Excellent stay with one minor omission. The location was very convenient, staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were efficient. My room was clean and quiet throughout my stay. The only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine (Mine was a standard room). Would recommend and stay again.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

Good location, not too far to walk to Old Town. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was acceptable, had a little hiccup on our eggs. Hair was found in our omelet which really turned of us. So we decided not to have breakfast daily and went out instead. Overall stay was comfortable, room was big and soundproof was really good.

Good Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

Sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen von Tallinn. Vorab wurde eine Parkgebühr von 30 € am Hotel angekündigt. Abgerechnet wurden danach 35 €. Whirlpool wird bei Nutzung extra berechnet. Ansonsten sehr schönes Hotel und schönes Frühstück. Aus meiner Sicht empfehlenswert.

The Burman was perfection. Amazing breakfast. 24/7 room service. Great spa. Fantastic massage. Beautiful decor, great layout, clean, quiet, updated technology. Every detail was thought of, even a sewing kit which came in handy. Staff was polite and helpful. The location was perfect too.
Will stay again.

GGuest UserA very nice centrally located hotel in Tallinn, about 15 mins walk to the old town where the Christmas market is located ( if you are here during that time).
Room is nice, bed is comfortable , with nice bath amenities. We booked the junior suite with sauna and fitness equipments, that’s very nice to have all that within your room.
Breakfast has good variety of European options . Very good quality too, would recommend this hotel to everyone who come visit Tallinn both for business or pleasure .

EEU travelerHonestly it is so nice and luxury that it gave me a 5 star hotel experience already . The hotel is brand new , very nice bath tub , amazingly clean . Also just nearby old town and in a quiet area (15 mins walking distance) .

EEriccccccccAn excellent hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the city center. The room offered fantastic city views, and the breakfast was also excellent, with the added bonus of being able to make your own waffles.

贾贾Hotel facilities and services are very good. However, one thing is not very friendly to guests who are not good at English. The Russians who stay at the hotel are not very friendly to the Chinese and do not know where to be confident. It can be seen that the IQ of a person with a big face and a thick neck is not enough.
