Very nice hotel inside, being in Chinatown it caters primarily aimed at Chinese clientele, hence it was difficult for us to find many options of vegetarian breakfast. Having said that, there was always fruits, breads, toasts, etc the standard staples so no complaints. Reception staff weren't too welcoming as they seemed to just get you past their desk, not sure whether that was racism or just the culture. Rooms are nice and spacious and location of hotel is very convenient for travellers depending on public transport. Several of chinese eateries right at the doorstep.

Ia tidak terlalu baru dan bersih, dan kakitangannya tidak begitu mesra Lokasinya ok, dan hotel di New York terlalu mahal. Harga ini cukup bagus! Satu perkara yang patut disebut ialah terdapat alat kecil untuk bersenam di dalam bilik, seperti tikar yoga, batu bata yoga, dll., yang bagus :)

Location was superb, next to the main subway station. The concierge staff was very friendly. They need to check that you're a guest before you can walk in to the hotel - this is probably because their lift does not enable guest only access to each floor - you do not need a card to go up to any floor. They charge a $39.99 destination fee and give you a $15 market value to buy food everyday.. (500ml water for $7.5, plain bagel for $5, ham and cheese bagel for $18...) They charge $4/bag for baggage storage after you check out.. Other than these 'small' charges, everything else is good.

Excelente qualidade/preço. Apenas a 7 minutos a pé de Times Square e do Bryant Park e por isso está no local ideal para chegar rápido a todos os locais emblemáticos. O pequeno almoço apesar de não ser excelente tem alguma variedade o que tornou a estadia super cómoda e ideal para o que procurávamos.

Check-in was easy and the overnight front desk clerk was quick and friendly. The room itself was suitable. Our king bed was comfortable, shower and water temp were fine, and having the small couch in our room was nice for having an extra spot to keep luggage rather than on the floor. I also like the location, I'm from NY originally and would never spend time in this area when I lived there but as a visitor, the location is great because it's easy to get to subways on the east or west side. The noise however, was awful and I considered changing hotels after the first night but didn't want to deal with the hassle on my vacation. Every morning at 7am we were woken up by other guests coming in and out of their rooms, slamming their room doors shut and talking loudly in the hallways. The room doors have no seal on the bottom to drown out noise so if your neighbors are up early or are going in and out of their rooms for breakfast, you'll be woken up every time they come and go. Additionally, the housekeeping staff was extremely loud every time they were attending to nearby rooms or our floor. This wasn't in the afternoon but in the mornings, some days before 9am. We could hear the housekeeping team talking so loudly and clearly that it was like they were IN our room. At some points it sounded like they were yelling across the hallway to each other from different rooms they were cleaning. It was awful and put a huge damper on our trip because of the lack of sleep. My husband travels with a white noise machine specifically for this reason but it was no match for the noise inside this hotel. If you're a heavy sleeper than this is a good hotel for you, the roof access is lovely, room is sufficient, location is good, and price is reasonable. But if you're a light sleeper or looking for a restful vacation, I'd recommend another hotel.

I’ve been returning to this immaculate Hampton inn location again and again over the years and it seems to both maintain its original look and feel while still being fresh, modern, and easily accessible , a short block from Grand Central. I was a little hesitant about staying here as there were a number of review that said it was dated and the staff was not very pleasant. Agree that it is a touch dated, although not so dated you feel like it is dirty and grungy. It just isn't super modern stark like everything seems to be these days. Our room was clean and well appointed, everything worked in the room, things looked like they were kept up (no chips or scratched on furniture or walls, no unraveling carpets etc.). The lighting in the bathroom did suck a bit and I would agree that you can definitely hear doors in the hallways from the inconsiderate customers that just let them slam behind them as they head out, but overall those two items were not a big deal. Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful and extremely courteous. Location is great if you want to poke around Soho, Tribeca and even Greenwich or East Village. We walked to all of them, but we are walkers to it was not a big deal. Canal street is not my favorite street, that is for sure. Very busy street with lots of vendors clogging it up and trying to sell you knockoff purses and watched. I'd avoid it if you can. It is also not very pretty/pleasant of a street. Oh, and if you are hoping to go to the rooftop deck, then you need to upgrade yourself to those floors. The rooftop is not open to everyone in the hotel, which is a shame.

Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock. At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that ”it was just our system” - no explanation why the ”system” was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room. I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

Many friends and family asked me why we always stay at the same hotel in Tribeca. My answer is that nothing would compare to The Four Seasons. From the moment that you enter to the point of leaving, your needs are always met and you feel so pampered. Both the guest rooms and the suites are wonderful but it is the small touches: electronic pad in the room so as to ask questions and request whatever is needed; the staff is always so sweet and helpful; the rooms are beautiful and clean. I cannot find any fault and I highly recommend this hotel. It may feel smaller in size, but offers everything that is needed

I would not suggest Hilton garden inn for cleanliness. This hotel has great food and the nicest people I met for a long time. But they never came to clean the room for 9 days!

This is a nice, clean hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff in a great location. While I liked the hotel for the most part I do have an issue with the Marriott model in general as the rooms are small and lack a microwave and a work area. For a conference hotel that seemed odd. I also dislike that Marriott moved away from providing complimentary breakfast to a pay model. While the Marriotts are somewhat more aesthetically pleasing I still prefer the benefits of Hilton properties. Tried the brew pub (located on the parking level) with the group I was with and we all agreed the food was kind of bland-like you would get at a retirement home.

It was quiet even though it was by the airport. It was clean with comfortable beds. Great location. Check in was easy. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was truly on top of their game. Also, I liked how there was lemon water in the lobby and a tv so I could check the weather.
