An incredibly smart choice, we loved this French-style hotel with huge gardens! The twin beds were super big and comfortable, and the room hygiene was spot-on – truly five-star worthy! It's worth mentioning that the Italian restaurant, both service and dishes, was top-notch; we enjoyed it so much we went twice. The White Lotus Thai restaurant was also delicious, and the service was very attentive! The hotel pool is massive, really fun, and great for families with kids! Every staff member we encountered had excellent service awareness and was very nice! It's only about a 20-minute drive to the meeting point for island-hopping in the morning, which is totally acceptable and very convenient. There's also a 7-Eleven within a 10-minute walk, so it's easy to grab drinks and snacks. All in all, our whole family loved it, a truly memorable hotel experience!

The hotel staff were tremendous and a definite asset. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions we attended with Sasha, who ensured an inclusive session for all levels. In a lovely setting and away from it all but you will need to taxi, or use shuttle to get anywhere. There is a small bar just outside hotel - left as you exit - ran by a couple of local brothers. It’s worth a visit definitely. I get it’s an Eco Hotel and independent but many of the hotel facilities are not what you would expect of a 5 star: gym is very rudimentary and some of kit, not in great nick; the rooms - we had a swim up suite - were quite dated furniture-wise and showing signs of extended wear and tear for instance The wi-fi for us was non-existent in room, and very hit and miss (mostly miss) in and around pool area. I’d imagine this might be a big issue for young families… The breakfast was fine, as was the rooftop bar food. In summary a pleasant enough stay, but not sure it was value for money at the price, and not comparable really to hotels we’d stayed at beforehand and since on this trip. I’d say a four star at best…

The scenery is absolutely stunning, and the beach is incredible! The forest environment is very tranquil; I got lost every day, and there were even cute lemurs~ The room was also excellent, very spacious and tidy, with a Southeast Asian decor style. The hotel service was also great, with plenty of activities, and the breakfast and afternoon tea were very good. The hotel's cave restaurant and Thai restaurant were surprisingly delicious, and combined with the scenic views, it offered fantastic value for money! The only issue is that the round-trip transportation costs extra and is quite expensive, but I still absolutely love this hotel and would definitely come back if I get the chance.

The location is great, just steps from the beach with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a massage parlor, a bar, and dining options. I stayed in a family garden view room, which was on the second floor after walking through a pathway past the pool. The room was well-equipped, and I discovered a hidden door. When I opened it, it led to the adjacent room, suggesting these rooms can be connected to form a suite. Just in case, I moved the table and chairs behind the door before going to sleep. It happened to be raining, so there might be mosquitoes; I recommend bringing insect repellent. The hotel's bar and dining were good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. There were many Caucasian and Indian guests during my stay. The massage parlor was excellent, with private rooms and comfortable techniques.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, from the moment I checked in until I left, it was a comfortable and thoughtful experience all the way through. What surprised me most was that the hotel upgraded my room type for free without prior announcement. Opening the door to a more spacious room with a better view was both a delightful surprise and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were gentle and polite throughout, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The environment was meticulously clean, and the amenities were complete and functional. The service was unobtrusive yet perfectly executed, understated and genuinely good. The complimentary hotel car service was superb. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip, highly recommend it!

The staff were friendly and always smiling. The location is good, and the view of the mountains from the back is beautiful. The room was nice, but the only drawback is that it's not soundproof. The resort has a spacious room, which is a plus, though the furniture is quite old. Bathroom amenities were basic, and hair conditioner was not provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste were also not replenished daily. There were many mosquitoes around the resort, and breakfast was standard. Breakfast is served until 10:00 a.m., and a slightly longer timing would be appreciated. We noticed ants on some tables in the breakfast area, possibly due to the wooden furniture. One highlight was the wide selection of beverages available at breakfast.

It was a very nice stay, the room was very clean, the pool was great, the spa and access to beach was wonderful. We loved it. The location was wonderful right in the heart of all the action.Breakfast was ok, coffee machine only no barista. Could advertise a bit more about activities going on in the resort, we stumbled upon a fire show by chance that was happening at the beach area right as it was ending we didn’t make it.

Location: The hotel is right by Ao Nang Beach, but not directly on the main road. You'll need to walk about 200 meters from the longtail boat ticket office. Cleanliness: I personally found it good; the floors and corners were very clean. I saw two geckos in the room, but no mosquitoes. Service: I didn't encounter any staff who spoke Chinese, but everyone was very friendly. They emptied the trash and changed towels daily. Ambiance: Good greenery, right next to the beach with beautiful views. Facilities: Relatively old, but well-maintained and mostly sufficient. The shower water pressure was low and not very hot. The air conditioning was noisy. Breakfast: Average.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at B2 Krabi Ao Nang Premier Resort! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a day of island hopping. The hotel is in a peaceful location, yet close enough to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable hotel in Krabi.

I'd recommend at least a pool view room; standard rooms might be located above the restaurant. You can catch a longtail boat to Railay from just outside the alley, as Ao Nang's beach isn't very impressive. The massage place across from the hotel was the cheapest I found. Hotel breakfast was decent, though it didn't change much over four days, which was a bit annoying. The two 1.3m beds were quite large for Thailand.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The reception staff were friendly, attentive, and provided good service. However, there was a communication mix up during my stay, and I was disappointed that no apology was offered regarding the misunderstanding. Only one key card was provided for the room, which I assume may be due to the hotel's use of a higher cost key card system as a local brand. While understandable, providing a second key card upon request would have been appreciated. The rooms were well designed and visually appealing. However, one of the two rooms I stayed in appeared not to be fully prepared, as some decorative elements had been removed, which affected the overall presentation. Additionally, the air conditioner was a bit noisy, which slightly impacted comfort. On a positive note, the complimentary minibar set was a thoughtful touch and added value to the stay. Beautiful hotel in Ao Nang located up in the mountains, surrounded by jungle. The rooms are spacious, wooden, and feel like a little retreat. There’s a shuttle that takes you up to your room, which is fun, but if you want to walk everywhere or walk to the beach easily, this place is probably not for you. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, keep in mind you’ll hear nature sounds at night. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby though, which is convenient. The pool is beautiful, but they don’t sell alcohol there, so just know that in advance. Breakfast was okay, maybe 3/5, but the staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was really special.
