The hotel is quiet and luxury. The room is comfortable and spacious. I booked two nights. The bedroom air conditioner of the first night is a bit hot due to the temperature rises at midnight. After reflecting the problem, the staff promptly changes another room to me. Especially thanks to staff Victor who assist us for the procedure. The swimming pool is beautiful. The breakfast is not the type of buffet with great variety of food but the quality is high especially the coffee. Restaurant staff very nice and pleasant. Also the hotel is very near to Universal studios and is very convenient to all eating restaurants. All and all, a very good stay here as vacation. Highly recommended.

I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk management team at the Orui Hotel! Their commitment and ability to handle guest requests completely outperform the Ctrip platform! When Ctrip asked me to choose between a twin bed or a king bed during booking, I selected twin beds and therefore didn't add a special note. Ctrip, however, failed to communicate this room type preference to the hotel, which resulted in only a king bed being available at check-in. When I contacted Ctrip, they told me to negotiate with the hotel and pay extra for an additional bed. But after calling the front desk, they immediately arranged for staff to deliver and install a bed for us on the spot. This made our three-day trip absolutely perfect! Many thanks again to the hotel's excellent management! I will definitely be back!

The decor felt a bit outdated, and the lighting wasn't bright enough for my child to do homework, luckily I brought a small desk lamp. The bedding wasn't particularly comfortable, and the hotel service was just okay. Checking in took a while due to long queues, and there was a long wait to store luggage. The staff's service attitude was inconsistent – some were swamped while others just stood around. The rooms are small, and their breakfast policy is two adults, no children included, so you have to pay extra for kids. The main advantage is its proximity to Universal Studios.

I booked a deluxe room for two nights and requested a room with a good view. They arranged a room facing the Adventure Cove Waterpark. In the early morning, I could hear various crisp and pleasant bird calls and also saw a beautiful sunrise. For breakfast, I recommend eating at the Equarius Villas; the lush green environment there is lovely. The Ora Hotel offers a very ordinary buffet, and the breakfast restaurant's decor is more like a three-star hotel in China. The variety of dishes is slightly richer than at Equarius, but you need to take a shuttle bus back and forth, which wastes a bit of time. Overall, it was good. The room was spacious, and someone promptly refilled the mini-fridge water after it was consumed. The nearby waterpark is quite fun, with a wave pool and a unique coral reef pool where tropical fish swim around. It's worth visiting if you have kids aged 3 and above.

However, if you're visiting places like Universal Studios, it's pretty close to everything. Plus, it's very near the monorail, and there's a shuttle bus from the hotel to Vivocity, which is great. But that’s an issue because there is not enough sun-beds vs the rooms. People keep wondering around trying to find place to put their belongings and towels . Water in the swimming pool is not clean sadly. Breakfast is the saddest part of the whole experience . Very poor selection and not the best quality which was an unfortunate surprise. Overall we had a good time but there is room for improvement especially based on the 5* level the claim.

Stayed in their family room which is really two adjoining rooms. One has a double bed with a bath tub, the other has two single beds with a shower. Basins are outside the toilet altogether. Room 5155 has a nice view to the Southernmost point and the islands beyond in the Singapore Strait (and you can also watch the movies screened every night but without sound). Easiest way to move between the lobby and the room is by cutting across the swimming pool area at level 3. If you're looking for food options, there is a 7 eleven nearby, a French bistro and a fusion restaurant a few steps beyond that, and then the one altitude bar (but not open to kids) with a restaurant beside it (that is open to kids) in the next hotel. Convenient access to Kidzania via the bridge at level 2, and to Imbiah station (but gotta cross the road).

Booked this hotel last minute for a family trip with the little one to Sentosa, so my expectations were pretty low, but it turned out to be a decent experience. **Environment:** It's located on a small hill, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a jungle-like feel. There are peacocks roaming around everywhere. **Food:** The breakfast was very rich and tasty. They had a good selection of hot dishes, including Western and Southeast Asian options, and the fruit was super fresh. They even had Yakult! This was the only hotel breakfast my child really enjoyed and ate well during our entire week in Singapore. **Service:** The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, and the service from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff was quite good compared to other hotels we stayed at in Singapore earlier. The mini-bar snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. **Facilities:** A bit dated. The soundproofing in the room was poor; hallway noises were very noticeable. **Cleanliness:** Pretty average. You could see water stains on the shower floor. If you're not too particular, it's acceptable.

Great ambience and beautiful view. So nature and clean environment. Worth to stay and nearby to attractions and beach clubs in Sentosa. Shuttle service also provided to go along the beaches ; Pahlawan beach, Tanjong Beach and Siloso Beach which is also convenient to take bus, train and taxi at nearby station. Easy access transportation in and out from Sentosa Island. Love the seaview and garden view from the rooftop and also just a walking distance to Beach Station in less than 10mins from the resort. This is my 2nd time staycation here and highly recommend for a short gateway and healing by nature in Sentosa Island.

