We chose this hotel for its central location to all the spots we planned on visiting. And it did not disappoint. The room was very clean. The front desk was courteous and had answers to all our questions. Would recommend the bistro to everyone. Get eats, Great pre game atmosphere. Will recommend to others.

Ok, where do I begin. When I walked in around 5:30pm on 10/9/23, I was greeted by the front desk staff, the young gentleman was very nice and friendly. I went to my room initially because the app said my electronic key was ready to use. Went to the 12th floor and nope, trek back down to the lobby and had to get a regular key. Frustrating to lug my stuff back downstairs. My room was really nice, size wise and they do clean it as well as possible but as all the reviews say, extremely outdated, needs everything replaced. What was really frustrating was the temperature of the water in the shower. Early in the morning, you turn on the water, you have to get in because you're on a time crunch. You stand there, sticking one arm at a time in the water and you're dying because it's so damn cold. By the time you get through most of your body, it finally warms up just in time to wash your hair. On my last morning there, I had a 7:20am flight so I was in that terrible cold shower earlier than I'd like to think about. Yes, I would run the water ahead of time as much as possible but come on! The hotel has potential, but they need to put some serious money into it. The hallway on the way to the elevators has some type of scented thing plugged in, I had to gag as I passed it everyday and wondered what needed to be covered up, scent wise. I've stayed at the Aria in Las Vegas, amazing smell when you walk in, they aren't trying to cover anything up, it's just a wonderful, stays with you and even provides a memory to reflect back on type of smell. Anyway, I was attending a conference. The room itself was fine, no issues there, however, each time we took a break to use the restroom down the hall by the restaurant, it was an adventure. We all laughed because you never knew which sink would leak out water and which would provide the soap. You also, typically had to use a roll of paper towel that sat on the counter that you had to rip off a piece to dry your hand. It was crazy. I would stay again if I absolutely had to, the convenience of attending my meeting and going up to my room during a lunch break was really nice. Sorry, I hate to give a negative review but maybe someone will listen and sink some money into this potential of a hotel. Nice employees though!

Beautiful hotel and accessible location. The shower/ tub had some sort of strange leak from the ceiling that you could hear dripping all night but other than that it was great.

I was told that a guest has to be Hilton Honors DIAMOND to qualify to have a bottle of water in your room...amazing! I chose the hotel because of its proximity to JW Marriott, venue of my training, so I could do a few minutes' walk to and fro. I wish I stayed at the Marriott. I may not recommend DoubleTree by Hilton Houston at the Galleria to any one I care about.

I did not actually stay at the hotel - this review is related to the terrible service I received regarding my reservation and attempted check-in. First, let me note that we are Hilton Diamond members, so we only stay at Hilton properties and we are frequent travelers... I had a reservation booked for June 5-9 for two connecting rooms. I have a copy of the CONFIRMED reservation for guaranteed connecting rooms, and I should note, we selected this particular hotel as they showed guaranteed connections as an option. When I attempted to check in to my rooms via the app the rooms were not connected or even located next door to each other. I called the hotel directly and no one would answer the phone. I then called Hilton, spoke to a customer service agent who ALSO confirmed that my reservation was confirmed for guaranteed connecting rooms. The agent attempted to call the hotel (while I sat on hold for 20+ minutes because no one would answer his call either). When he finally got someone on the phone they argued that our reservation was not for connecting rooms and informed him there were no connecting rooms available. I was ultimately transferred to a couple of different agents and then finally connected directly to the hotel. The person I spoke to (night manager/desk person on the night of June 5th) was the rudest Hilton employee I have ever dealt with. She informed me that there were no connecting rooms available and then proceeded to argue with me that I didn't have a reservation for connections. I offered to send her the reservation confirmation as proof. She ignored me. She said she could put us in rooms that were ”close” to each other - I told her that was not an acceptable option as we had children travelling with us that could not be in a hotel room by themselves. I asked if she could at least correct the issue and reassign us to connecting rooms starting the following day and for the rest of our stay. Her response was that she didn't know if that was available and couldn't confirm it because she ”didn't know who was working the next day”. I then told her to cancel one of our rooms and put us all in a single room with 2 beds plus a rollaway bed. It was at that point that the employee got rather nasty (and even more unhelpful than she already was) and informed me that she would not be taking any ”demands” from me, started acting like she couldn't hear me any more (sarcastically saying ”Hello? Hello”? Oh, I guess you aren't there?”) and then hung up on me and refused to answer the phone again. This was all happening at approximately 10pm. I was left with nowhere to stay for myself/my family that night and had to scramble to find a new hotel. The entire failure of the reservation and then the way the hotel employee dealt with the situation was utterly unacceptable. Booked a king room. When we arrived they said they were overbooked on king rooms and put us in a queen. I called down and let the front office know that I paid more to guarantee a king and they found us one and the room felt newer and nicer. Overall great experience.

