The hotel environment is quite good, and its location is easy to find. The room was clean and tidy, with fantastic views from the window. It's very close to Riyue Bay Pier; just turn right out of the main entrance, walk about 50 meters, cross the road, and you're there. Elephant Trunk Hill Fisherman's Wharf, which is great for a night tour, is also nearby. There's a pedestrian street right downstairs, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍👍I was deeply touched by the excellent service at the Sheraton Guilin. It truly shows genuine understanding and empathy for guests' difficulties, which is particularly rare and comforting during a trip. I highly recommend it for families. Our stay at the Sheraton Guilin far exceeded our expectations. I have to give a huge thumbs-up to the hotel's considerate service! As a family traveling with a child, the hotel was very thoughtful, proactively offering complimentary breakfast vouchers for the little one, making it incredibly family-friendly. When my spouse suddenly developed a fever and felt unwell during our trip, the hotel staff promptly delivered several bottles of drinking water upon learning of the situation. This kind of humanistic care is truly heartwarming when you're far from home. We had a night train, and the normal check-out time would have been quite stressful. However, the hotel was incredibly accommodating, offering us a complimentary late check-out until 6 PM. This allowed my family to rest comfortably without the hassle of rushing with our luggage, solving our biggest problem. The room was clean, hygienic, tidy, and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, the location was excellent, and the service was absolutely outstanding, making sightseeing and getting around very convenient. This established five-star hotel not only provides excellent facilities but, more importantly, offers warm and empathetic service, especially when guests encounter unexpected situations. I sincerely recommend this hotel for family trips. Next time we visit Guilin, the Sheraton will definitely be our top choice.

The hotel's parking entrance was a bit small, but as soon as we arrived, someone was there to help guide us and carry our luggage – very thoughtful service. The front desk staff were also very welcoming; they even gave us complimentary breakfast because we were traveling with a child, and later that evening, they sent up four bowls of mung bean ice. Our room had a view of the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and the breakfast was exquisite. Stepping out of the hotel, Elephant Trunk Hill was right there. The rice noodle shop the hotel recommended was also great.

I chose the Qiao CIAO Hotel for my short stay in Guilin, and its riverside location right by the Li River is absolutely fantastic! It's been raining lightly recently, and the infinity pool on the first floor looks incredibly inviting. The pool water seems to blend seamlessly with the outdoor mountain scenery, and a gentle breeze just makes you feel completely relaxed. I booked a twin room, and it was spacious and brand new. The lighting was warm and inviting, and there was a large bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after exploring the mountains and rivers, it really helped me unwind. You absolutely must try the Guilin rice noodles for breakfast. A warm bowl of it is incredibly satisfying, and you can add as many toppings as you like. There's also a good variety of fruits and pastries, so you can take your time and enjoy your meal without rushing. The ambiance, rooms, and breakfast were all excellent. This short trip was incredibly comfortable, and I'd definitely recommend considering this hotel if you're visiting Guilin!

Huge thanks to Cici, our butler, for the surprise birthday cake upon check-in – it really set the perfect mood! Niki and Felix were also incredibly friendly, making the entire stay very comfortable. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the backyard garden is both large and beautiful with excellent service. We had a wonderful birthday evening and will definitely choose this hotel again when we return to Guilin. Plus, the little back gate in the garden leads directly to the Li River!

Xiao Ping and Xiao Jie at the front desk gave us a complimentary room upgrade and free drinks when we checked in, and the room was on a great floor. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel's breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The hotel is right next to a food street and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, so after dinner, you can walk to Dongxi Alley to digest. It's located in the city center, about a 10-minute walk to the Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas and a 15-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill. Taxis and public transportation are also very convenient. It's 3 kilometers from Guilin Station and 6 kilometers from Guilin North Station.

Returned for another stay at this hotel because of its beautiful environment and excellent hygiene. The service was fantastic all around. A special shout-out to the ladies working shifts on the 12th, 27th, and 21st (both day and night) for their exceptional service. I wasn't feeling well due to a cold, and one of the staff members thoughtfully applied medicated oil, massaged pressure points on my head, and even helped upgrade my room. I brought my family to Guilin this time and chose the Dragon's Den Puyu Hotel's [Elephant Trunk Hill View Two-Bedroom Triple Room]. The hotel is directly opposite Gate 1 of Elephant Trunk Hill Park. It's just a three-minute walk across the street to the scenic area entrance. Our room's window faced Elephant Trunk Hill directly; pulling back the curtains revealed Guilin's iconic landscape painting. The room had everything – a fridge, mini-bar, and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area, which made for a really comfortable stay!

