We enjoyed our stay at the Raffles very much. The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. The only thing we were disappointed with was the spa. The receptionist was not very professional. The room felt a bit unsettling with the portrait hanging on the wall, especially since the lighting is quite dim. It would be more comfortable to have a mirror, which would be very useful when drying hair, or maybe having an extra power socket in the bathroom area would be convenient.
Toilet Amenities:
The toothbrush provided was quite hard, and the shampoo didn’t feel like it effectively cleansed my hair…no lotion is provided in the room. Perhaps these can be improved for better guest comfort.

The hotel's location is great, not far from the city center, and taxis are easily accessible. The front desk staff and other service personnel are exceptionally warm and helpful; they'll proactively assist you with your luggage, provide directions, and inquire about your needs. I booked this hotel because it's only a 5-minute walk to where I needed to go.
It's a very Chinese-style business hotel. The front desk staff speak Chinese, and most of the meals are Chinese cuisine. The room layout is similar to that of a Ji Hotel. They offer laundry service and late-night snacks, and most of the guests are Chinese.
The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Central Market and Canadia Tower, truly in the city center.

What an amazing experience, the hotel made our stay very pleasant. From amazing service as you enter the hotel, to clear instructions on our stay and the comfort of the room. The hotel was fine. Nothing fancy, especially for Phnom Penh. Price was decent. Breakfast choices were very good. Close to outdoor market, convenience stores and restaurants. Service was very good. The servants were always friendly, smiling and willing to help. Plenty of tuk tuk drivers to accommodate you to wherever you wanted to go. Be aware, some will overcharge. My advice: always use Grab or Tada for your travel needs. You will always get a good price. Example: tuk tuk drivers charged us 30,000 riel on one of our trips. I booked same trip on Grab, cost us 9,100 riel. If I ever stay at this hotel again, which won’t be likely, I will always book a ride with Grab or Tada.
