Stepping out of the hotel, you can walk along the riverside promenade to Zhongshan Bridge, and just across the bridge is Baita Mountain Park. The hotel's service meets a high five-star standard; the concierge, front desk, executive lounge, room service, and restaurant staff all exhibit excellent professionalism. They are proactive, enthusiastic, and always ready to assist guests with any needs. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, with spacious and impeccably clean rooms. The furniture is stylish and elegant, the bedding is comfortable, and the room soundproofing is excellent. The bathroom offers good water pressure and temperature. High-floor suites provide a clear 180-degree panoramic view of the Yellow River, which is truly spectacular. A self-service laundry room is available as an added amenity. The hotel's breakfast is extensive, featuring local specialties, freshly made beef noodles, and a wide array of both Chinese and Western options, all of which taste great. My stay was excellent, so much so that I extended it.

This was our first time in Lanzhou, and we booked this hotel. As soon as we arrived downstairs, a bellboy helped us with our luggage and opened the car door. Check-in was on the 51st floor, and the front desk lady, wearing a khaki uniform and glasses, even upgraded our room type. The housekeeping staff was also very meticulous and polite when cleaning during our extended stay. A big thank you to everyone mentioned! The room had an amazing view of the mountains and the Yellow River. The facilities were complete, the bedding was very comfortable, and the complimentary toiletries were also excellent. The only slight disappointment was around 9:20 PM when my partner and I went to the lobby bar to cut a cake and wanted to have a drink. A staff member told us we had to order two drinks to sit at that particular spot. Since we only wanted one drink, we were told we could only sit in the sofa area behind the stairs, where there was no charge. At that point, I didn't even feel like ordering one drink.

After a few days in Gannan, I specifically chose a hotel with a bathtub and a pool for a relaxing night. The Yellow River view room offers first-class scenery, overlooking both banks of the Yellow River from a high vantage point. The breakfast was also good, the room was spacious enough, and the service was excellent – anything I needed was provided quickly. There's also a Reader Culture & Creativity shop in the lobby downstairs. I'm a hundred percent satisfied! The price was surprisingly similar to a three-star campsite in Gannan. The cost of living in Lanzhou is surprisingly affordable!

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations, a definite five-star rating! From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk staff smiled during check-in and even proactively upgraded my room. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that allowed me to sleep soundly until morning. The bathroom facilities were new, and the hot water came quickly, washing away all my fatigue. Breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the freshly prepared beef noodles were especially delicious. The location is also very convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride to the attractions. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit and have already recommended it to my friends! Excellent value for money, highly recommended!

I've always wanted to give an excellent review but never had the chance. I've stayed here several times. The former Xilan Hotel was renovated and upgraded. The first revolving restaurant I went to in my life was here. It's been more than 20 years! Floor-to-ceiling automatic curtains, smart toilets, and warm room lighting are great for watching movies. Coupled with the attentive service, both the front desk and the room attendants are very nice, especially the smart mirror in the room is my favorite, the toiletries are also very easy to use, and the beef noodles with gray bean soup for breakfast are more Lanzhou characteristics! I haven’t had time to try afternoon tea yet, you can go and experience it! It is definitely the first choice hotel in Lanzhou. The key is that the price is affordable and it is only a few dozen meters away from the subway entrance! You deserve it! It's rare to find a hotel that I can give such a positive review with such confidence!

If you're tired from exploring, you can easily pop back to the hotel for a rest before heading out again. The cleanliness and overall environment were quite satisfactory. They even offer complimentary coffee upon check-in. Plus, Axiya Restaurant is conveniently located on the 3rd floor, and there's a food court right downstairs.

Atour is a fantastic brand, and this particular hotel is located right in Lanzhou's most bustling and vibrant area. Being on a higher floor, it effectively shields you from the city noise. The location is absolutely prime, nestled within the busiest commercial district, yet you can instantly escape the hustle and bustle by heading up to your room on a higher floor, enjoying a peaceful haven amidst the activity. The quality of Atour's bedding is top-notch, and all the bath towels are individually sealed, truly ensuring a fresh set for every guest, making for excellent hygiene. It's a great choice for your stay in Lanzhou.

The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate. The front desk had drinks, small biscuits, and a coffee machine ☕. Breakfast was from 7 to 10 AM, with a good variety of options. The pastries seemed to be outsourced; there were durian pastries, flower cakes, bread, etc. The beef noodles were delicious, and there were many Chinese dishes. There's only one coffee machine, and the cups are small, so expect a queue if it's busy. I tried the grain-based hot drink next to it, and it was also very good. The parking lot isn't very obvious and isn't large; I had to wait in line to leave during check-out in the morning. It's very close to the night market, yet it's in a quiet spot away from the hustle and bustle, and the soundproofing is good. Overall, I recommend it.

The cleaning aunties are also very nice, especially the one on the 6th floor who works so hard every day. She's really great.

After visiting Bingling Temple, we drove straight to a hotel near Zhongchuan Airport, as the airport is really far from the city. Luckily, we could still order some Lanzhou delicacies via food delivery. The room was booked using Trip.com points, and the soundproofing was excellent. I couldn't hear any airplane or road noise at all, which allowed me to get a solid two and a half hours of deep sleep. The service was quite friendly, but I requested a room upgrade through Trip.com and it doesn't seem like I received one. Breakfast was decent. There weren't many hot dishes or protein options, but the beef noodles were really flavorful, especially the chili oil in them.

It saves a lot of time getting to city attractions or business appointments. The rooms are clean and the service is attentive. It's definitely my top choice for business trips.
