Incredibly disappointed with the lack of hygiene and poor conditions at this hotel. During my stay, I found pests in the room, including a cockroach and a spider. Worse, after sleeping here for just one night, I woke up with an allergic reaction due to the unsanitary environment. The rooms are clearly not being cleaned or maintained properly, it is only cleaned on the surface. Not recommended.

This room was seriously unhygienic and far below hotel standards. The walls were visibly dirty with widespread stains and grime, especially around the desk and near the bed area, making the room feel neglected and unsanitary. It looked like the walls had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The bathroom condition was even worse. The sink drain had heavy black buildup and grime around it, which is extremely concerning from a hygiene perspective. This is basic cleanliness that should be checked and cleaned daily, yet it was clearly ignored. Overall, the lack of cleanliness made the stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. Hygiene is the most basic expectation for any hotel, and this property failed badly. I would not recommend staying here unless the hotel seriously improves its cleaning and maintenance standards.

Other conditions were good. But the water supply disruption is one point. Why suddenly tap water become slower and eventually stopped. Even not a drop of water came out today. Reception told me that we need to wait for the water to be pumped. Keep on waiting but still the same. I heard the same situation from other customer too at the front desk. We all need to check out as early because of this issue. Btw, Selamat Hari Raya

This time I stayed in a room with low water pressure, the bathroom is so small that the bathroom door can't be opened and closed until the end. wonderland is only open from 10am-6pm compared to before until late at night. there are trampoline playgrounds that close occasionally. used to be a shock, now it's a bit less welcome. But for us, we are very happy to be able to bathe in all the pools.

The room is spacious. It is really an ideal choice for a big family. The view is really nice. You have the paddy field on the left and the sea on the right. The owner is friendly, and clear instruction is given on how to get the key and where to park our cars.

The location of the hotel is very strategic because of the shop lot. When you want to check in, you have to go to the saloon to get the key and have to pay a deposit (RM50). The hotel has 2 floors and we got the 2nd floor. for the elderly, it's not very friendly because you have to go up the stairs 🥺 even though it's a budget hotel, there's still a hair dryer, cup, kettle with hot water and a toilet ready with slippers. Cleanliness is tiptop 🌟 clean sheets are the most important thing 🥰 it's only for Muslims, there is no restaurant near there and the Qibla is also available... the room is spacious for 2 big beds and you can get a cheap price, it's worth it😍 the hotel is neat, beautiful and creative decorated with interesting flower decorations and paint ... highly recommended for those who want to stay here 🥰♥️

The condominium was spacious, with three rooms, and was relatively clean when we arrived. However, the rooms did not have proper blankets—only thin towels (which we initially thought were regular towels). This made us feel cold at night, especially in the room with air conditioning. We also found some Charlie ants in the bathroom, which was a bit unpleasant.