Heshe Hotel stands as one of the finest resorts for accommodation in Guilin. Their hospitality, culinary offerings, ambiance, and staff are all exceptionally delightful and helpful. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed by amazing front desk attendant, Melody. She assisted us through out our stay and made sure we’re comfortable and well taken care of and our tour guide, Eric, who communicated fluently in English, significantly easing our experience as non-Chinese speakers. The owner was equally gracious, sharing their barbecue with us, creating a sense of homeliness. This hotel is located just 15 minutes from the main tourist attractions, with rooms that are very clean and offer breathtaking views. I am definitely coming back again.

This resort hotel has a Chinese-style exterior and European-style interior. The rooms are genuinely spacious, and the bathroom is also huge, even featuring a bathtub, which my child absolutely loved. Personally, I think the value for money during a holiday like May Day is incredibly high! On the first night, my child's mother complained that the shower water pressure was a bit low. The next day, the front desk promptly moved us to a different room, right across from our original one. This was so thoughtful, the room change was effortless, and the service was excellent!

An excellent stay! First, since I was traveling with elderly family members, the lovely lady at the front desk kindly upgraded our room for free. The room was huge, the facilities were brand new, and it even had a bathtub, which made my mother's stay very comfortable. Second, the hotel's location is superb. It's just a 10-minute walk to Elephant Trunk Hill and the Sun and Moon Pagodas (part of the Two Rivers and Four Lakes scenic area). During the day, we hiked Elephant Trunk Hill and took photos with the 'elephant' and Guanyin's vase-shaped hill. At night, the illuminated Sun and Moon Pagodas were incredibly beautiful, and the air was so fresh. Just across the street is the famous A Gan Restaurant, and a 15-minute walk brings you to Haitan Changfen, which always has a long queue! Third, the hotel breakfast was incredibly rich, with delicious rice noodles and siumai – no need to go out for breakfast. Finally, parking at the hotel was very convenient, and they even prepared ginger date tea and monk fruit tea for us. All in all, I want to thank the hotel and the front desk staff. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family!

Ha, the advantage of Lefeng is the fine decoration and 20+ square meters. It seems not as stable and practical as other cheaper brands. 1. There is a pull rod outside the bathroom door but not inside. In fact, it can be pushed open in both directions. 2. The faucet design is difficult to understand and control, and the wash basin is very small and splashes water. 3. The toilet paper holder is crooked and the paper fell to the ground. 4. There is no shelf in the shower. The toiletries are placed on the old crooked big bottle, which also fell to the ground. 5. The shower adjus**ent knob seems convenient but is actually difficult to understand. It is inevitable to be showered with a lot of cold water first. The top shower leaks and has a rotten hole. 6. The disposable slippers are small and dirty, and should be cancelled. Repair the bathroom quickly!

The luckiest thing about this Guilin trip was booking this hotel! The location is impeccable; I was able to see the Two Rivers and Four Lakes, the Sun and Moon Twin Towers, and the riverside night view was absolutely stunning. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept very soundly after a day of sightseeing. The receptionist at 019 was exceptionally attentive, proactively offering tips on avoiding tourist traps, recommending authentic local cuisine, and patiently helping with luggage storage. The stay was incredibly relaxing and a top choice for any trip to Guilin; I've already recommended it to friends!

This hotel stay was a great experience and added a lot of comfort to my trip. The location is excellent, not far from the main commercial areas and attractions. Getting around by taxi was easy with minimal traffic delays, and there are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining and getting around very convenient. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very friendly and proactive, explaining the hotel's public facilities and breakfast times. They were happy to answer all my questions and responded promptly. The room itself was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, with no strange odors or water stains. The soundproofing was better than expected, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep without any disturbance from outside. The breakfast offered a rich variety, from hot dishes to pastries and freshly squeezed juices. The ingredients were fresh, and the taste was just right. Overall, it's excellent value for money. If I visit this area again, I'll very likely choose this hotel, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends who are planning to visit.
