The service at this hotel was absolutely amazing! All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic yet professional. When the delivery robot couldn't make it in time with our takeout, a concierge even brought it directly to our room. While swimming in the pool, a male guest tried to enter without a swimming cap. The staff politely reminded him multiple times, but they were very firm – no means no. It made other swimmers feel very safe and comfortable. The hotel's overall facilities are good, and the pool is also very clean. The value for money here is truly outstanding! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Qingdao.

When I came to Qingdao, I wanted to stay closer to the scenic area, so I booked this hotel. It's also close to the subway station, which makes getting around very convenient. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, and we could see the Olympic Sailing Center light show right from our room! A special thanks to Finance Manager An, who was professional and patient, and provided excellent service. The hotel breakfast was also delicious with a great variety.

I was surprised to find the hotel right outside the subway exit, with MixC (shopping mall) across the street. Getting to all the attractions is a breeze with the subway, which is super convenient for those who don't want to plan much. We booked a suite with a living room and even had a sea view, though the exterior windows were quite dirty, making it a bit hard to take good photos. The pool was practically ours, with hardly anyone else around. The breakfast restaurant was huge and had high ceilings, offering everything you'd expect. A big thanks to Nicky at the front desk for providing a complimentary breakfast for our child. The only downside was the shower water pressure, which was a bit lacking.

During the National Day holiday, I stayed at Shangri-La Qingdao with my family. The most delightful surprise this time was meeting our butler, Nina. After we checked in, she proactively added me on WeChat. Later, when we inquired about the buffet restaurant's operating hours and dining details, she promptly and thoroughly responded to all our questions. On the morning of our departure, Nina specifically messaged us to remind us about collecting our farewell gift and extended National Day wishes – full of thoughtful details. Due to an unexpected change in our itinerary, we encountered traffic on our way back and planned to have the buffet at the hotel before checking out. After explaining the situation to Nina, she was incredibly understanding of our arrangements. Her communication was gentle and patient; she didn't rigidly adhere to policies but fully empathized with the inconvenience of traveling with family. Many hotel services are just routine, but Nina's genuine dedication was truly palpable. After a tiring journey, this kind and thoughtful service brought our Qingdao trip to a perfect close. If I visit Qingdao again, I will definitely stay at Shangri-La once more, and I look forward to meeting Nina again! We hope to see Nina in Harbin too!

The housekeeping staff are very polite; they greet me with a warm smile and a 'good morning' every day, making me feel right at home. The breakfast is rich with a wide variety of delicious food, and the environment is clean and hygienic. I really like the hotel's swimming pool; the environment is very clean. The location is also excellent, with a convenience store right at the entrance, and it's very convenient to go nearby for seafood. The hotel rooms are a bit dated, but the cleanliness is good. I would definitely visit again. I am an IHG member; it would be great if the room could be upgraded. Other places usually offer upgrades, and I've stayed at IHG hotels many times now.

The hotel boasts a grand architectural design and numerous rooms, reflecting the style of an established star-rated hotel. Upon entering the room, there was a noticeable musty smell. However, the mattress was very thick and incredibly comfortable to sleep on. We ran out of tissues in the room, but the housekeeper promptly brought some when we requested them. There were no disposable bath liners for the bathtub, and they weren't available for purchase, which is an area where service could definitely be improved. Given its large scale, the hotel could consider offering childcare services similar to Club Med. A kids' play area with soft play structures, slides, and a ball pit would be a great addition, allowing parents to relax. There was no buffet available. With such a large property, inter-departmental communication seems to be an issue. The information provided by the housekeeper for the 1928 Beer Bar's dining options was incorrect. After checking out, the housekeeper asked for a good review. I provided some suggestions, but the housekeeper, 'Dabaitu' (Big White Rabbit), never replied. It feels like the service in northern China is often a 'do-it-because-my-boss-told-me-to' mentality, and any extra requests from guests are seen as an inconvenience. I really liked the breakfast buffet where many of the attendants were older, creating a very harmonious atmosphere, like being cared for by parents while away from home. The breakfast selection was extensive. There are two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Cat petting costs 19.9 for children and 29.9 for adults, with single entry and unlimited time. Feeding animals costs 10 yuan, which includes one portion of feed. **However, if you write a good review for 1 yuan, you get fewer carrots than the 10 yuan portion. The animals seemed a bit pathetic, with the little horse constantly kicking the wire fence.** There are two swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor. The buffet at the 1928 Beer Bar is more Western-style. Many people might not be used to it. We tried it, and the quality of the desserts was excellent! There's a beach right behind the hotel, with some rocks, but not too many. You can go tide pooling in the early morning and at night. It's too hot during the day due to strong sun, and there isn't much seafood to find then either. The package included access to the Haiquanwan Hot Springs, but I must mention: it was dirty. There were no tissues or disposable combs in the hair-drying area (only a few scattered combs for everyone to share). With this level of service, I won't be returning. The hotel's location is indeed a bit remote, making it suitable for self-driving. There's a Shandong University cafeteria and museum nearby, which I'd give five stars!

