The location is good, and the breakfast over the five days was decent. The room is spacious, but the shower leaks and the exhaust fan doesn’t work, making the room humid and causing towels to dry slowly. The facilities are quite complete, but they don’t seem to be well promoted, so they appear poorly maintained—possibly because they’re rarely used. They even have a health room, but it was confusing when I came back late at night with an injury and asked my girl to request Betadine or something similar, only to be told it wasn’t available. It’s strange for a good hotel not to have basic first aid. Despite that, I would still consider coming back.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations. It's super close to the train station and airport express, just a 5-minute walk. However, since it's in the city center with time-restricted driving zones, it takes about 7-8 minutes for a taxi to arrive. I think the facilities will be quite nice once the upgrades are complete. The service was excellent; they even offered a complimentary costume photo shoot, though I didn't try it. Breakfast was decent too. The downside is the extremely poor soundproofing. It's right next to the railway, and I could clearly hear every train horn in the middle of the night. Noise from people passing by the door was also very noticeable, which really affected my sleep.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It is very close to the trainstation and Malioboro street. This location makes the rooms a bit noisy tho because you can hear the trains moving into the station. So better bring some earplugs. The place is very clean and all the staff were super friendly. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food. I like that they provide a water dispenser instead of plastic bottles. Overall a great hotel with a great location, I will stay here again at my next visit in Yogya.

Everything was good until at night a family with a small child checked in to next room of ours.  They were talking lound and making noises very much. We realized how thin the wall between us was, as we could hear their conversation very clearly.   Other than that, we liked the town view from the room and  all were good.

Enjoyable from start to finish. What a lovely hotel! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here from the moment we arrived until we departed. Our arrival was smooth. We were early, around 12:00 PM, so it was understandable that our room wasn't ready yet. Fortunately, that was no problem at all: our backpacks were kindly taken, and in the meantime, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the restaurant. In the end, the room was ready by 1:00 PM, an hour earlier than the official check-in time. The room was truly amazing. A wonderfully soft bed with perfect pillows, and everything was spotless. Exactly what you need after a long day of travel. The food in both restaurants was excellent. Downstairs, the satay and the club sandwich were our absolute favorites, so delicious that we ordered that sandwich every day. From day three, the staff already knew our order by heart without us having to say anything. Upstairs in the restaurant, the steak was truly high quality. The chefs know their craft, and you can taste it. The service also deserves a huge compliment: incredibly friendly, warm, and always willing to help. The pool is also nice for relaxing and wonderfully spacious. The service here is always accompanied by a smile, and nothing is too much trouble. Upon departure, the entire team, including the kitchen staff, even came out to wave us goodbye. That says everything about the atmosphere. We felt continuously welcome and at ease here. A place we will definitely return to!

The hotel is located on a small street, not too far from the train station, but the distance is awkward – a bit too far to walk comfortably, and taking a taxi can be a nightmare due to traffic (it took 30 minutes by taxi at 8 PM). When we were leaving Yogyakarta, it was incredibly difficult to get a taxi from the hotel; we had to wait about 20 minutes each time, and eventually ended up taking two trishaws. The room felt like an old house that had been given a quick paint job. The bathroom was quite basic, especially the shower area, which was tiny and had no door, so water sprayed everywhere, leaving the floor soaking wet. However, I'd give the service five stars. The room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously, and the front desk staff were all very warm and responsible. The hotel breakfast was quite rich with a good variety, but it was all Indonesian style, which might not suit a Chinese palate.

Thank you for preparing a great room and a complete welcome snack. Please excuse a few things that made our stay less comfortable: 1. The pool filter was only on for 8 hours a day, making the pool water cold and murky. 2. Room cleaning was requested for a maximum of 12 PM. After that, until 3 PM, they could only empty the trash and change towels. 3. It might be a good idea to add a shower curtain in the bathroom. We felt quite exposed, especially since there's a school building under construction nearby. During the day, we could see the workers installing the roof frame. 4. The round window in the room certainly adds to the aesthetics. However, since the bed faces east, it was extremely glaring in the morning. This meant we had to wake up early even on vacation. 5. The wooden bed frame creaked, and the middle part of the bedspring was sagging. Otherwise, the facilities were complete, Netflix worked, the long pool was great for swimming, and there were free donut-shaped floats.

This hotel got everything you are looking for, for a really affordable price! Super friendly staff, nice breakfast, little gym and pool and more. The rooms and reception area are super clean and modern. They showed every World Cup game live on a big LED screen, no matter what time it was. Didn’t use it but they also offer a variety of food and drinks for room service. The location is also top tier, being very close to the main train station, tugu jogja and the famous Malioboro street. I recommend a stay here and will definitely come back the next time I am visiting Jogja!

This hotel is my top recommendation for anyone visiting Yogyakarta! Booking in advance got us a great discount. The location is excellent, right across from the train station, and it's a short walk to the bustling Malioboro Street. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning was super cold. The front desk staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The water dispensers in the hallway, offering both hot and cold water, all worked perfectly – a big plus! We stayed for several days and honestly didn't want to switch hotels, worried we might end up somewhere bad. As for the downsides, the soundproofing isn't the best. You can clearly hear the mosque's broadcasts starting early in the morning. However, this is quite typical in Indonesia, and personally, I'm fine with it. But if you're someone who gets bothered by early morning disturbances, then it might be an issue. Also, in some rooms, the shower door doesn't close completely, so water can spray out. These are minor drawbacks though, and for this price, there's really nothing to complain about. It's much better than many hotels I've stayed in Taiwan!

In the heart of Jogjakarta. Short distance to Keraton, Alun alun, Taman Sari, Malioboro by car (within 10-15 minutes depands on traffic). If u want to have trip to Kasongan, Ganjuran area, this a good place to stay (within 30 minutes by car). For culliners trip, there are so many tasty n good restaurant within walking distance. Had tried many of them 🤣. Athough the hotel not a big one such 4-5 stars hotels but it's comfortable enough and there is rooftop swimming pool too. One of my choice hotels while go to Jogja. Sorry, I dont take many picture when I stay here.

Friendly staff, very fragrant & big room, plus cold AC, the room is also soundproof, heavy rain is almost inaudible. Spacious & clean bathroom, strong & stable hot water, great. Fast wifi, even when moving from the room to the rooftop or hotel lobby. Parking is limited but security is very helpful. So it's not a problem even though I stayed there for 3 days and there was always a bukber event. The rooftop is safe, lots of seats plus tables, the swimming pool is clean. The location is great, across there is a market, it's okay if you want to eat market snacks, I also had time to buy fruits. There are also food stalls if you're too lazy to walk. Close to the Jogja monument, not far from everywhere. Suggestion: For a room at this price, it's better to also provide hand soap at the sink. It's also better to provide a pair of small towels to wipe your hands and hangers. For breakfast, we only used it once, for the taste... it depends on each person's taste 😁 & there aren't many choices. Thank you.
