There are many cafes and unique shops nearby, though the prices are on the higher side.

8. Shop at Nanjing East Road Pedestrian Street. This is known as a shopping paradise. Walking down Nanjing Road, I really get that feeling of the city lights just coming on. There’s so much delicious food and fun to be had, I feel like my wallet might go bankrupt!🤣

In addition to these classic tourist spots, let me share a few special activities with you:

1. "Sleep No More" – An Immersive Theater Experience

  • A 3-hour interactive performance with no dialogue, relying solely on actors' body language and dramatic intensity.

2. Candor – A Vintage-Themed Immersive Show & Party

  • A 2-hour show divided into 3-4 segments, each lasting around 20 minutes, followed by a 20-minute break before the next act.

  • At the end of the show, the audience is invited on stage to dance, making it a super fun and immersive experience!!!

Buses and taxis are also easily available, providing convenient travel options. You can also try bike-sharing, which is affordable and convenient, allowing you to pick up and drop off bikes as you go.

Best Time to Visit Shanghai – Based on Experience, Weather & Cost

If you're planning a trip to Shanghai, the best times to visit in terms of weather, crowd levels, and cost-effectiveness are:

1️⃣ Mid-to-late March to April (excluding the Qingming Festival holiday)
2️⃣ May, after the Labor Day holiday
3️⃣ Mid-to-late October to November, after the National Day holiday
4️⃣ September, after the summer break when students return to school

Why These Periods?

  • Comfortable weather – Not too hot or too cold, making it pleasant for outdoor activities.
  • Fewer crowds – You won’t have to deal with overwhelming tourist crowds, making sightseeing more enjoyable.
  • Better experience – You’ll have more flexibility to visit attractions without long wait times.
  • Lower costs – Accommodation and transportation prices are more reasonable compared to peak holiday seasons.

Of course, Shanghai is a great destination year-round, as it has a mild climate without extreme cold or heat. Even during peak seasons, as long as you enjoy the trip and find value in the experience, your journey will be meaningful and fulfilling! 🚀✨

Shanghai Travel Tips You Should Know!

What should I pay attention to when traveling to Shanghai for the first time?

The Bund lights up at 7 PM and turns off at 11 PM. If you're short on time, a cruise is a great option.

Stay near Nanjing Road – It's food heaven, and it's super convenient to reach all major attractions.

Avoid taking taxis in Shanghai – Traffic jams and parking are a hassle. The metro is fast, affordable, and covers almost all tourist spots.

Hongqiao Airport is closer to downtown, while Pudong Airport is closer to Disneyland. For high-speed trains, choose Shanghai Railway Station or Hongqiao Railway Station.

Jing’an Temple lights up only on Fridays, Saturdays, and national holidays, starting at 6 PM (but in hot weather, it might light up at 7 PM instead).

Visit Wukang Mansion in the morning for fewer crowds. Afterward, explore Tian’ai Road, Huaihai Middle Road, and Yuyuan Road for a relaxing walk.

For Disneyland, check for "Early Bird" tickets at least 10 days in advance. If you're staying overnight, Xujiahui is a great option—Metro Line 11 takes you directly to the park!

Great location just near Najing Road, which is great for shopping, walking and eating. When we arrived, our rooms were not yet ready, even we arrived long after check-in time. However, Iris was kind to upgrade our room and inform us through WeChat when the rooms were ready for us to go in.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Easy walking distance to shopping and sightseeing locations, especially the Bund and Nanjing Lu. Huge shopping mall close by. Metro is an easy walk, and drop off/pick up for airport transfers is convenient. Plenty of local cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is really nice. Clean, well appointed and meticulously clean. Special mention about the staff. So friendly and helpful. Really appreciated their ability to speak English, as our spoken Chinese wasn’t good. They helped us with so much information about local dining, shopping and sightseeing locations. We arrived very late at night to check in. The staff welcomed us and gave us a free upgrade. The room was beautiful. Very roomy, good facilities and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve slept in. We had the pleasure of dining in the revolving restaurant. Food and service were impeccable. The special chocolate globe dessert is a must have. Delicious beyond description. We stayed at the Radisson Blu for 4 nights and would happily have stayed longer. Would study there again without hesitation. Thank you for an enjoyable and memorable stay at your delightful hotel.