The hotel's location is excellent, right across from the beach. The complex is made up of several small buildings, offering a quiet and elegant environment with convenient parking, and comfortable rooms. A bus stop is right outside the hotel entrance, making it very easy to get to the Dahedong Service Center (where you can transfer to buses for the Taiqing and Jufeng scenic areas). We stayed in late June, so there weren't many guests. Breakfast was served in portions (wontons, grilled sausage, boiled eggs, and side dishes). Overall, we were satisfied.

Whenever I bring clients to Qingdao for business, I always choose the warm and inviting Regent. It truly feels like coming home – familiar faces, familiar rooms, and even a welcome gift! My Japanese client was very pleased. The room was impeccably clean; you can tell they put effort into inspecting and preparing it. There was even chilled bottled water in the mini-fridge, which was a thoughtful touch! The hotel has Japanese-speaking staff, so staying here puts me at ease. They're always ready to answer any questions. My client even said they'd definitely come back.

The room was fantastic! Even with a partial sea view, we could still enjoy a beautiful view of the bay. The sea and sky truly live up to the 4.9-star reputation. The service was incredibly thoughtful as well. As soon as we got out of the car, a concierge was there to help with our luggage, even though we didn't have much. From that moment, we felt completely at home. Even more delightful was the service from Lora. As a front desk agent, she also acted as a personal butler, greeting us proactively every day. It was Mid-Autumn Festival, and I casually asked if they had mooncakes. To our surprise, she and her manager (I assume) personally came to deliver a small gift and a mooncake for our child. For us, as regular guests with a young one, this was truly an unexpected and wonderful surprise! The hotel's location is excellent too. We could cross the road and go clam digging for small fish and shrimp. Full marks (100%) for both the price and the service!

This hotel is located in Huangdao District, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it perfect for guests who prefer a quieter environment without large crowds. The indoor pool is spacious and well-lit, with depths ranging from 0.8 to 1.3 meters, which is great for families and those learning to swim. The beach is a mere 3-minute walk away. It's a public beach, not a private one, so swimming isn't recommended. However, it's fantastic for clam digging, playing in the sand, and wading in the water in the mornings and evenings. It offers a more private beach experience compared to the crowded public swimming beaches, making it an ideal compromise. There are also water sports facilities operated by third parties on the beach, offering additional options. The hotel features a resident band performance in the evenings, which can be enjoyed directly from the outdoor terrace dining area. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can dine and drink while listening to the music. Alternatively, a sea-view room with a balcony also offers a good view. The hotel also has an outdoor mini zoo with cute animals like miniature horses, which is a fun attraction for both adults and children. The breakfast is decent, meeting the standard for a five-star hotel. This room type offers excellent value for money, so remember to book in advance during peak season. By the way, a little heads-up: Qingdao is under a fishing ban throughout July and August, so there's no such thing as ”freshly caught seafood” during this time. Most seafood is frozen or imported from other regions. Friends, be wary of false advertising from some seafood stalls.