Very nice area also not far from club scenes it was a really nice man at the from from Miami really sweet and helpful great conversation i would love to book again

Friendly clean modern. Room was very pleasant. My only negative was the hours of cafe and bar. I couldn’t get a cup Of coffee at 10am. Plus couldn’t get wine at 10pm. I’m traveling far. Just saying. Maybe if ur going to close the cafe offer free coffee.

Average. room was clean all but one day when it was not touched by housekeeping. water for shower not very hot. restaurant with good selection but SLOW service consistently. breakfast buffet available for $18.95. Parking at garage for a price and a tight fit. odors in hallways abound..perhaps musty? swimming pool outdoors available. hotel needs some maintenance but then a room is a room.

Marwan is the best! I will always ask for him when I visit. From the moment that set foot on the property. Marwan handled me with ”kit gloves”. He was an absolute pleasure to be around. He exemplifies the meaning of excellence in customer service. Thank You so much!

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. The cleanliness could have been better as there was a dust layer on top of the wardrobe. There were also no shower cream or soap in the bathroom which I had to ask the cleaning lady about. I choose this hotel as it says they have a restaurant on site, but that was a real miss. The restaurant served breakfast and dinner. The menu both for breakfast and dinner was probably the shortest and saddest I've seen so far. For dinner there was 2 kind of salads and 2 kind of burger, one with meat and one vegetarian. I took the meat burger both evenings. First evening the burger was extremely salty and dry. the second evening it was much better and actually tasted good. For lunch there was a selection of frozen options to buy and cook in the microwave in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful but overall it is not a hotel I will use again as there are plenty other options in the vicinity.

Excellent stay. We stayed one night and the hotel was Excellent. Rooms were clean and ready for early check-in. It's located near the airport so we were prepared for airplane noise all night and to our delight, we didn't hear airplane nor storm that rolled in overnight. Bed was so comfortable we slept like babies. Thank you for room control AC. Top it all off with bar/made to order Cafe in the evening and breakfast bar in the morning, remember to keep up with breakfast vouchers they give you at check-in because they will ask for it when you enter the breakfast bar. They serve both hot and cold breakfast with all the amenities. Got up the next morning refreshed, energized and ready for the day. Thank you for the hard working staff and on top of your game management of Holiday Inn Hotels for an Excellent stay.

Kami bermalam di sini selama 2 malam. Hotel ini agak mengelirukan kerana terdapat 3 hotel dalam bangunan yang sama. Ia mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan sama ada untuk memasak atau keluar untuk makan. Ia adalah hari lahir anak perempuan saya jadi, dia menyukainya....

댈러스 공항과 가까운데다 공항과 호텔간 셔틀버스를 이용할 수 있어 좋았어요. 룸컨디션도 괜찮았어요. 일행은 조식도 만족스럽다네요.

Kami mengunjungi Westin Downtown Dallas untuk persidangan di Kay Bailey Hutchinson Convention Center. Ia adalah berjalan kaki yang sangat singkat dan dikelilingi oleh restoran dan bar yang comel. I booked this property on a whim and was pleasantly surprised! The room is chic and spacious, with modern furniture. The lobby area is also an appeal, as it provides bountiful seating areas near the bar. The breakfast was disastrous, however. The front desk staff informed me that breakfast would end at 11:00am on weekends, but when I arrived at 9:40am the staff were already putting things away. The food quality was very low. I would recommend altering the selections to make them more edible. Overall, the experience was a good one!

Lokasinya sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang. Terdapat bas yang akan menjemput anda dan membawa anda ke lapangan terbang, tetapi saya terpaksa menunggu 50 minit untuk bas menghantar saya dari lapangan terbang. Bilik itu sangat bagus, kecuali terdapat pepijat di katil saya. Ia mengatakan bahawa ia termasuk sarapan pagi tetapi itu adalah satu pembohongan, yang mereka ada hanyalah mufin berbalut plastik. Ugh. Wish we’d read the reviews here first. No love for Diamond members. We couldn’t even get the breakfast voucher without updating something in my husband’s Hilton profile. Then, despite his profile stating that he prefers high floors by the elevator, we got 2nd floor on the opposite end of the hall… in a room that had a smell. Windows were dingy. Room was literally basic, at best. No bottled water either - should have been standard for Diamond members. The cherry on top was no late checkout… not even the 30 minutes other people got! Never mind that my husband is LIFETIME DIAMOND. Not one person at that front desk… either in the afternoon when we checked in or the morning when we checked out was friendly or cared remotely about customer service - they were clearly punching a clock and couldn’t be bothered. Best advice - stay somewhere else! There are plenty of other hotels nearby! My husband has stayed this hotel numerous times in the last hotel for work and will never be back.
