Hotel buffet breakfast was good with wide varieties. Their pastries were so good, even had freshly baked croissant hourly. However, the kids club and gym were under maintenance and relocated to ballroom and boutique respectively. Hotel provided free ice cream for kids daily as compensation. The room condition need to be improved whereby the closet door was hard to push and shower head is leaking, two of the lights were not functioning well. Pillows were too soft compared to the sofitel we stayed in bali few years ago. Room cleaning done twice a day were impressive.

The hotel staff were tremendous and a definite asset. Thoroughly enjoyed the morning yoga sessions we attended with Sasha, who ensured an inclusive session for all levels. In a lovely setting and away from it all but you will need to taxi, or use shuttle to get anywhere. There is a small bar just outside hotel - left as you exit - ran by a couple of local brothers. It’s worth a visit definitely. I get it’s an Eco Hotel and independent but many of the hotel facilities are not what you would expect of a 5 star: gym is very rudimentary and some of kit, not in great nick; the rooms - we had a swim up suite - were quite dated furniture-wise and showing signs of extended wear and tear for instance The wi-fi for us was non-existent in room, and very hit and miss (mostly miss) in and around pool area. I’d imagine this might be a big issue for young families… The breakfast was fine, as was the rooftop bar food. In summary a pleasant enough stay, but not sure it was value for money at the price, and not comparable really to hotels we’d stayed at beforehand and since on this trip. I’d say a four star at best…

We had a fantastic time at Rayavadee! The location is perfect for both Rilay beach and Phra Nang beach. The buffet dinner at Grotto was 5 stars. Breakfast was great too. Top quality food and services throughout our stay. Staffs were friendly and very helpful in every way. We saw monkeys, lizards and birds in the resort. This place is naturally beautiful and well preserved!

The location is great, just steps from the beach with restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel itself has a massage parlor, a bar, and dining options. I stayed in a family garden view room, which was on the second floor after walking through a pathway past the pool. The room was well-equipped, and I discovered a hidden door. When I opened it, it led to the adjacent room, suggesting these rooms can be connected to form a suite. Just in case, I moved the table and chairs behind the door before going to sleep. It happened to be raining, so there might be mosquitoes; I recommend bringing insect repellent. The hotel's bar and dining were good, and the breakfast offered a wide variety. There were many Caucasian and Indian guests during my stay. The massage parlor was excellent, with private rooms and comfortable techniques.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, from the moment I checked in until I left, it was a comfortable and thoughtful experience all the way through. What surprised me most was that the hotel upgraded my room type for free without prior announcement. Opening the door to a more spacious room with a better view was both a delightful surprise and incredibly heartwarming. The staff were gentle and polite throughout, with attention to detail evident everywhere. The environment was meticulously clean, and the amenities were complete and functional. The service was unobtrusive yet perfectly executed, understated and genuinely good. The complimentary hotel car service was superb. I'll definitely choose this place first for my next trip, highly recommend it!

Booked this hotel based on a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, and it offered great value for money. When booking, I specifically requested a high-floor room away from the elevators. The hotel ended up giving me a corner room on the sixth floor with large L-shaped windows, which was fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent; right outside, there's a popular street perfect for Instagrammable photos, and every day you see many locals taking pictures there. There are 7-Eleven stores on both sides when you step out, making daily life convenient. The beach is also within walking distance. In the other direction, about two kilometers away, there's a Lotus supermarket, and about 2.5 kilometers further, a local market with cheap fruit and an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet for 180 per person, highly recommended. The hotel provides two key cards, so you can keep the power on even when you're out.

I liked the hotel. It's a bit old, but they really try. It has its own beach. I wouldn't recommend the breakfast: 1150 baht for a family of three, and there's nothing good to eat. There are much better places right outside the hotel.

Booking this hotel through Trip.com was quite a rip-off. We paid around 1000 Thai Baht via the platform, and our room was located right next to the gym and close to the main road, which made it incredibly noisy all night long – we couldn't get any proper rest. What really bugged us was finding out that friends who booked directly with the hotel paid only 800 Thai Baht and even received a 200 Thai Baht breakfast voucher! On top of that, their room had a great view, while our experience was terrible. It's clear that this platform charges Chinese tourists a higher price. Objectively speaking, the hotel's cleanliness was decent. The fatal flaws are the terrible soundproofing and the inflated prices on the booking platform. If you can get it for 800 Thai Baht with the voucher, the hotel's overall value for money would be acceptable, but if you end up with a noisy room at the platform's price, I definitely don't recommend it.

It was a very nice stay, the room was very clean, the pool was great, the spa and access to beach was wonderful. We loved it. The location was wonderful right in the heart of all the action.Breakfast was ok, coffee machine only no barista. Could advertise a bit more about activities going on in the resort, we stumbled upon a fire show by chance that was happening at the beach area right as it was ending we didn’t make it.

Good, clean, simple hotel with a clean swimming pool. The hotel is located right on the beach and next to a busy shopping street. The rooms are very spacious, clean, but a bit dated. The staff are generally very friendly. A downside was that upon check-out, I was immediately asked about items like an umbrella that my children had used and had to pay for a coffee spoon that was apparently missing from the coffee cup in my room.

Lovely hotel. It’s tucked away from Ao Nang beach but as someone who likes to walk, it’s not far away at all. The service was great, the room was kept clean and it was definitely value for money. It came with breakfast but that was like a takeaway wrap and coffee but actually worked well for early morning excursions where you could take them with you. I’ll definitely go back and stay there

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Centara Anda Dhevi Resort & Spa! The property is lovely, but what truly made our experience special was the incredible staff. A huge shoutout to Een and Gen for being so incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly throughout our visit. They really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Also, a special mention to Gen, He makes a seriously amazing cocktail! 🍸 Highly recommend this resort if you are looking for great service and a relaxing vibe in Krabi. We will definitely be back!

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens felt fresh. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with essential toiletries, except toothbrush. The room amenities, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and the television, worked well throughout my stay. The view from the room was enjoyable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The only minor drawback is the water temperature in the shower was not stable and kept changing between hot and cold during use, which was quite inconvenient. Also, if your room is located in the block with the check-in lobby, be prepared for some walking everyday, as the road is quite steep. This may be challenging for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. Other than these points, the stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

This is a natural oasis. We were immersed in nature the moment we stepped in. The resort beautifully co-exists with its surroundings, which we absolutely loved. If you are booking, do keep in mind that the resort is built on hills, so you would need to wait for the shuttle to travel to and from different areas within the property. The room was extremely clean with no complaints at all. However, since the resort is located in the hills and surrounded by nature, there were ants and insects attracted to the lights, especially at night. Because of this, we could only really enjoy the outdoor jacuzzi during the daytime. There are also monkeys and monitor lizards around the resort, although I only spotted two monitor lizards during our stay. The in-house restaurant and pool were very good as well and added to the overall experience. The whole place feels very remote and peaceful — truly the kind of destination that helps you disconnect, relax, and heal.