This hotel's rooms are absolutely fantastic! As soon as I walked in, I was captivated by the exquisite decor – the dark wood furniture just screams luxury. The two large beds were soft and comfy, and the sofa area by the window was perfect for unwinding in the afternoon with a coffee; it was just so relaxing. Even the carpet design was stylish. Staying here felt both as cozy as home and as luxurious as a high-end hotel. Best of all, it's really close to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised to find out it's part of the Japanese Okura chain, which I'd stayed at before in Fukuoka and had an excellent experience with their service and breakfast. The staff here were courteous, polite, and enthusiastic. I purchased a hotel package that included a buffet lunch at the Magnolia restaurant. The food was exquisite, delicious, and served in small portions, allowing me to sample various Shanghai delicacies. The location is excellent, just about 3 kilometers from both the [untranslated location] and the Bund, easily accessible by shared bicycle. Many thanks to Trip.com for recommending such a high-quality hotel!

In the cluster of hotels in Shanghai's core area, what truly sets Pullman Shanghai Jing'an apart isn't just its 'convenience,' but its precise balance between 'frequent travel needs' and ' understated luxury and relaxation.' It's like a discerning old friend: never showy, yet always hitting the right note at every critical juncture. The hotel's location is supremely convenient, a 'hub-level' accessibility. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Shanghai Railway Station and a 3-minute connection to the subway. Whether you're catching an early high-speed train or returning after a night out on the Bund, there's no need to rush. Yet, the moment you step into the lobby, the city's hustle and bustle fade away. The understated luxurious decor, paired with vibrant greenery, avoids excessive flair, instead using perfect lighting and a delightful aroma to instantly relax you. The most pleasant surprise is the 'granularity' of the service: the concierge can arrange shipping for forgotten items for guests who have already checked out, and the front desk service is warm and efficient. This unforced attentiveness feels warmer than standardized service. The rooms are an example of 'practical sophistication': floor-to-ceiling windows invite the city skyline in, the bedding is soft yet supportive, and it offers both a full-sized desk for business travelers and connecting room options essential for families. Even the sofa in executive suites can be converted into an extra bed free of charge, revealing a thoughtful consideration for different guest demographics in every detail. The leisure area on the 6th floor is a hidden gem: a 28℃恒温 swimming pool with the Jing'an skyline visible through floor-to-ceiling windows. In the evening, the golden sunset reflects on the water, creating stunning, high-quality photos effortlessly. The 24-hour gym ensures exercise is never a chore. It lacks the gimmicks of 'influencer hotels' but, through a profound understanding of the 'essence of travel and living,' it enables business travelers to be efficient and stress-free, families to be comfortable and at ease, and solo travelers to find a sense of relaxation. In Jing'an, where every inch of land is precious, a hotel that 'understands needs and offers warmth' truly is the premier choice for accommodation.

Had the absolute best check-in experience of my life, thanks to Freya at the front desk. We were tired from our flight, and she greeted us with the warmest smile and incredible hospitality. The hotel service was impeccable- the check-in and out were fast and efficient; and they acceded to our request for late check out without questions. The online concierge service via weixin was also very fast and responsive.  One minor comment about the placing of the kitchen utensils - the spoons and forks were in a drawer just above the dustbin and the cups were placed in a drawer way too high up in the top cabinet. It would also be useful if the hotel could provide plates and washing liquid for utensils.

I had an excellent stay at Blossom House Shanghai On The Bund. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Bund and close to transportation, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring Shanghai incredibly convenient. The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and spotless. You can tell the hotel pays attention to detail, and it really elevated the overall experience. I had a room with terrace which i enjoyed very much. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh, delicious, and with plenty of variety to start the day right. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely helpful. They were always ready to assist with a smile, whether it was offering local tips or helping with small requests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shanghai. Great location, great rooms, great food, and fantastic service. I would definitely stay here again! And got a a little present on my checkout. 😊

