You'll receive the form on your flight or can get it at the airport before reaching immigration.

Every time I visit Phnom Penh, I stay at this hotel. The breakfast is fresh and plentiful. The pool and gym are clean. The hotel staff are enthusiastic, and the parking security guards are amiable. The foot massage parlor on the first floor of the hotel is also really nice! Plus, there are so many mango trees in the garden outside. This hotel is pretty good, and it seems like a lot of Chinese travelers stay here. The front desk staff are also nice and some even speak a bit of Chinese, so check-in and check-out were smooth. Just a heads up, remember to prepare a $100 cash deposit. Also, a quick reminder: even if you don't eat durian, don't bring it into the room, as it can leave a lingering smell. The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.Dari150 AZN

Really good hotel. Spacious room and also a nice bathroom. Breakfast is not the best but it’s okay okay nonetheless. Service is great and very attending. The hotel is in a central location and has been renovated recently. Rooms are clean, spacious and updated.
The breakfast however and front staff are below expectations. Food is not fresh, or even hot for that matter. Staff is reactive but not proactive, no directory or list in the room to notify of laundry service, room service or even a notice of where things are.

I have to say I was extremely disappointed by this hotel. This is remarkably considering it’s my 6th time and u always book this hotel. However, the fine print only showed that the pool and Sky Bar rooftop area was closed for renovations after booking. This is extremely inconvenient and I wonder why the hotel did not complete this during winter or prior to the busy summer holiday season.
We were allowed to use the sister Riverside hotel pool but were put on a 2.5 hour tone limit (not sure if that was due to the driver waiting or the policy. The Riverside hotel is much more upmarket but not a big fan of the pool : too shallow and no umbrellas for shade. Costs at the pool are quite high though the food is good.
I checked in around 2am and while the service was friendly, I had issues with the door lock jamming and not working properly. The staff were quick to sort it out.
In all honesty, I was very very disappointed and hope the hotel will consider timing renovations better. Most importantly, the hotel should advise upfront of pool/construction and not just in the fine print.
I can honestly say this was my most disappointing trip to the hotel and without the pool it loses its appealDari77 AZN

Our originally booked room would have been on the 9th floor, right below the pool and bar. We requested a different one. It wasn't the same category, but it was okay. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows too thick. You can't please everyone, I guess. The bathroom was very small, but the shower had good water pressure and was hot. The breakfast area/cafe was far too small for so many guests, and it was too hot to sit outside. Breakfast was mediocre but sufficient. The location was superb. Very quiet on a side street, yet right in the heart of things. However, we had the bad luck of construction happening at the temple across the street. You should avoid that side of the hotel. Excellent room amenities and hardware, coupled with great service. The fully tiled floors do lead to some minor corridor noise. The breakfast selection is extensive and well-prepared. The three pools each have unique features, making it great for families with kids.
