This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The facilities are well-maintained, the location is great, and the cleanliness is meticulous. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety. But what impressed me most was the service. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, every staff member greeted us with a genuine smile. When my child was being a bit restless, a lady at the front desk proactively gave them a pixel art toy, which was such an unexpected and delightful surprise. This warmth, more than any amenity, is what truly made our stay special. A well-deserved five-star rating!

This hotel is quite satisfactory, with complete facilities. The environment in the courtyard is quite quiet, which is great for taking a walk. There is a gym on the third floor. The rooms are clean and carefully cleaned. The service is warm and thoughtful. The melons delivered are particularly delicious. The fruits in Xinjiang are really delicious, even in Urumqi. I stayed at Tianyuan, which seems to be a chain hotel and is worth recommending!

A truly satisfying stay! The guesthouse was exceptionally clean, spotless throughout with no dust or odd smells. The room was meticulously cleaned, making for a very comfortable experience. The room itself was new, with a charming local-style decor and all facilities were complete, convenient to use, and modern. Being located within the ancient city made getting around easy, and the rooftop offered stunning views. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and overall, everything was excellent. I couldn't find a single fault with either the cleanliness or the room facilities. It offers great value for money and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Kashgar!

My stay at the Atour Hotel in Kashgar Old City was an unexpectedly delightful experience. Everything exceeded my expectations. You can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the old town just by walking around, and returning to the hotel after sightseeing is a breeze. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the bustle, offering a fantastic living environment. They even provided coffee vouchers, which could be redeemed for free coffee at the lobby's coffee bar – a thoughtful touch! The staff at the coffee bar were warm, attentive, and incredibly friendly, responding promptly to any requests. It was a rare moment of relaxation during my trip, just sitting there enjoying a coffee in such a comfortable and laid-back atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hotel's Cantonese cuisine. The dishes were of high quality, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The hotel service was really excellent. My flight was delayed by an hour, but the driver waited patiently for us. We were a group of 4, and the airport pickup car was a BMW 5 Series 🤙 – the soundproofing was great. Facilities: Quite new, doesn't feel like a hotel that opened in 2021 at all. Environment: We booked a suite, and the room was very spacious. The bathroom was clean, though the projector in the inner room wasn't great. Everything else was fine, and it wasn't noisy at night. There's also a small parking lot downstairs with charging stations. The breakfast was good too. Overall, it was excellent and highly recommended, with super high value for money.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel for two days during my trip to Kashgar. It's located in the busiest area, right next to the western part of the old city. To reach the eastern part, you need to go through an underpass. I watched the opening ceremony of the five cities in the morning; it was very lively. The hotel environment was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff and security personnel were all very friendly.

A beautiful homestay with a western style. It is located in the west of the ancient city of Kashgar. Around the corner is my grandfather's grandfather's father's noodle restaurant. It is quiet and clean, and it is really important that there is no local smell. The key is that the boss and his family are super nice. The hostess from Taizhou, Zhejiang, my brother picked us up at the airport and carried our luggage. My mother made seafood noodles for our breakfast. My hostess' husband sent us to the airport. We stayed for 3 nights and they upgraded our room type.

Before arriving in Kashgar, the boss contacted me in advance and sent us the location of the B&B and the route to the west gate of the ancient city. And Kashgar’s special travel guide, it really saves a lot of trouble. After arriving at the west gate of Kashgar, the boss came to pick me up in the parking lot and helped me carry my luggage. He was really warm. I stayed directly in the ancient city and walked around the ancient city every day. The ancient city has different scenery whether it is during the day or at night. When I was tired, I went back to the B&B to rest. The accommodation environment is very warm and very clean. I must say this. It's really clean. I have higher requirements for hygiene. The boss brought spare clean bedding for me. The beautiful boss is really attentive. The bathroom is freshly decorated, very clean and has a light fragrance. Downstairs of the B&B is the snack street of the ancient city. There is really too much to eat, and it is super convenient to eat every day. Will definitely recommend it to friends who are traveling around. Thank you to the beautiful boss for your attentive reception. I wish you a prosperous business.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kashgar Old City, which is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast selection is vast, and the dishes are distinctive and delicious. The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The front desk lady was very efficient during check-in, and the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. All the staff we encountered, from check-in to check-out and during our stay, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We arrived at night and could still enjoy the beautiful night view of the old city. The hygiene was also commendable.

Well, I was awoken at 10:15pm by the staff to confirm I was present in my room and gifted two waters and some fruit. I was then awoken again at 11:30pm by the staff and security at my door informing that the local authorities were in the lobby and would like to speak with me. I come to find out from the officers that the hotel had failed to input my name correctly into the local database based on my foreign passport. After a brief conversation, I was able to go back to bed for the 3rd time that evening at midnight. The next day I was plagued with a headache. The view was forgettable and the Japanese toilet smelled strange, but the shower was magnificent.

Male dorms are on the second floor, female dorms on the third, and the rooftop is on the fourth. The hotel is home to several adorable cats, including British Shorthairs and a 'Big Orange' (ginger cat). The price is incredibly reasonable; a few tens of yuan in Kashgar is a fantastic deal, in my opinion. I personally saw the quilts, pillowcases, and sheets being changed for new ones! They even smelled like they'd been sun-dried. The room was very quiet at night, with no noise allowed inside. I'm very satisfied! Highly recommend!
