Hotel 4-Bintang di Pentadbiran Red Sea, Mesir

If you drive a Lamborghini and a Rolls Royce every day, and you’re thinking of leaving your Monaco apartment, where you keep your collection of Rolexes, this hotel is definitely not for you. (Insert sarcasm here.) My wife and I were very hesitant about booking this hotel because of the negative reviews, but to our surprise, we discovered an absolutely stunning place. The food is excellent, offering plenty of options even for the pickiest of eaters. The cleanliness is a perfect 10/10. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. The beaches, pool, and activity areas are all beautiful and well-maintained. My advice: don’t let the negative reviews discourage you—come here, and you won’t regret it. We will most definitely return!

كانت اجازه جميله جدا واتبسطنا كلنا اوي. والمكان عجبنا جدا وفريق الانميشن احسن حاجه موجوده في الفندق كل يوم حفلات والله اتبسطنا معاكو جدا وهانيجي الشهر الجاي الرسبشن ناس متعامله ومحترمه جدا الفيو بتاع الفندق جميل جدا انص الجميع يروح هناك

Perfect holiday I enjoyed to relax here. I like that the hotel has a lot to do. I the bar area is very good and animation are amazing. Very glad to be here and will recommend to anyone wanting a good hotel as the staff are also very friendly and caring. Thank you Arabia azur

The hotel is perfect and the service is amazing but the best thing there is the animation is really great and fantastic i like them so so much and i think i‘ll be back specially for the animation the best guy was barckley and ehap and Eslam is really good guys

This hotel is a fraud. I made the reservation on booking and as Egyptian, I should pay in EGP and the amount shown to be deducted is in EGP and I suddenly found that they took it in US dollars and when I contacted the hotel someone called me as the GM and told me you can come and book the room from the hotel!! I refused and when I arrived I discovered that that person called” Yasser” left the hotel a month ago but he still contacting guests and taking their money and they can't do anything about it. I booked a seaview room. I paid extra go enjoy a 10 vacation by the sea and what I got a buildings view room otherwise you could move to a tiny room with a double bed attached to the glass door bathroom and you can't sleep. I moved twice in one night in different rooms to find comfort and it is terrible. The service is horrible! I paid over 40K EGP and I can't have a glass of water over dinner with my very small portion meal. They don't offer a Buffett. In the room they offer for 2 adults guests one bottle of water in a temp 48 degrees C. !!!! They don't have a beachfront they lied. You have to take a shuttle for at least 10 mins to go to the beach and it is Rocky not sandy and got injured on my first day. The facilities in the room are bad and not clean. Everything is horrible. Not worth a penny to stay there. The worst experience ever.

The Regina is a basic all inclusive hotel right in the centre of Hurghada. Easy walking distance to the Marina and bars, restaurants etc are right outside the front door. Majority of staff are friendly, tips get you better service (as in most places in Egypt). Samir who cleaned our bungalow was absolutely fantastic, every day he left something else in our room that helped us enjoy our stay. From a kettle (not typical to get in Egypt all inclusive) to hotel embroidered slippers and a wonderful smile every single day, I hope the management cherish him as he is simply brilliant. The bungalow was spacious enough but the shower was tiny, beds comfy, plenty of clean towels too. The food is basic and not to the standard I’ve had in other hotels in Hurghada but there was always something to have. The beer is poured in to small glasses from a bottle and all the spirits are local equivalents. If like me you need coffee early morning (before 7) then you’ll have to pay for it. They have a machine in a little cafe area and at the pool/beach bars but machine coffee is not available whilst breakfast is being served. Instead it’s provided in a huge urn and not very palatable. If you arrive before 3pm you’re not entitled to have lunch or dinner after 12 o’clock check out on your last day…they cut your band off when you check out. If you check in after 3pm then you can get a voucher from reception which allows you to have lunch. I’ve never had this at any other hotel in Egypt (this was my 18th visit) and adds to the basic feel of the hotel. If you’re looking for a cheap hotel to enjoy the ever present sunshine then the Regina could be for you.

الفندق فريب من وسط الجونه حيث العديد من المطاعم والمقاهي والمحلات التجارية. الموظفين في الفندق بدءاً من الاستقبال وصولاً إلى خدمة الغرف ومن هم يتولون رعاية الضيوف في مطعم الإفطار الذي كان أكثر من رائع، وأولئك الموظفين في البار القريب من المسبح، جميعهم على قدر كبير من المهنية في أعمالهم ويسعون لجعل الإقامة هادئة ومريحة.

