We arrived at 7pm due to the heat wave in France. Unfortunately there was no shows anymore and mickey mouse went already to bed. However - the park was calm, the vibe was fantastic. The great firework show was at 22:45. It was unforgettable! 10/10.

The next two days were much better, and I must say the view was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the wait. Overall, while the initial inconvenience was frustrating, the hotel did make up for it in the end with the stunning view I had originally hoped for. I’d recommend double-checking your room upon arrival, but once everything is sorted, the experience can be magical.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure. But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite. He even helped me call to check about storing luggage at the Louvre, and ultimately advised me that it would be safer to store it at the hotel. Breakfast seemed to have slightly declined in quality compared to before, but it was still well worth having. After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home.

We stayed at Novotel Paris Les Halles and overall had an okay experience. The room was clean and well maintained, which we appreciated. However, the hotel was undergoing renovation during our stay. While there was no noticeable noise, the scaffolding right outside our window meant we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. As a result, the room lacked natural light, and the lighting indoors wasn’t quite sufficient — it made things like doing makeup a bit challenging. Rooms on the lower floors also don’t offer much of a view, which was a little disappointing. That said, the location is a major plus. There’s a mall and supermarket just behind the hotel, which is very convenient. Even better, there’s a metro entrance right at the doorstep, making it extremely easy to get around Paris. We didn’t try the breakfast, so can’t comment on that. Overall, a decent stay mainly for the convenience of the location, though the renovation and room conditions may affect the experience slightly.

Very good breakfast, extremely friendly service staff, and the Sape-Bar for a nightcap. A hotel with flair to feel right at home in Paris.

Excellent! The location is superb, right next to Gare de Lyon and Gare d'Austerlitz. We ended up staying here because our train was cancelled. The front desk was incredibly friendly; they saw I was a Marriott Bonvoy member with two kids and proactively upgraded our room from a single king bed to one with an additional sofa bed. The breakfast spread was quite generous, but we didn't get to eat it as we were rushing for our train (we hadn't booked breakfast initially). Early in the morning, the front desk lady even offered us complimentary coffee and pastries for the kids – so nice of her! The room was spacious enough, and the bedding and design were excellent. There was also a dedicated water dispenser. The drainage in the sink and bathtub was a bit slow, but when we told the front desk, they immediately sent someone to fix it. Overall, a very good experience! Satisfied! If I ever need a Marriott near a train station again, I'd definitely choose this one – very reliable! A taxi ride to central areas like Notre Dame and the Louvre takes about 20 minutes, but I recommend using Uber as it's about a third of the price of a regular taxi!

Did not have any issue with the check in as I reached the hotel pretty late at 9pm. There seems to be a little misalignment/ confusion on the room type on Trip.com and the Hotel. I booked the premium Eiffel tower room but was told at the counter that what they provided wasn’t that room. However upon checking into the room, I realised that it’s the room I booked, with the Eiffel Tower view so no issues on that. Room cleanliness was decent but did not have any toothbrush. The only issue I had was that despite me hanging the do not disturb tag on the door, the staff still entered my room and clean it. There’s a reason why that tag was hanged there. This gave me a bad experience and felt unsafe, as the staff can still enter my room despite having the tag there.

I chose this hotel for a five-night stay about two weeks before my trip, mainly for its convenient location to Roland Garros. The front desk staff provided good service, and the overall facilities were decent. For breakfast, they had freshly made poached eggs and omelets, and the menu changed a few times over the five days, so the overall quality was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's a short walk to both M6 and C metro lines, which take you directly to Versailles Palace and Notre Dame. Plus, the Eiffel Tower is right next to the hotel, so we got to see it every day coming in and out. We arrived around 10 AM, and after becoming members, they allowed us to check in early. The room size was decent, with enough space to fully open two suitcases. Housekeeping was good; the room was cleaned daily, and hygiene was well-maintained. However, the toiletries were quite disappointing and stingy. There were no slippers, and the shower gel and shampoo were a 3-in-1 product. The drinking cups and mouthwash cups were small disposable paper cups. While the mouthwash cups were replaced daily for a while, we stayed four nights, and by the last day, they were unusable and weren't replaced with new ones after being taken away. Tissues weren't replenished daily either; we had one box for the entire stay, which ran out on the last night. These small details were quite frustrating. Also, they don't provide complimentary bottled water in the room, but there's a free water dispenser in the lobby where you can refill as many times as you like. These are things future guests should be aware of before booking.

This lovely small hotel couldn't have been in a better location for my visit to Paris. It is an 11 minute walk to Notre Dame and the B RER train station. A metro is a block away and there is a lovely bistro across the street from the hotel. The desk person was very helpful in giving me directions to go to Versailles. I know having appliances is often not possible in small old hotels but I wish there had been a coffee maker in my room

Everything was great! The staff was kind and helpfull, and there was water and apples to grab in the lobby as a welcome. Unfortunately the bar was not always open, it closed really early in the evening. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, as there are many nice spots to have breakfast in the city, but my room I thoroughly enjoyed! It was quite new in it's design, yes there was some wear and tear, but it all looked clean, it all worked and it was highly comfortable. I had a view on the Trainstation on the other side of the streets which I loved. Perhaps for people that are sensitive to sound I would recommend bringing earplugs for the noise on the street sometimes.