This place was okay, I would not book here again. It is definitely in a good spot right downstairs is Nanjing road so you have alot of shopping and food halls right outside your room. Staff is super friendly and very helpful especially the cleaning staff. Made sure we got water atleast once a day and would ask us if we need new towels if they saw us. Depending on where they put you, you may end up having to take a pretty far walk to your hotel room. You’ll need to take an elevator up to the main lobby and depending on the room you will need to take another elevator up. But if you are on an floor higher then 6 be prepared to hike to your room most inconvenient part of the stay to be honest. The room also has an AC, Heater option you can set which is very handy and a window that can open partially. The room was overall nice and clean but the compliments stop there, as the room is way to dim especially the bathroom cant really see much in there and it is also very tiny you can barely move in there. You literally cannot close the door if you’re standing at the sink or sitting on the toilet. The shower drain also has a bad smell like sewer pipes that come up when youre using the shower and it takes awhile for it to go away. The shower pressure was okay until my 3rd day there and when I showered the water pressure was non existent and limp even tho the water is being poured on my body the pressure was so low it didnt even feel like anything was hitting me. At one point the pressure dropped to 0 and it was trickling out the shower head. The next morning though it was back to normal so not sure what happened. The shower area also floods the bathrooms as we had 3 rooms and all rooms had some form of flooding post shower. And 1 was really bad. Which we complained about and they gave us another room.   They also had a laundry room with 3 small washers and 3 small dryers not ment for bulk washing, and also free detergent. The washer was good but the dryer… unless you are ready to hang dry your clothes do not wash your clothes here as we ran the clothes in the dryer for 2-3 hrs and the clothes were still damp. And when we asked the staff they told us the dryer only dries enough for it to stay damp and you will need to air dry the rest which is ridiculous. Why have a dryer when it doesn’t do what it’s meant to do? Make it make sense. Overall besides location and friendly staff there is definitely better locations to choose from. I would not stay here again.

The house is being renovated, so for the weekend, I decided to stay overnight as a local resident of Shanghai. During the two years of the pandemic, I also took my child to many iconic local hotels to experience them. After considering factors such as comfort, location, cost-effectiveness, dining, service, opening hours, and overall quality, I would highly recommend this hotel to friends planning a trip to Shanghai. The staff are very attentive and responsive to any needs. The location is excellent, situated in North Bund, Hongkou District, which is not too noisy and offers easy access to various amenities. For those visiting Shanghai, there is a stand-up comedy show nearby that is definitely worth checking out. The dining options are plentiful, and you can easily reach Siji Minfu within walking distance. The North Bund City Terrace and the Waibaidu Bridge are also within walking distance. Last night, I took a stroll around the area and stood at the North Bund City Terrace. Seeing Shanghai and Pudong's Oriental Pearl Tower from this vantage point was truly breathtaking.

Today is my last day at The Westin Bund Center Shanghai. At first, I loved the hotel, but unfortunately, the experience has slowly deteriorated. Before arrival, I had tried emailing ************************* to make a small request to celebrate an anniversary, but the email failed to deliver with an error saying the recipient’s server didn’t recognize certain characters. I’m not sure why, as the email was in English and sent from my phone. At check-in, I mentioned this to the receptionist (his name started with “C”), who was very polite and spoke to the lady behind him, asking her to reach out to Angela to assist. He then told me to head to my room and assured me I would be contacted. I waited for an hour in the room with no update, so I went out hoping to find a message upon my return, but sadly, there was still nothing. The email issue could have been my fault, and that is fine. But what is unacceptable is being promised a follow-up for such a special occasion and then never receiving it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better communication and service consistency. Later, my son lost part of his toy, which led me to start searching around the room. While doing so, I discovered dust under every cabinet. Worse, I found what looked like someone else’s cream bottle stuck between the bed and the dresser. This makes me believe that the bottom part of the bed sheet was not changed, as housekeeping would almost certainly have noticed such an item if the bed had been properly stripped and remade. I have stayed in many Marriott properties, and this is the first time I would give only 2–3 stars. :(

Great location, right at the ever popular Nanjing East Pedestrian Street.  The front desk staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed staying at the spacious comfortable and clean family room. Our initial complaint about slow flowing wash basin was IMMEDIATELY attended to. Kudos to the front desk staff👍 In addition, we got to enjoy the cocktail and snacks at the Executive Lounge in the evening. Definitely a great place to stay in Shanghai.

