After a long and bumpy journey to beautiful Kashgar, checking into the Radisson Hotel was definitely the right choice – it's quiet and convenient. If I hadn't specifically asked, I never would have guessed this hotel has been operating for 12 years. Everything, from the cleanliness of the hallway carpets to the pristine condition of the furniture and appliances in the room, is maintained to a high standard. The service is superb, and both the late-night snacks and breakfast are reliably good. The hardware is well-maintained, and there are no overlooked spots when it comes to hygiene. I felt completely at ease during my stay and highly recommend it to anyone who values a great practical experience.

This was my first time staying here. The waiter brought us dried fruits, Sprite, and snacks, which was a bit of a surprise. On the day of check-out, the front desk guy Kurban also gave us two dragon dolls. The front desk lady also helped to call a taxi, which saved me the time of going outside the hotel to call a taxi. Brother Kurban saw that we had a lot of luggage and helped put it in the car. Thumbs up to him

After dinner, I took a taxi back and accidentally saw some people in uniforms welcoming me at the door. I looked carefully and found that it was the designated reception point. The whole building feels like a comprehensive mall, and accommodation is only part of it. There is a sales point for Nanda Dairy on the first floor, which is open from 8 am to 10 pm, which is very convenient for guests. There is a huge wall of luggage lockers on the first floor, which is shocking. Unfortunately, I felt that they were not staffed enough at the front desk several times, and the waiting time was relatively long, but it was not easy to maintain a good service attitude. To be fair, the hotel hardware and supplies are really good. The decoration is a more old-fashioned hotel, with wooden cabinets, a little smell, and the facilities may not be particularly new, but the overall feeling is OK. The shampoo and shower gel are not a very expensive brand, but they are comfortable to use. The shower gel seems to be from pmpm, and the hair dryer is also a new basic model. The slippers are particularly thick and of good quality, surpassing many high-priced hotels. I will consider staying here next time I come to Kashgar. I stayed in an expensive hotel next to the ancient city for one night and felt that I didn’t win many points except for the geographical location.

A truly satisfying stay! The guesthouse was exceptionally clean, spotless throughout with no dust or odd smells. The room was meticulously cleaned, making for a very comfortable experience. The room itself was new, with a charming local-style decor and all facilities were complete, convenient to use, and modern. Being located within the ancient city made getting around easy, and the rooftop offered stunning views. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and overall, everything was excellent. I couldn't find a single fault with either the cleanliness or the room facilities. It offers great value for money and I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Kashgar!

I previously stayed for two nights at the Atour Resort Hotel Building 1 and gave it a full 5-star review. After two days of exploring Tashkurgan, I returned to Kashgar and chose Atour Hotel again due to my previous positive experience and trust. This time, I stayed in Building 10, but apart from the service, the experience was very disappointing. Firstly, I arrived at the hotel around 5 PM, but one of the rooms had been cleaned yet the housekeeping department hadn't completed the inspection. It would take about 15 minutes, so I checked into one room first. The staff quickly delivered the room card to this room, which I had no issues with. However, here's the problem: the twin room my parents checked into first had wet bath towels! And they were unevenly wet, leading me to suspect that the bath towels had not been replaced after the previous guest used them. Since every room is supposedly inspected after cleaning, how could this issue still exist? I cannot comprehend such a hygiene problem in a hotel that claims to be a 5-diamond property. Secondly, the deluxe king room I booked was clearly advertised on Ctrip as having a garden view and executive lounge access, and was distinctly different from the superior king room which has smaller windows. However, in reality, the windows in this room were not as large as shown in the pictures, the lighting was very poor with almost no sunlight coming in, and it wasn't a garden view. The windows were also incredibly dirty, and even the mirrors in the elevator were dirty. The attention to detail was severely lacking. Finally, a tip for those driving: the underground parking spaces in Building 10's A section are quite small and inconvenient for getting out of the car. I recommend parking in section B, which leads up to Building 1 (all the underground areas are connected but require a bit of a walk).

I really have to commend the service at this hotel. First, our group of four arrived in three separate waves, with the earliest at 6 AM and the latest at midnight. The transfer driver was in constant communication with us before our arrival/landing, and always showed up at least 15 minutes early for airport and station pickups. Even though the 6 AM arrival was way before standard check-in time, the front desk staff kindly allowed us to check in. When we were leaving for Taxkorgan, the security guard even gave us a bunch of bottled water. The breakfast was good, the room facilities were complete, and there was a laundry room and a gym. It's less than a 15-minute walk to the Yawarag Comprehensive Market and about half an hour to the Old City, and it's quiet at night. All in all, a great experience! ✌🏻

Located on the street in the ancient city, it is very convenient to get in and out. It is very close to the popular check-in spots. There are many coffee and local delicacies around. I opened the window and found myself in the scenery. The children downstairs were playing and chatting. The locals were passing by and chatting. It felt so good. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well every day. The boss is super nice. He will help you with your luggage at the parking lot outside the ancient city. He will find a way to help you with any problems during the trip. This time, I suddenly didn't want to drive back. The boss was very helpful in finding a towing service for us. It was much cheaper than the price given by the platform, saving money and effort. The terrace is also suitable for daydreaming in the B&B. You can see the daily life of the locals around. It is very comfortable. It feels like my little home in Kashgar.

This B&B was specially recommended to me by a best friend of mine who stayed at her house. She said that the environment is very good and the location is very easy to find. It is right next to an Internet celebrity store. Yesterday was the Mid-Autumn Festival on August 15th, and the boss also Snacks were prepared for us. The boss was very nice and invited me to have dinner at their home. She recommended many check-in spots to me. Her B&B was full and there was no place to stay the next day. She also contacted me with other B&Bs. Meeting the owner of this B&B on this trip is something I will never forget in my life. A very good owner thanks 🙏 for the great hospitality. The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to Kashgar Old City, which is easily accessible on foot. The breakfast selection is vast, and the dishes are distinctive and delicious. The hotel staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The front desk lady was very efficient during check-in, and the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. All the staff we encountered, from check-in to check-out and during our stay, were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our requests were promptly addressed. The room was clean and spacious, with complete amenities. We arrived at night and could still enjoy the beautiful night view of the old city. The hygiene was also commendable.

Was able to find a place close to the Kashi airport. Booking was smooth on trip app. The hotel is in some business or trade zone. Nothing much to do but good for an overnight stay. The staff at front desk was pleasant and very helpful. Checked in without any problems. The room was as shown in pictures. Had to make a 100Rmb deposit at check in. Which was returned. Over all stay was good.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, almost directly opposite the century-old teahouse, placing it right in the heart of the ancient city. Male dorms are on the second floor, female dorms on the third, and the rooftop is on the fourth. The hotel is home to several adorable cats, including British Shorthairs and a 'Big Orange' (ginger cat). The price is incredibly reasonable; a few tens of yuan in Kashgar is a fantastic deal, in my opinion. I personally saw the quilts, pillowcases, and sheets being changed for new ones! They even smelled like they'd been sun-dried. The room was very quiet at night, with no noise allowed inside. I'm very satisfied! Highly recommend!