This was the best hotel experience. The service was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful. The welcome drink was delicious. I met Meixin during check-in, and she was very patient and proactive in helping me with an upgrade and then giving me a tour and explanation after I moved in. The room facilities were also comprehensive. The only minor drawback was the water; it took a long time to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient when showering. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios/Resorts World Sentosa, making travel quite convenient. There were plenty of dining options. The Italian restaurant for breakfast had seasonings that were generally too salty, and the tiramisu had a lot of water seeping from the bottom, which affected the taste, but the pizza was good. Cassia offered very authentic Cantonese flavors. The Pineapple Room above the lobby had great drinks, and the snacks were generously portioned. Meixin even gave me a peacock doll during check-out. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. All the staff I encountered were warm and friendly, remembered guests' names, and actively offered assistance. Thumbs up!

We chose Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa because we were going on a Disney cruise, and the king bed plus sofa bed setup offered great value for money. There's a private beach right downstairs, which was a shame because the water was a bit murky, but the kids still had a blast playing in the sand. PS: If you pre-book the Disney cruise shuttle, just leave your luggage outside your room door before 8 AM, and it will be delivered straight to your cruise cabin. The shuttle departs the hotel at 10 AM, arriving at the pier before 10:30 AM. Check-in starts at 11 AM, and you can board the ship by 12 PM [grinning face].

When deciding on Raffles in Singapore, I chose the Sentosa location over Orchard Road. This hotel is comprised entirely of villas, each featuring a private pool. The living room and bedroom are separate glass structures. The green patterned wallpaper throughout creates a very comfortable and immersive island vacation vibe. The staff uniforms are beautiful, and shortly after checking in, I even encountered a peacock 🦚. Night swimming after the lights came on was incredibly enjoyable. It wasn't hot or sunny at night, the water temperature was perfect (not cold), and there was no strong chlorine smell. I spent five blissful hours playing in the water – it was incredibly stress-relieving.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

👍 The facilities and services at the W Hotel are consistently excellent, and the front desk service is very attentive. ☹️ This isn't really the hotel's fault, but there's no clear return point for shared bikes outside the hotel entrance, so I couldn't return it. The front desk didn't know how to resolve it either, and I ended up paying over 60 yuan for it. 👍 The pool environment and service are both great. The shuttle bus is very convenient. 💵 I understand being charged an extra bed fee after check-in. The main issue was a miscommunication between Trip.com and the hotel, but Trip.com was very proactive in resolving it, so kudos to Trip.com.

Hotel location is a bit biased, the bus comes down and walks uphill 200 meters. But the hotel has a separate yard and is very quiet. Each house number has three sets of rooms, shared kitchen cookers, tableware in each room, cooking is very convenient. The restaurant faces the sea with sea views and cargo ports. Great for family leisure.

I want to give a special shout-out to the front desk management team at the Orui Hotel! Their commitment and ability to handle guest requests completely outperform the Ctrip platform! When Ctrip asked me to choose between a twin bed or a king bed during booking, I selected twin beds and therefore didn't add a special note. Ctrip, however, failed to communicate this room type preference to the hotel, which resulted in only a king bed being available at check-in. When I contacted Ctrip, they told me to negotiate with the hotel and pay extra for an additional bed. But after calling the front desk, they immediately arranged for staff to deliver and install a bed for us on the spot. This made our three-day trip absolutely perfect! Many thanks again to the hotel's excellent management! I will definitely be back!

I booked a deluxe room for two nights and requested a room with a good view. They arranged a room facing the Adventure Cove Waterpark. In the early morning, I could hear various crisp and pleasant bird calls and also saw a beautiful sunrise. For breakfast, I recommend eating at the Equarius Villas; the lush green environment there is lovely. The Ora Hotel offers a very ordinary buffet, and the breakfast restaurant's decor is more like a three-star hotel in China. The variety of dishes is slightly richer than at Equarius, but you need to take a shuttle bus back and forth, which wastes a bit of time. Overall, it was good. The room was spacious, and someone promptly refilled the mini-fridge water after it was consumed. The nearby waterpark is quite fun, with a wave pool and a unique coral reef pool where tropical fish swim around. It's worth visiting if you have kids aged 3 and above.

