Older hotel and it shows. But clean and friendly stuff. Good because in walkable distance to the railway station and a 7/11. Next to the river with nice restaurant terrasse on the river. Pool ok but almost never direct sun. Big breakfast buffet catering for a big variety of asian and western food.

Good attention from the staff, very good will and it is appreciated. The best thing about the hotel is the Thai atmosphere, the detailed decoration and the view sitting from the terrace with a cold beer at night, an excellent unique moment. I stayed two nights for work but I will return with my family to enjoy it better. 100% recommended, good and pleasant experience. Nearby there are local restaurants and services. It is all very local even though it is a tourist area, the best to get around by bicycle or Grab.

To put it bluntly, the impression of the place is ambiguous. In fact, it is a few wooden houses around the reservoir and across the road a few more. A small wooden reception. Where are the photos on trip com with the huge buildings and columns from? They don't exist or they are someone's virtual fantasy. The grounds are maintained the lodges are clean. Severely disappointed with a very poor and unpalatable breakfast. Smoothed out with good coffee in a coffee shop with a veranda on the territory. There was a loy kratong holiday and we decided to go kratong on the river. The hotel employee offered to take us on a tuk tuk, we agreed. But he came not himself but his acquaintance and offered to do it 4 times more expensive than a normal cab from Bolt. Apparently we had to share with the employee. And all this next to our car. All this was quite stupid and left a bad impression of the hotel staff. By the totality of qualities and emotions from the visit to no one do not recommend anyone to visit here. You can see that the owner is trying and some employees spoil everything with incorrect behavior and petty deception.

The location is fantastic, right inside the Old City. It's a family guesthouse, and you can see many temples directly from the hotel. There's a bar right at the entrance where you can eat, located on the street, yet the environment is very quiet. It feels like a real local spot. I loved it.

This hotel actually saved my trip to Ayutthaya!!!!! I had booked a four night stay at a different establishment, When I got to that hotel they tried to scam me and charge me extra money for my room even though I paid for the room a full month in advance.... After check-in they tried to scam me.... I went online and I found this incredible hotel, And I can tell you I am so glad that I did because I was ready to give up on my trip to Ayutthaya!!!! The beds are super comfortable the rooms are unbelievably clean and the pool..... The pool is by far the cleanest pool I found here in Thailand.... Has someone who has stayed in over 200 different hotel rooms here in Thailand........ This is by far one of the best. The staff the cleanliness everything about this hotel is positively perfect!

It's clean, modern, easy to find, 24/7 reception, spacious rooms, super comfy bed, AC/shower/kettle/fridge/towels etc all there although the place has zero character. But the Wi-Fi doesn't work, it keeps locking you out and you have to sign-in again and again non stop every minute. I work online, doesn't need to be the fastest but it needs to work, I couldn't even make a simple non-video call to my daughter, it shuts down constantly, no matter what, laptop, tablet, phones, moved to a much better(and cheaper)place next day.

I didn't expect much with my short business trip but I received more than I expected. The room is big and clean. Garden and the common guest area is so beautiful. I didn't get to try their breakfast as I was rushing out to work. If I return to Aytthaya again in future, will choose to stay here again.

In the evening, the Youth Hostel was told that the room was full. Fortunately, the boss helped me book another nearby Youth Hostel, but it took a lot of time to go back and forth. I originally planned to go to the night market at night, because it was too late. The night market has already closed. Very affecting the mood.

The hotel is a renovation of an old house with a very good courtyard design. The artistic design inside the hotel is also very distinctive. The rooms are large, and each room has two beds to meet the accommodation needs of a family. In addition, there are soft drinks and beer in the kitchen refrigerator. I especially recommend this B&B.

The location is very good. It takes more than ten minutes to get off the boat. There are supermarkets and bars next to it. The hostel rents motorcycles for 250 a day, and does not require passports or deposits. It is very convenient. You can basically visit the attractions of Ayutthaya in a day.