We immediately called the front desk, and a young man heard the situation and then consulted with his female colleague. When the young lady took the call, she said there was a supermarket nearby and offered to help us buy some. About 10 minutes later, she appeared at our door, a little out of breath, and handed me the sanitary pads. We were incredibly grateful. Her surname is Chen, and she truly helped us out in a critical moment. We'd like to express our sincere thanks! We'd love to stay at this welcoming hotel again if we have the chance!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, the environment was quiet, and I had a great rest. The hotel's location is quite convenient, and the lobby is comfortably decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The room had good natural light, and the bedding was clean, so I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent. The soundproofing was decent; I barely heard any noise. I particularly want to commend the housekeepers April, Kayla, and Yuki. April was quick and friendly during check-in. I contacted Kayla a few times during my stay, and her responses were always prompt, and she resolved issues efficiently. Yuki would greet me in the hallway, which felt very welcoming. My stay was very smooth. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in the area.

First off, the location is fantastic. The hotel is right by the First Bathing Beach, which was perfect for my child to explore the tide pools. The cliffside restaurant on the first floor is incredibly pleasant for enjoying the view and relaxing, giving you a wonderful sense of being away from it all. In the evening, having a drink there really sets a great mood. The food itself is quite ordinary, but the surrounding scenery and ambiance make up for any imperfections. The front desk staff were lovely – beautiful, friendly, and gentle. Sisters 3075 and 3029 left a particularly good impression on us, and we truly felt the sincerity and friendliness of the people of Qingdao. The room facilities are a bit dated but still clean. My husband loved lounging on the sofa, admiring the sea view, and kept saying how comfortable he was. Housekeeping was good; they cleaned regularly and replenished supplies. However, their response to personalized requests wasn't very proactive. For example, I noticed the kettle wasn't working and asked someone to check it. Initially, they suggested I try a different outlet, but the available outlets in the room weren't suitable for boiling water due to safety concerns. After I insisted, someone did come. It turned out the issue wasn't the kettle itself, but rather that the kettle's outlet only had power when the room card was inserted. Overall, housekeeping services met our basic needs. My child and husband enjoyed the buffet at the 25th-floor revolving restaurant. I personally found it to be good value for money, especially with the stunning, unobstructed 360-degree views and complimentary drinks. It was great. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! We'll likely choose this hotel again next time we visit Qingdao.

The hotel's location is great, and since I booked a room with a view, the scenery was fantastic with some picturesque spots perfect for photos. However, the breakfast selection wasn't up to par for a five-star hotel; it wasn't varied enough. Plus, there was no doorman service at the hotel lobby entrance. Shockingly, the bathroom windowsill had a crack, which wasn't mentioned during check-in. After I switched rooms, I found the new room's fridge was broken and had a strange smell. I really hope the hotel can make some improvements. On the positive side, the front desk and other staff members were very friendly and helpful.

A few years ago, I came to eat with my friends in winter, and only noticed this garden-like hotel. This year, I took the children and the elderly to make a soup again. Far from the city, it takes about an hour to drive, the road is very smooth, basically no car The front desk check-in is very fast, whether it is to eat or soak, the butler pick-up is very timely, wait for three or five minutes. The park is very large, the villa area has private soup, and the public area also has hot springs. Rice can be ordered a la carte, or you can add a meal delivery fee to the room. The room is spacious and bright, the space is large, the pots and pans are available, the bag is checked in, and the cooking party is also completely OK. Personally, I suggest that the health of public hot springs should be paid attention to. The carcasses of small animals were found in several pools in the bamboo forest hot springs, which really affected the mood of the soup. Oil was found on the pillowcase in the room and it would be a bit uncomfortable. Personally, the pillow is slightly higher, I didn't sleep well all night, can I consider two options with high and bottom? All in all, it is good

This was the third hot spring hotel I stayed at this winter, and it was also my favorite. Even before checking in, Manager Tang called to inquire and offered a free room upgrade. Because we have an elderly person in a wheelchair who has difficulty going to the hillside golf course, he arranged for shuttle service, which we were very grateful for! The food in the Chinese restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were clean, cozy, and tidy. They even served warm milk to help us sleep at night – a very thoughtful touch. The swimming pool inside the hot spring was our favorite feature, and the outdoor infinity pool even cured my cold – a truly unexpected delight. In short, I'm deeply moved by the hard work of all the staff and will definitely come back. Thank you!

