Hotel 5-Star di Durres, Albania

We recently stayed at Crowne Plaza Durrës and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and always helpful throughout our stay. The hotel itself was very clean and modern, and our room was spacious with a large bathroom and a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea. Waking up to that sea view each morning was definitely a highlight. One feature we really enjoyed was the smart room controls. The room has touch consoles on the walls that control certain features, including the curtains. It was such a nice touch to wake up, press a button, and watch the curtains open to reveal the sea view. As the hotel is still very new, we appreciated that there may be a few snags to work through. During our stay, the lights came on by themselves early in the morning on two consecutive days, the fire alarm went off unexpectedly once, and the shower flooded part of the bathroom. None of these issues ruined our stay, and we didn’t really want to complain as it’s clear the hotel is still settling in and refining things. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and can see this becoming an excellent hotel once the initial teething problems are ironed out. The location, views, staff, and modern rooms made it a memorable visit.

We had a wonderful holiday with family. The weather was good, it was so refreshing. The hotel was smart, good breakfast too.

The service was amazing. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed ourselves. It was pretty quiet and wished there were more amenities but we still had fun. Lovely experience 😊

Very nice hotel, plenty of free parking and clean gym, swimming pool and sauna. Cant really fault it and I recommend staying here. It’s well located and close to the airport for convenience. Only downside was unable to get food delivery to hotel due to location but that’s not the hotel fault so overall very happy and impressed!

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room. The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station. I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

It was okayish not what I expected but was able to sleep and also get to all my planned activities.

The room was clean and tidy, and the most important point was that the hotel staff was very warm and thoughtful!

The appartments themselves are cool, but have spent a lot of forces on settlement. It is impossible to find, no communication is possible, through the left people on the street somehow managed to contact the host and get a settlement instruction.
