It's super convenient to get to the theme park, just across the road. Walking to the mall only takes about three minutes, and there are plenty of restaurant choices inside. However, transportation is a bit inconvenient; I'd basically recommend taking a taxi to get there.

The area next to the toilet on the lower level seemed to be leaking. It would be good to install a water heater in the downstairs toilet as well, to make showering downstairs easier. It's tiring having to go up and down. The air conditioning in the downstairs room was broken, so I had to sleep in the hall. Luckily, it was only for one night. A fridge, washing machine, and microwave were provided, which I really liked. I tried to follow the instructions for the TV but couldn't quite get it to work until just before we left. The internet was okay, but they gave me the wrong password, which felt a bit ungenerous, hahaha. It was clean, tidy, and beautiful. The AC upstairs and in the hall was nice and cool. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

As this was my 1st time staying here, i honestly found the checkin experience quite troublesome. Finding parking was also quite difficult. I even had to exit the building and pay for parking again, yet I still couldn't find a suitable parking space. Asking the foreign security guard for assistance was also challenging as they couldn't communicate properly in Eng. The lift also requires a Qr code to access, but the Qr sometimes failed to scan even after several attemps. The most dissapointing issue, however, the refund of the security deposit. As of today, it has been exactly 31days, and I still not have received my deposit back. I was asked to provide the STAN for the bank to trace the transaction. However, when I contacted my bank, they informed me that the transaction could not be traced using STAN and that ARN number is required instead. Honestly, this whole process has been wasted a lot of my time. I hope the management will improve these issues in future and most importantly, make things easier and more convenient for guests. Anyway, the room was cozy, clean and comfortable. I still waiting for my refund. Thanks

This time I brought my two 14-year-old children to a competition at a nearby banquet hall, and this accommodation was extremely close to the mall and the venue. Overall, it felt very comfortable and clean, all the facilities were new, and there was a very friendly receptionist downstairs. I stayed for four days and had a great experience. I will definitely come again next time.

The stay was pretty great with smooth self check in and very responsive and friendly customer service. The apartment was pretty clean with slight tears in the wallpaper, but the amenities were all provided. 1 thing that was strange was the lack of trash bins, there was only one in the upper floor toilet. Aside from that, there're really no issues and the location is really great, just right beside the theme park and connected to the mall with a bridge.

Host is a fast reply and provide all the details on how to parking & check in. But its hard to get free parking space & just spend a lot of time to find parking nearest with the block. Futon/extra bed is comfy. Water heater is good but the toilet sometimes smelly but bearable. Please consider a dustbin inside the toilet. About the room there’’s A lot of mirrors. If you plan to use the unit you maybe can consider to bring ur iron. Suitable for people who want to attend convo in UiTM Shah Alam as its very near. Overall Can repeat and recommended.

The hotel is clean. I love its bedding, pillows, and towels; they are white, clean, crisps and smells fresh. The ambient is great and the hotel is quite well kep and maintained. However, they dont have enough staff to provide good anf prompt service. There are days when house keeping cleans room after 4 pm. I booked family three room because the size stated at trip.com page is 39 metre square, but it is just about 16 metre square, I guess. I felt so cramped inside with a lot of luggage and training items. It is really misleading. And no mirror is provided in the room except bathroom. The aircond ourlet pipe is in the bathroom making the floor wet all the time. I hope some things can be improved to