This was my second stay here, and the hotel service was excellent. Miss Lin Feng at the front desk was incredibly responsive to all my requests, and even reminded me when I left something in my room. The breakfast selection was extensive. This time, I stayed in Building 5, which is right next to the unpowered playground and soccer field, and my little one had a fantastic time playing there.

The Le Méridien Qingdao is truly amazing! I've traveled to many places and stayed in countless hotels, but the Le Méridien Qingdao is definitely one of the best, if not *the* best, in my opinion! Every single staff member here is incredibly warm and friendly, making you feel genuinely welcome. Their responsiveness and speed in addressing guests' needs are truly impressive, and I'm very touched and grateful for it. If I ever visit Qingdao again, I will absolutely choose to stay at the Le Méridien Qingdao, and I'll enthusiastically recommend it to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for creating such wonderful memories for me. Because of you, my trip from beginning to end was even more beautiful and brilliant. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff! Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, living up to its reputation as a luxury hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with European-style decor. From the balcony, you could see the ocean. The hotel is just across the road from the seaside boardwalk, perfect for a stroll. Wheat Island, a popular网红 spot, is less than 2 km away on foot. Breakfast was incredibly lavish; there was no way to finish it all. The buffet dinner was also quite impressive – again, so much food, couldn't finish it all! You can't take too much at once, as it gets cold quickly. Service was excellent. There were staff to help with luggage, turndown service, and even someone to wipe down cars. I didn't bring my child this time, but I'll definitely bring them back. There are lots of entertainment facilities for kids on the B1 floor that we didn't get to experience.

The room faced the sea with a fantastic view, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a good night's sleep. 👍 I was traveling with my mother and child, and the hotel upgraded our room type, which was very much appreciated! The hotel's dinner buffet offered great value for money! The seafood was fresh and there was a wide variety, so much so that we ate dinner at the hotel's buffet for 3 consecutive nights. It was so convenient not having to stress about finding a restaurant. The hotel's backyard connects to a seaside promenade, perfect for walking or cycling. Along the way, we saw many people fishing, catching huge mantis shrimp and blue crabs. It was wonderful to enjoy fresh seafood right by the ocean!

This was my first trip to Qingdao since returning home, and I’m so glad I chose to stay here. The hotel is clean and elegantly appointed, with bright, well-lit rooms and soft, comfortable bedding that let me sleep soundly until morning. Front-desk staff member Sally was warm and attentive, check-in was quick and efficient, and she responded promptly to any questions or concerns. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around and find great places to eat. The bathroom is fully equipped, the toiletries are of good quality, and every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of—excellent value all around. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time, and I highly recommend it!

Our housekeeper Bella was incredibly attentive. She contacted us in advance to confirm our arrival time and even upgraded our room. The room was super spacious and came with complimentary welcome fruits. The view of the endless ocean was absolutely stunning. Bella was very prompt in responding to all our daily requests and thoughtfully recommended some great restaurants. Our stay was fantastic! Next time we're in Qingdao, we'll definitely choose The Lalu again!

A special shout-out to Xiao Jia, whose service response was incredibly prompt. She proactively added a bed guard for my baby. Because I'm sensitive to noise, she thoughtfully arranged a quieter room for me on the second night. The breakfast selection at the Qingweiliao restaurant downstairs was extensive, and you can also order lunch and dinner there; the food was delicious and didn't have tourist-trap pricing. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, being very close to Lover's Dam for the light show and Torch Pier for ferry rides.

As a student attending the conference, the most important factors were transportation, internet speed, and a comfortable resting environment, all of which were impeccable.
