Tranquil but very close to the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was exactly as we hoped. Lovely pool. Highly recommend staying here!

Great staff all over the resort, always smiling and no rain or cold weather can dampen their moods. My room card was accidentally disabled and just by reaching out to a near by technician, he immediately understood my issue despite language barrier, within 3 minutes someone ran to me to open up the door. The villas are far away from the reception. The surrounding is so beautiful and peaceful. I love that the resort plants their own vegetables. There is a shuttle bus (not very frequent) bringing you to town area which is abt 20+ mins drive away. There is a mini mart in the resort for basics including wine and beers. Very family friendly too as there is a theme park within the resort. The interior of the room(I stayed in a villa) is like the chalet type. If the resort can do minor touch ups to the rooms, this hotel will definitely get its 5 stars!

The hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and > 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

The hotel is new, so everything looks pretty decent. Breakfast is an acquired taste; the only European options are omelets or fried eggs. There seems to be a wide selection, but it's hard to find something appealing, and there aren't many fruits. The hotel's location is good, close to the lake, night market, and restaurants. Soundproofing, like in all hotels in Vietnam, isn't great. You can hear all the noise from the corridor and the road.

Appreciate that we got an early check in from the hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room we booked is big with a good city view. Breakfast was okay. This hotel made a huge positive difference in our Dalat trip. The hotel was very clean, and the sense of hospitality was consistently felt across the entire team — from the front desk and doormen to the housekeeping staff. Everyone showed genuine service-mindedness, which immediately made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thanks to this hotel, our overall experience in Dalat was significantly enhanced. Using this hotel as our base allowed us to fully enjoy the city, and it truly elevated the quality of our trip. Next time, I would definitely like to book a slightly larger room and stay again. I can confidently say that a big part of what made our Dalat trip so memorable was having this hotel as our home base. Highly recommended.

This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

LOCATION: Hotel is located opposite Huge GO hyper market which is near the huge park. Grab is convenient. It is not recommended to walk to night mkt unless you enjoy crossing the busy traffic. I tried and it was fun but tiring! ROOM: Spacious. Given a queen n single mattress ! Generally clean room & toilet. Has a slight musky smell possibly due to the carpet and old furnishing. The park had a Car rally on a Saturday I was there. Take note: NO aircon & there was some non stop singing nearby till 11pm?!! Bearable but undesirable. FOOD: Breakfast has Viet, Chinese and western offering but the taste was just ok. Good to fill up the stomach on a rushed day. The Char Siu slices in the pho were vv tough. The broth has no minimal flavour. Beverage provided included artichoke tea, Lipton tea, soy milk and boiled water. Coffee and tea were chargeable. My return is conditional on a cleaner room.