The front desk staff were cold and robotic, and their work attitude was lax, which immediately made me lose interest in this five-star hotel. There were no welcome fruits, no smart toilet, no personalized service at all, and I didn't feel valued or welcomed as a guest. There were no small soaps for guests who don't like shower gel, and all the toiletries were large, fixed bottles – are they trying to prevent guests from taking them? If you want to stay in the hotel and just have a simple meal, the executive lounge offers hardly any food. This really doesn't justify my executive room rate; it's not good value for money. The breakfast environment was decent, but it was crowded, and the food wasn't particularly impressive. The sink drained slowly, and the maintenance worker initially claimed it was normal, but after actual repairs, it improved significantly. Although the hotel is old, the overall cleanliness is excellent, it's quiet, the high-floor views are great, and it's convenient for getting around with many places to explore for a city walk nearby.

Metropolo Nanjing Hotel is literally just next to East Nanjing Road shopping area with super convenient location. Shanghai Metro entrance is just within 3 minutes walk to the hotel although if you have large luggage, you need to exit through the exit at the other end as there is only elevator access at the far end which takes ~10 minutes to walk with luggage. The location is good as a base to explore Shanghai as it is very centrally located. The hotel is somewhat aged as it was opened earlier last century. The lobby is not huge but has nice “retro” decorations (first time see a gramophone). Room is not huge but quite comfy and very clean, again with a touch of retro design. Basic amenities are available and can ask for extra from front desk staff if run out. Bottles of mineral water are placed near the lifts for guests to pick up on way to go out to enjoy sightseeing around Shanghai. Staff are polite and helpful.

The location is unbeatable. Food, drinks, and entertainment are right downstairs, and it's just out of Exit 3 of Jing'an Temple Metro Station. Luxury stores on Nanjing West Road are only a couple of stops away, and Yuyuan Road offers a quaint, old Shanghai vibe with its plane trees and charming old houses. The hotel itself is nestled between two streets, avoiding the crowds but still capturing the essence of old Shanghai. The residential building in front of it is even the apartment where Eileen Chang wrote 'Love in a Fallen City.' The service is excellent, from the doormen and front desk staff to the housekeeping aunties and restaurant chefs. The breakfast isn't extensive, but it has all the essentials, and it's all healthy food. If you prefer a Western breakfast, they offer more cheese and ham than most hotels. While the facilities are a bit older compared to newly built hotels, it's still highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi · Exceptional Service from the 27th Floor Executive Team My recent stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi, was one of the most memorable trips I've had lately. As someone who's stayed in countless hotels, both domestically and internationally, for business and leisure, I truly understand that while 'hardware can be similar, service is what truly makes the difference.' The 27th-floor team at The Langham, especially Zoe, Judy, Ella, and Loretta, made me experience firsthand what 'true home-away-from-home' really means! Always Smiling, Gentle Yet Firm Approachability The moment I stepped out of the elevator, I was greeted by their constant smiles. That gentle yet firm approachability instantly put me at ease after a long journey. Unlike rigid or perfunctory politeness, their smiles were genuine and natural, as if they could melt away all the fatigue of travel. Even late at night or during busy morning hours, they maintained the same positive and gentle demeanor, showing no signs of tiredness. Anticipating Guests' Needs Before They Even Ask What impressed me most was their ability to accurately anticipate my needs before I even had to ask. Zoe meticulously introduced all the hotel facilities, current promotions, and dining times, and was always responsive and accommodating. Judy, despite being busy, specifically waited in my room to help me change my evening gown. That 'one step ahead' keen insight astonished me; it showed their incredible attention to and grasp of guest needs. Professional Yet Warm In the 27th-floor team, I witnessed true 'professionalism with warmth.' They were adept at all hotel procedures: whether it was booking, late check-out, or using facilities, they handled everything swiftly and efficiently. Yet, their communication was always gentle and respectful, never making you feel pressured. They knew when to offer help but never intruded on guests' private space. This 'just right' sense of proportion is precisely the most precious quality of a five-star hotel. Team Synergy and Infectious Atmosphere Top-notch service isn't just about individual efforts; it's a reflection of the entire 27th-floor team's seamless collaboration. No matter who I interacted with, they could quickly understand my needs and efficiently follow up. That team synergy conveyed the excellent standard of hotel management. The True Meaning of Feeling at Home Many people talk about 'feeling at home,' but it wasn't until I experienced Zoe, Judy, Ella, and Loretta's service on the 27th floor at The Langham that I truly understood the weight of those words. They didn't just fulfill their duties; they treated every guest as a friend worth caring for. Whether for work or travel, I would wholeheartedly choose The Langham again and again, because it's not just a place to rest, but a home where my mind can relax and feel warmly enveloped. This stay at The Langham, Shanghai, Xintiandi, gave me a profound understanding of the true essence of 'top-tier hotel service.' My sincere thanks to all the ladies on the 27th-floor team. Through their smiles, attention to detail, professionalism, and warmth, they created an unforgettable journey for me. No matter where I am in the future, whenever I recall this experience, I will remember the sense of comfort and warmth they brought me. If hardware is the foundation of a hotel, then these genuine and passionate service staff are the true soul of The Langham. Thank you for helping me find a long-lost sense of belonging in my busy life.