الفندق جميل و مسلي في انشطة مختلفة و كل يوم جديد في الأنشطة و العروض الليليه. شكرا مستر محمد عبد الوهاب بجد ذوق جدا و اختار الغرفة المناسبة لاحتياجاتنا.شكرا لأحمد يحيي احسن كوكتيل في اللوبي و ذوق جدا. البيسين نضيف و اكوا الأطفال هايله الاكل معقول و الغرفة مش مبهرة بس تؤدي الغرض لان مش بنفضل فيها كتير. الفندق كله اجانب و السناكس هايله وايس كريم طول اليوم و يوم ممكن نروح اكوا جانجل حلوة برضه

Very good hotel Clean rooms Check-in and check-out process was perfect Pools and aqoa were amazing but there is no deep pool all the pool is 90cm hight which is not good for me. The food variety is limited in some meals The animation team is very good at night but not very active in the morning. I would like to thank MR kerolous from the receiption team and MR Adel rhe head of food and beverages for their professionalism and their politly way. Thank you and I will come back again

الفندق بجد تحفة وجميل جدا وكل حاجة قريبة لبعضها الغرف نضيفة ومريحة والhousekeeping مهتمين بالنضافة بصراحة والاستاف محترمين واسلوبهم محترم جدا والاكل كل يوم مفاجأة حلوة والشيفات ف المطعم لذاذ اوى والانيميشن ال زي اخواتنا الصغيرين زي العسل (توني-سلمي-لوكا-مادا-والي) اسلوبهم كويس وشيك اوى ف التعامل ورقصهم جميل وع طول اكتفيتيز مفيش ملل حبيت مرسي علم بجد بسبب المكان والناس ال فيه وهتتعاد تاني كتير..

Well where do i start, this hotel must be one of the most friendly and comfortable hotels. The holiday was so much better than expected which was a fabulous surprise. If i could mention all the staff, i would as they are all so friendly and helpful. Will come back to staff in a while. The hotel is very clean,rooms are very clean and housekeeping staff are very professional , toilets are exceptional as regularly cleaned specially around the pool which i did really appreciate! Main restaurant food is exceptional with lots of variety, you always have a choice of three different restaurant Itailian, Indian and Lebanese, all which are acceptable. The entertainment / animation team again was very friendly and if you have children of any age i would recommend this hotel. Ok back to management and Staff. The Food and Beverage Mananger Ahmed was exceptionally good and was very involved with the restaurants and visiably seen which was very good if you have any questions or complaints. He's very hands on and very approachable, as were all the duty managers. Guest relations lady Tatiana was very helpful too. The Lebanese restaurant run by Ahmed Farak is definately worth a visit the team and chef are great. Sabh ,the lady in the main restaurant makes the most beatuful bread and crossiants. As you can probely gather it was a very enjoyable time and due to this we have booked to go back again in November with my daughter and her family which i'm so looking forward too. See you all in November

حقيقى مش عارف أقول إيه ولا إيه عن مدى روعة هذا المنتجع ، بلا مبالغة أحلامك أوامر ،،، سافرت كتير جوة و برة مصر ،، مشفتش خدمة فندقية بالشكل دا خالص ، إنت بتطلب أى حاجة فى المطعم أو الغرفة أو أى مكان فى الفندق بتلاقى الحاجة بتتنفذ خلال ٥ دقايق بالكتير ،،، الناس بتقدم الحمة من الكبير للصغير بأبتسامة طالعة من القلب ،، حتى لو شافوك بتدور على حاجة يجروا عليك و يساعدوك بدون ما تطلب منهم ،،، الأكل فوق الوصف و من أجود و أغلى الاصناف ، مش أى أكل و السلام ،،، التنويع و النظافة و الشياكة فى أسلوب المعاملة ، الناس عايزة تشيلك من على الارض شيل ، و بيتعاملوا مع الزائر المصرى يمكن أفضل كمان من الأجنبى ،،، فريق الانيميشن نحلة بمعنى نحلة من أول اليوم لأخر دقيقة فى اليوم على البحر و البيسين و المسرح و الساحة الخارجية و ألعاب طول اليوم و اهتمام بالأطفال و أفكار متجددة كل يوم بقيادة منسى ،،، المطبخ و الأكل و على راسهم القائد و المايسترو أستاذ عبد الرحيم و الشيف المحترم الفنان مصطفى ،،، و من قبل ما نسافر الفندق بيتواصل معانا بالتليفون علشان يعرف طلباتنا و الغرف تبقى جاهزة قبل الوصول لاستقبالنا و الاستمتاع بكل شىء بدون تضييع دقيقة واحدة ،،، صدقونى اللى يروح سوليمار سوما باى مش هيبقى عايز يمشى بلا مبالغة ،،، هو الأفضل ولا وجه للمقارنة بينه و بين أى فندق تانى فى الغردقة أيآ كان إسمه ،،، انصحكم ب التجربة و هتلاقوا إن كل قرش دفعتوه فى الإقامة بتاخدوا بيه خدمة و أكتر كمان.

المعامله كويسه جداً، الاستف كله جميل الاكل كويس فيه ملاحظه التكيف في الريسبشن مش كويس الغرف كويسه البول كويس البحر جميل انيميشن تيم رائع لديهم العديد من الافكار الجديده في اليوم ولديهم عروض ليليه جميله ومختلفه شكرا فندق امبريال وشكرا انيميشن تيم 💋😘😘
