying at the hotel so the demand for shuttle could be a bit high during late-evening, i was lucky to get on but some had to wait 15 more mins for the next shuttle. Hotel & the room itself is a bit old, with loud squeaking sound every time i used the shower. Also seems the hotel does nickel & dime a little as they charge $4 for a small bottle of water if you are not their top tier members.

The people at the hotel are very sweet and accommodating but they need to do better when cleaning hotel rooms…the sink smelled like sewer water. I thought it’s just one night but every time we turned it on it was a strong odor. I felt gross even washing my hands, let alone brushing my teeth. The drain should be cleaned at hotels. The vents were full of dirt. I had my baby and it just disappointed me more than anything..it felt dirty. It was too late to switch or do anything. Please do better for the health of others.

It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression. I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side. The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay. The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done. Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience.

Booked this for my work trip and I have to say this is one of my favorite hotels from now on because of the quality of the hotel amenities and the room. Excellent value for the price paid. Highly recommended.

Great experience! Clean hotel and nice location in a great area that’s near some good food spots. We were in town for Horror Nights at Universal Studios and this hotel was a great distance away — away from the hustle and bustle but still near shops and restaurants. Def would stay here again!

Not so noisy considering close to freeway. The breakfast is the same every day, no variation, nothing special. Always competing for a table when big groups are checked in, not good.

Great hotel with large room and very good breakfast with decent hours (6-9 on weekdays and 7-10 am on weekends). Social hour during weekdays has free alcohol and some light snacks. Gym is a bit small, and location with nearby construction makes it slightly inconvenient to leave the hotel. Hotel is right next to freeway but was not too loud in the room

We were highly let down by our reservation made through trip.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through Trip.com. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to Trip.com for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor Trip.com followed up on our case. We called Trip.com's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

This is an excellent hotel quite close to San Francisco Airport. Staff were friendly and rooms were spacious and clean.

Booked this for my work trip and I have to say this is one of my favorite hotels from now on because of the quality of the hotel amenities and the room. Excellent value for the price paid. Highly recommended.

The woman at the front desk her attitude was especially terrible incredibly off putting. Rude for no reason and unhelpful wanted to teach us a lesson about checking in and out which was not needed and wasted our time. I hope her demeanor changes for other guests.

Very nice spot! Had one loud night from the neighbors but besides that, a very clean, accessible place to stay near the airport. Would rebook!

老公出差住的，美國不提供拖鞋和牙刷…大家記得自己帶喲！應該是當地最好的酒店吧…哦，也沒有house keeping…嗯…還是國內好呀👍

非常滿意 我沒想到看着才三星的酒店真的是超乎想象的乾淨 連冰箱上面都非常乾淨 別問我怎麼知道的 因為我家貓跑到冰箱上面我以為很臟就想着用濕紙巾擦一下 結果沒想到真的不臟 房間很大很適合多孩家庭出遊 還可以煮飯 連洗潔精 廚房紙都安排了

I love the room because it is spacious and comfortable bed. Quiet place and free breakfast.

這次入住的經驗有一點點失望。房間的水壓實在太小，無法好好洗澡，這點讓人非常不便。服務態度良好，工作人員都非常友善，但地點較偏僻，配套措施是有一個小賣店販售泡麵與冷凍食品。整體而言雖然服務不錯，但設施需要改善。

The AC is not cooling well. It doesn’t feel like the temperature we set it to. Not bad for one night stay though.

very nice. the room is kept clean all the time as long as i call the service. the frontdesk service is also gentle and professional. really enjoy this trip.