The moment the car leaves the bustling old town of Songjiang and winds its way up the mountain road into a forested area, a glass curtain wall 'embedded' in the cliff face suddenly comes into view – that's the InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland, more affectionately known as the 'Shimao Quarry Hotel'. This 'world's lowest elevation hotel' has transformed an abandoned quarry into a real-life 'secret wonderland deep underground'. Spending 24 hours here feels like 'fantasy' and 'real life' have been woven into the fabric of time. **Morning: From the mist of Guangfulin to the sweetness of Songjiang rice cakes** The morning breeze carries the humidity of Songjiang. The first order of business is a visit to the Guangfulin Cultural Relics Park. At nine o'clock, the park is still enveloped in morning mist. The roof of the underwater museum floats on the lake, like an ink-wash landscape outline plucked from a painting. The eaves of the Anhui-style old houses drip with dew, and girls in Hanfu dresses walk gracefully along the flagstone paths, their footsteps so light they seem afraid of disturbing the mist. After strolling until the sun rises higher, we turn into an alley in the old town to find 'Zhangze Lamb Restaurant'. The freshly steamed Songjiang rice cakes are still steaming hot, soft to the touch, with red bean paste oozing out along the glutinous rice grains, a sweet and comforting delight. Paired with a bowl of milky white lamb soup, the umami flavor enveloped by the aroma of rice slides into the stomach, dispelling even the chill of the morning mist. **Noon: The aquarium in the quarry, soaking up blue-hued time in the water** Returning to the hotel, the light from the cliff just spills over the glass curtain wall. Taking the elevator down to the 'heart of the earth', the aquarium on B15 suddenly comes into view – giant groupers lazily sway their caudal fins, the silver scales of tuna glitter like stars in the light, and even in the crevices of the rocks, a few small fish hide, as if a 'marine world' has been nailed to the cliff face. Back on B14, we reach the platform at the bottom of the quarry. Sunlight filters down from the cliff top, weaving a golden net on the water's surface, and even the air is filled with the cool dampness of water – it turns out the quarry's afternoon is steeped in blue. After resting enough, we head to the nearby Chenshan Botanical Garden. The cliff waterfall in the quarry garden splashes with fragmented light, the mirror lake reflects the sky, and squatting on the lawn watching the clouds drift by, even the wind slows down. It's not until the sun dips below the treetops that we leisurely stroll back to the hotel, where the cliff lights have already come on. **Night: The freshness of Fengcailou and the starlit river on the cliff** We booked a window seat at Fengcailou Chinese Restaurant. When the Matsutake mushroom and fish maw stew was served, the ceramic pot was still bubbling. The soup, stewed with quarry spring water, was so clear and fresh, and the fish maw was as soft and smooth as clouds. The crispy roasted pigeon had a satisfying crunch when bitten into, and the savory juices enveloped with fragrance, paired with a sip of plum juice, made even the evening breeze feel sweet. Looking up, there was the blue of the cliff, with lights weaving into shattered silver on the water's surface, making even dining an 'immersive viewing experience'. Immediately after the 8:30 bell chimed, the cliff suddenly lit up. Lasers spread along the rock textures, 'jellyfish' with glowing tails swam across the cliff face, and 'vines' twined from the bottom of the quarry to the top. A water curtain blended the light into ripples, making the entire quarry seem enveloped by a blue starlit river. Suddenly, dozens of drones ascended from the cliff top, forming the outline of the 'quarry' in the night sky. The gasps of amazement from the crowd mingled with the wind, and even heartbeats seemed to quicken. Back in the room, the soda in the mini-fridge was still cold, and pulling back the curtains revealed the lingering glow of the cliff. The quarry night was quiet, with only the sound of the wind sweeping across the water's surface, as if 'fantasy' was gently laid upon the pillow. Finally, a special thank you again to Supervisor Bruce Pan, who was very professional and adept at resolving guests' issues.