After reflecting the problem, the staff promptly changes another room to me. Especially thanks to staff Victor who assist us for the procedure. The swimming pool is beautiful. The breakfast is not the type of buffet with great variety of food but the quality is high especially the coffee. Restaurant staff very nice and pleasant. Also the hotel is very near to Universal studios and is very convenient to all eating restaurants. All and all, a very good stay here as vacation. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel last minute for a family trip with the little one to Sentosa, so my expectations were pretty low, but it turned out to be a decent experience. **Environment:** It's located on a small hill, surrounded by lush greenery, giving it a jungle-like feel. There are peacocks roaming around everywhere. **Food:** The breakfast was very rich and tasty. They had a good selection of hot dishes, including Western and Southeast Asian options, and the fruit was super fresh. They even had Yakult! This was the only hotel breakfast my child really enjoyed and ate well during our entire week in Singapore. **Service:** The front desk had Chinese-speaking staff, and the service from the front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff was quite good compared to other hotels we stayed at in Singapore earlier. The mini-bar snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary. **Facilities:** A bit dated. The soundproofing in the room was poor; hallway noises were very noticeable. **Cleanliness:** Pretty average. You could see water stains on the shower floor. This was the best hotel experience. The service was excellent, very attentive and thoughtful. The welcome drink was delicious. I met Meixin during check-in, and she was very patient and proactive in helping me with an upgrade and then giving me a tour and explanation after I moved in. The room facilities were also comprehensive. The only minor drawback was the water; it took a long time to heat up, which was a bit inconvenient when showering. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Universal Studios/Resorts World Sentosa, making travel quite convenient. There were plenty of dining options. The Italian restaurant for breakfast had seasonings that were generally too salty, and the tiramisu had a lot of water seeping from the bottom, which affected the taste, but the pizza was good. Cassia offered very authentic Cantonese flavors. The Pineapple Room above the lobby had great drinks, and the snacks were generously portioned. Meixin even gave me a peacock doll during check-out. Overall, it was a very comfortable experience. All the staff I encountered were warm and friendly, remembered guests' names, and actively offered assistance. Thumbs up!

We chose Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa because we were going on a Disney cruise, and the king bed plus sofa bed setup offered great value for money. There's a private beach right downstairs, which was a shame because the water was a bit murky, but the kids still had a blast playing in the sand. PS: If you pre-book the Disney cruise shuttle, just leave your luggage outside your room door before 8 AM, and it will be delivered straight to your cruise cabin. The shuttle departs the hotel at 10 AM, arriving at the pier before 10:30 AM. Check-in starts at 11 AM, and you can board the ship by 12 PM [grinning face].

When deciding on Raffles in Singapore, I chose the Sentosa location over Orchard Road. This hotel is comprised entirely of villas, each featuring a private pool. The living room and bedroom are separate glass structures. The green patterned wallpaper throughout creates a very comfortable and immersive island vacation vibe. The staff uniforms are beautiful, and shortly after checking in, I even encountered a peacock 🦚. Night swimming after the lights came on was incredibly enjoyable. It wasn't hot or sunny at night, the water temperature was perfect (not cold), and there was no strong chlorine smell. I spent five blissful hours playing in the water – it was incredibly stress-relieving.

Had a very enjoyable stay at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was how cold and refreshing the air conditioning was, especially considering how hot the weather outside was. The location was also very convenient. The hotel provides a free shuttle service every 30 minutes to VivoCity, which made getting around very easy. There are also many restaurants within walking distance, along with supermarkets like Cold Storage and Little Farms nearby, so it was very convenient for food and daily necessities. Breakfast was enjoyable as well, with good variety and accommodating service. I especially appreciated being able to request a customized fried rice without soy sauce and gluten, which was a thoughtful touch for dietary preferences. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay with great convenience and excellent service. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Hotel Faber Park Singapore - Handwritten Collection The hotel's location was more convenient than I expected. There's a bus stop right outside, making it easy to get to the city center and NUS. It's also not far from VivoCity, and the MRT station is just a few minutes' walk away. During check-in, the staff provided very detailed explanations, which was a big plus for their service attitude! 👍 However, as soon as I entered the hallway, I noticed the carpet was very thick, creating a lot of resistance when dragging luggage. It felt like an early workout. The room had enough space to open a large suitcase, and there was a dedicated luggage area, which was very thoughtful as it didn't block the walkway. There was also a small desk, though I observed many guests preferred working in the lobby for a more comfortable sense of space. ✔️ Likes: - Convenient transportation - Ample room space - Full-size luggage can be opened and placed - Breakfast was a major highlight! There were quite a few options, mainly Western breakfast. Although staying for 5 consecutive days meant the choices were largely the same (only a few items rotated), the coffee was excellent. Plus, after 10:30 AM, the lobby offered complimentary butterfly pea flower water and cucumber lemon water, both of which were delicious and super refreshing! ❌ Minor inconveniences: - The bathroom design was a bit odd. The toilet and shower were in separate, independent spaces. The shower cubicle had almost no hooks; if you hung clean clothes, there was no space for used ones, and even towels had to be hung outside the door. This might be fine for couples, but it could be a bit awkward for friends or family traveling together. Ironically, the toilet area had more storage space 😂 - The tiles at the entrance of the shower cubicle were not very slip-resistant. Water from showering and using the sink easily splashed onto the floor tiles, making it easy to slip if you were wearing the hotel-provided slippers. - Also, the soundproofing was mediocre. I occasionally heard footsteps and conversations from the hallway and adjacent rooms.
