This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during the National Day holiday! The soundproofing was really good. In the morning, I thought the delivery guy was a bit noisy, but it turned out to be a wedding next door, so it really blocks out sound well. Right behind the hotel is a large shopping mall with a Yonghui supermarket, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. They even provide kids' slippers, toothbrushes, and the hairdryer is a Philips! It was very easy to get here from Overseas Chinese Town, and the price was excellent for the National Day period. As for downsides, 1. there's no charging pile. I had to go to the Atour next door to charge, but it wasn't a far walk. 2. This one is a real bug: if two people are doing any two of these activities simultaneously – using the toilet, showering, washing up, or taking a bath – you'll definitely be seeing each other naked.

The service apartment is very new, room decoration, appliances are in tip-toe condition. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking-in and out were smooth. Hotel is accessible to subway line #4 which brings you easily to nodes of high-speed railway stations. Hotel is also situated above the shopping mall which offers variety of food, entertainment and shopping venues. The Wanya restaurant in the hotel serves breakfast from 7am to 11am with western, Chinese and local food. Free brealfast was offered to my child out of goodwill during my stay. Liked the wash-dry washing machine, it saved me from washing and drying of winter clothes.

Nice place to stay for a couple days. The subway station is pretty close to the hotel and the swimming pool and gym are just right. The only problem was the heating system in our room. Even though we turned it off, our room still felt pretty hot.

The moment I stepped into the hotel, the fatigue from my journey melted away. From the warm welcome and detailed check-in instructions to the proactive and attentive responses to our needs, every single detail exuded warmth, making us feel right at home. This thoughtfulness and care deserve nothing but high praise! The biggest surprise of this trip was undoubtedly the hotel's service! Whether it was the staff actively helping with luggage, kindly reminding us about nearby amenities, or the free daily offerings of black tea, coffee, and a variety of snacks in the lobby, along with various daily necessities – the hotel staff's dedication was evident everywhere. I was traveling with my 87-year-old mother to visit Yellow Crane Tower, and the hotel's lobby manager even proactively arranged for the hotel's business car to drop us off right at the entrance to the scenic area. ”A home away from home” isn't just a slogan here; it's a genuinely warm experience.

I started my trip by booking the wrong hotel - same name but in a different city. The hotel graciously agreed to a full refund even though it was well beyond the refund period. I was grateful for that. When I arrived, the hotel was centrally located right across from the walking street full of shopping and good food. The staff at the hotel was polite, warm and well trained. I’d like to make special mention of Mr Peter (子延）from concierge services. Even though he was only a trainee at the hotel, he went above and beyond his duties to help me sort out my issues with my local deliveries.

Overall, pretty good. We were here on vacation, and since we had a few kids with us, we booked a four-bedroom unit. The front desk service was excellent; check-in and check-out were handled very professionally. When we checked out, Leo thoughtfully asked about our stay experience and even gave us a small parting gift. The room was clean and tidy, and the washing machine worked well. They even extended our check-out time for free. We'll definitely come back next time.

Wuhan's familiar glow remained, and stepping through the doors felt like being welcomed by old friends. Emma's warm smile, like the gentle current of the Yangtze, instantly melted away the fatigue of travel with just a few friendly words. This wasn't just a front desk; it was clearly the prologue to an unfolding story, a welcoming waypoint. I absolutely adored the design of that corner: the elevator doors opened and closed like stage curtains, gently shielding you from the city's hustle and bustle. The play of light and shadow in the corridors created a modern enigma. The guest room felt like a semi-open coffee lounge, where the 'click' of the capsule machine brewed a rich, dark cup, perfectly complementing the morning light. Even the hairdryer had its quirks, with a perfectly balanced airflow and temperature that felt almost 'idealistic'. The Wi-Fi signal was as robust as a Wuhan summer night, and the very air seemed to carry the whispered secrets of cherry blossoms and the Yangtze. The omnipresent decorations were a highlight, truly embodying Voco's brand culture.

Everything was so beautiful about our trip, especially the employees and the way they helped with everything! I would fully recommend visiting. However a few things to note, seems like the outdoor swimming pool is never open or open in specific times. Also the indoor swimming pool you MUST wear a swimming cap, we just wanted to do some casual swimming but they wouldn’t let us without a cap which is a shame really as this was one of the reasons we visited this specific hotel and we didn’t get to use either swimming pool. Also there isn’t an actual “bar” but there are comfortable seats where you can order alcohol in the main lobby but not really a bar. Only one of the restaurants was open in the evening. Overall would stay again if the amenities are sorted. Also, don’t copy and paste the local address on the APP as it takes you to the wrong location and had to take another 30 minute taxi!!

My family’s stay at the Hilton Wuhan Riverside hotel was very pleasant and enjoyable. The staff, from receptionist, to aiyi’s, to the servers at breakfast, were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and well kept; the temperature of the room was ok and could be adjusted; the breakfast had an ok selection. I would come here again with my family.

The front desk was warm and considerate, and the overall stay experience was very satisfactory. The breakfast was particularly rich, with a perfect combination of Chinese and Western food, and many choices. Mainly, you can bring your dog to stay. It is very pet-friendly.