This stay completely redefined my understanding of boutique hotels! Check-in at the front desk was lightning fast, and their smiles were as warm and welcoming as spring sunshine. Stepping into the room, I was immediately captivated – the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows framed the city skyline like a dynamic painting, with sunlight casting warm light and shadows on the natural wood furniture. Plus, there's a smart butler system for full voice control of the lights and curtains.

Is the third time that we stay at this hotel an it never disappoints. Is the perfect hotel if you want to stay near Hongqiao station or the airport and it has plenty of dining options around and things to do. The line 2 takes you straight away to the city center and to PVG airport if needed, but bear in mind that PVG airport is very far from here. The hotel breakfast is well balanced with many options, both local and western. The service, gym, pool and amenities are on point. Spacious rooms, nicely cleaned and comfortable. Definitely will come back next time I stop in SH again.

I stayed here for one night. I came here after leaving another hotel that wasn't good. I'm so glad that I came here instead. I really got such a good night's sleep. One of the hotel staff, Ekko, was extra helpful in answering my questions in English, allowing me to stay longer in the lobby while I waited for my friend and even offered me a bottle of water. He was very welcoming! The the bed is so comfortable and soft and the hotel is very clean. And the breakfast is also delicious. You also have a vending machine on the first floor that takes digital payment and a mini refrigerator in your room. There's also a smart TV with HDMI and screen mirroring. It's great value for money and it's also just a really comfortable place to stay. The interior design is really beautiful and eclectic. I think you'll have fun just hanging out in the lobby, good music playing, for a couple hours doing some work at one of the many sitting areas in the lobby, if you're a digital nomad like me. Really nice vibe!

As a business traveler with a packed schedule, I'm taking advantage of a rare free moment today to praise this hotel apartment. This was our first stay at Citadines Gubei. The lobby is spacious and bright, and front desk staff member Wei Kaijie greeted us with a friendly smile, showing us the guest rooms and providing a detailed overview of the apartment's facilities. Manager Fu Renjie is highly competent. We stayed in room 1752 on the 17th floor, and the housekeeping staff there are very meticulous, especially Liu Gaiqin, who has an excellent service attitude. She diligently cleans our room and bathroom daily and promptly replenishes our amenities. The hotel breakfast is very generous, and for takeout orders, a robot delivers them directly to the room door. What truly sets this hotel apart, and what I haven't experienced in other hotels, is that the front desk staff go above and beyond their own duties to deliver guests' packages directly to their room doors. This made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

Facilities: Almost everything you need is there, it's just that the room is a bit small, otherwise it's fine. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Pretty good. Service: The service is good; due to the room being too small, I canceled the last two days, and the hotel understood.

During the off-peak May Day holiday, the first choice for an outing to Sheshan is Kaiyuan Mingting! The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, the front desk Xiaoqian is warm and thoughtful, the check-in procedure is efficient and convenient, and the business king room with a large terrace is upgraded for free. The room is clean and comfortable. When I saw the children, I took the initiative to provide children's supplies. There are many plugs in the room, which is very convenient. The network speed is also very fast. It is suitable for business and parents. The hotel is next to Qingpu Sam's Club, which is very convenient for shopping. It takes 20 minutes to drive to Sheshan Forest Park. Overall, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and I will choose here next time!

From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. One of the staff specially took us to explore the different types of room so we can decide which room type to take which we really appreciate!! The location is so accessible!!We can reach the main tourist attractions like Xintiandi, Yuyuan and Nanjing road within 10 mins by their cab Didi and costs less than USD$3 only and the pick up and drop off point is just in front of the hotel which is so easy for us!!They even offer free popcorn and drinks and amenities like travel sunblock cream, soap, floss, body cream throughout our stay!!All of the staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional — always greeting us with genuine smiles and going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable such as helping us to book ******* delivery and helping us to collect our taobao parcels. Our room was spotless clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully prepared such as the toilet seat with a warm function. Every detail, from the amenities to the housekeeping, reflected the hotel’s high standards and care for guests. Special mention to the front desk team— their friendliness and helpful recommendations truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
