We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room.

We stayed at the Dalat Palace heritage hotel for 4nites end-August. The hotel is indeed a very lovely vintage accommodation. But the complimentary high tea was really bad; the food at the buffet was cold & hard; when we requested for camomile tea, we were told that they do not have it; when we asked for peppermint tea instead the service staff also said they do not have it too. I must say the service standard is not up to what is expected of a heritage hotel. When I asked for the dinner menu at the restaurant the service staff did not understand me & they referred me to another staff who was equally unclear. Finally a senior crew/manager came to attend to us. Nevertheless, the hotel is a lovely romantic place to stay in, put aside the food & service standards!!

My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover.

We stayed at the Imperial Hotel. - On the first day, the in-room phone wasn't working, and the hotel had a scheduled fire alarm test, but we weren't informed about it during check-in. When the alarm went off, I rushed to the lobby, and the staff told me they had called our room but we didn't pick up, even though we didn't hear any calls at all. A staff member came to check and said they would send someone to fix the phone, but no one came that day. The next day, when the range hood wasn't working, we requested a repair, and only then did a staff member come to fix it. I asked about the phone, and they said they only found out about the repair request today and came immediately, but they hadn't received any notification yesterday. So what's going on? - The exhaust fan in the hotel toilet wasn't working properly even after someone came to fix it. This was supposed to be a relaxing trip, but I'm not comfortable or satisfied with the service here. I've never stayed at a 5-star hotel that was this bad.

Breakfast is à la carte, and the barista makes excellent coffee. And the pastries, oh, they're divine – you absolutely have to try them. There's no exaggeration in my review. Even the gentleman who greeted us was wonderful; he helped with our luggage and was very attentive, showing us to our room. Everyone here smiles and is genuinely happy to see you. The mini-bar even stocked rare and delicious imported beer. Renaissance-era paintings are everywhere. The entire hotel's design will surely captivate you. We frequently visit Da Lat, and this hotel has truly captured our hearts. 💔 We will definitely be back. Thank you! 🩷

I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!

Where do I even begin? We extended our stay several times. During my trip I had an accident, and I can honestly say that this hotel helped me heal. Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me. The hotel is located in a dreamy place. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is close to Yancafe and Lian Bakery, which you may have heard of at least once, and the square is a 3-minute walk away. However, the short distance on Google Maps was a field of stairs, so it was difficult to drag my carrier when I first went there (I think it was because of the location, but Grab didn't catch it for 30 minutes, so I walked from the bus drop-off location -> It caught it well if I caught it toward the bakery.) The quiet and friendly staff, and the clean initial setup were good, but there was no air conditioning (actually, it can be covered with a ceiling fan due to the nature of the city, but there may be a humidity issue) and the ventilation was a bit lacking, but it was okay for the price. I wanted to recommend it, but... I don't recommend it to those who are sensitive to water pressure and water temperature control. Well, the water pressure was like that since I stayed at a 5-star hotel, so I thought it was like that, but the only two options, cold water or hot water (only cold water until a quarter of the cold water side, and hot water that was scary to touch the skin because it was steamy) seem to need improvement, and there were also situations where the hot water was temporarily cut off. For those staying 1-2 nights, such as on the Sanmai sunrise tour, it is good to use the merit of being close to the plaza and the pick-up and drop-off service through the company, so you can just sleep. It might be okay for sleeping purposes

Supermarket and sit around the lake side for a refreshing time The weather dropped cooler and can be very cold in the evening and it is advisable to keep warm in case the sun sets earlier Grab car is easily available Taxi service from the hotel is reasonable and reliable for going to further places - better than using the Grab car

I personally want to give Hue and her team more than 5* because they deserve it! Not only is this hotel incredibly budget friendly but also the level of support from the staff is incredible. Unfortunately I became ill and needed to be rushed to the hospital and the staff didn’t even hesitate to jump in and help, they had a taxi outside in 2 minutes and were in constant communication with my partner to see if we needed anything else. On top of that, they extended our stay until I was discharged and even extended our checkout time when I got back just so I could rest and have a shower! Honestly, I can’t thank them enough, 100% recommend staying here.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed at in Da Lat. The design of the hotel, rooms, and corridors is very beautiful and stylish. It’s done with taste, and the service is great. There’s a secure parking area for bikes. A special feature of this hotel is its interior, which is perfect for taking photos. I think I’ll stay at this hotel again the next time I visit Da Lat. Hopefully, next time I’ll have a girlfriend with me, whom I can photograph in these beautiful hotel interiors.

The hotel is quite ambiguous. On the one hand, it's close to the center, right across from the entrance to some park. The view from the window is green. Overall, the street seems quiet, but one evening there was karaoke, and another night, a dog barked all night long. The entrance door to the room was sturdy. The room itself was large, and the cleaning was okay. However, there was no air conditioning, only a fan. As a result, the room was very damp and had a musty smell, and the closets smelled musty.

This hotel has become quite iconic among Russian speakers. The price, of course, is above average for a larger room. There was a fireplace in the room, and an employee brought firewood and lit the fire. It was simply fantastic. If you come with a tour, you only get half an hour to look around, which is very little for this masterpiece of design and architecture, but guests can explore without restrictions. Russian tourists don't seem to understand the 'do not disturb' sign on the doors and start banging from 8 AM, as unoccupied rooms can be viewed as part of the tour.

Recommended for travelers arriving by sleeper bus. We took the An Anh bus and it only took about 8 minutes by thier bus from their bus station to the hotel, so it was very convenient. I want to thank the guys who wearing spectacular receptionist at the front desk. He helped us out in the early morning and let us use the restroom to brush out. The room faced the lake with a small balcony to enjoy the view, the bed was comfortable, and the room was spacious. The only downside was that they didn't offer Netflix, which is understandable for a 4-star hotel. Overall, it was very good and highly recommended!

The best hotel ever for under 500k! If you dream of a lakeside cabin, this is a fairy tale. The air, the atmosphere, the dogs, the views – it's all incredible. If you have the chance to stay here for a long time, take it. We ordered delivery from Grab with beautiful views. It's a place to recharge, relax, and connect with nature. Or, you can just watch TV with a forest view; YouTube works great. The husky is adorable! Special thanks for the massage chair, and for piano lovers, there's one here too. If the price goes above 500k, the downsides become more noticeable: the road, the length of the drive, and the food. The pool in the yard is more of a dog's water bowl; it's dirty. The windows in the room are so clear you could walk right into them, so be careful! 💖

Although it's a good location in terms of location, if you want high level of cleanliness, I recommend you to find other places. The staff at the desk are friendly and recommended in other aspects of cost performance, but it is not above average hygiene that Koreans want.
