Amazing Family-Friendly Stay!
We had an overall very good experience staying at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront during our family trip. The hotel is truly family-friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety that our whole family enjoyed.
Overall, all the staff were very helpful and professional throughout our stay.
Special thanks to Mr. Poh at the reception—he was incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting us with a room upgrade which we really appreciated!
Also, Mr. Vincent at the front door guest service always welcomed us warmly every time we entered or left the hotel. His hospitality made us feel right at home.

We stayed for three nights (4 days), it took a long time to choose a room. As a result, we rented a room with a view of the gardens, and we didn't regret it. I liked: we lived on the 32nd floor, the room had a balcony, the noise of the city was audible, but not annoying. The view from the balcony was relaxing, it's nice to sit and admire in the evening. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The cosmetics were wonderful!!! Coffee, sweets and tea were delicious! It's unnecessary to write about the pool)), it's the icing on the cake. This is an excellent hotel with a superb location, just a 5-minute walk from the City Hall subway station. Just arrived at the hotel, due to a payment issue, the taxi driver delayed letting me out of the car. Then, a dark skin slim bellboy immediately opened my car door, took out my luggage, and very rudely urged me to get out quickly because he needed to let another couple board—claiming they were in a hurry to catch their flight.
At that time, my handbag was open, and my wallet was exposed because I was keep trying different card plus the card machine wasn’t working, and the driver was restarting it. I felt extremely unsafe—what if someone had suddenly gotten in and snatched my things? I was really furious.
That male staff didn’t even apologize to me. The couple’s time crunch had nothing to do with me—why couldn’t they have arranged an earlier time or another taxi? about he didn’t respect me and chase me.
This is the most I damn angry.
And, another thing is I need to request up to two times to FO/Housekeeping to change the battery or another weight scale for me.

I stayed for 3 days 2 nights with my two kids, and we had a wonderful experience. The location is great, very convenient for families, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
They kindly provided us with an upgraded room and allowed early check-in, which made things much easier with the kids. Check-out was fast and smooth too.

My stay at Hotel Boss was amazing. I had a room with a good window view. However, there were few things that the room was lacking in microwave, water, and a mini washing machines. As for the service, their staff are actually good. I admire the cleaners coming all time to get the area tidy. Their staff at the front desk are very generous. I was blessed to encountered one Ms. Dian on the day l went to do check-in. Aside from her duties she perform very professionally, she assisted me in touring the city and recommended places to catch lunch since she noticed l was a guest. Many thanks to her. Pros: The hotel is close to the subway, making it very convenient for getting around. The rooms are also quite spacious compared to other hotels. The front desk staff provided good service; they were always helpful and answered all our questions. They even gave me a map, which was a thoughtful touch.
Now for the downsides, which I have quite a few:
1. The facilities are extremely dated! I was genuinely shocked to see such an ancient air conditioning switch. The room felt a bit damp and had a strange smell upon entering, especially since the windows couldn't be opened. On the first night, I felt a strange chill after getting into bed, and by the next morning, my throat started to feel sore. To my disbelief, the air conditioning unit was still off – completely untouched! This was quite astonishing and left me feeling very disappointed. Since cancelling wasn't an option, I had no choice but to reluctantly endure the stay.
2. There was no complimentary bottled water provided in the room. The electric kettle was hidden away under a cabinet, and it took us a long time to find it, eventually having to ask the front desk. They also failed to mention that there was a drinking water dispenser in the hallway, which we only discovered much later!
3. Despite staying for several days, the incredibly thin disposable slippers were not replaced daily. I had to call the front desk once to request a fresh pair, but to my dismay, they still didn't proactively replace them the following day. I had to call *again* just to get new slippers!DariMYR 413

We had such a wonderful stay at Studio M Hotel! The atmosphere and overall environment were superb – truly a pleasant experience from start to finish.
The location is just perfect. Being right next to the Singapore River made our stay even more special. The morning walks were serene and peaceful, while the evenings were vibrant with the lively nightlife – such a beautiful contrast to experience.
It’s also very convenient – just a 5–10 minute walk to the MRT and around 10–15 minutes to Chinatown. Two 7-Eleven stores nearby made it super handy, and there are plenty of restaurants along the river within walking distance.

Very very nice family room ... The kids love it so much that they didn't want to go out ... So we just ordered ... & Literally enjoyed the room. Bathroom was amazingly clean & functioning .... However a bidet will be superb added feature for the WC. The projector was unique to have instead of a TV .. just that the viewing angle is a lil too high. We had some problem login to Netflix ... A Great Stay at Harbour Ville Hotel Singapore
My recent trip to Singapore was made even more wonderful by staying at Harbour Ville Hotel – it’s truly a hidden gem for both leisure and budget-conscious travelers!
First, the location couldn’t be more convenient. Just a short walk from bus stops and within easy reach of Harbourfront MRT, it made exploring the city a breeze . VivoCity mall, Sentosa Island, and Universal Studios Singapore are all easily accessible, which saved us tons of travel time during our sightseeing . Even Changi Airport is only a 20-minute drive away, perfect for our arrival and departure.
The service exceeded my expectations. From the fast check-in to the staff’s warm smiles, everyone was polite and ready to help with any questions . They went out of their way to make us feel welcome, which really added to the comfort of our stay.
Our room, though compact (as is common in Singapore), was spotlessly clean and tastefully designed . The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the daily sanitization gave us peace of mind . Complimentary Wi-Fi worked seamlessly throughout the hotel, and the in-room coffee/tea making facilities were a nice touch for lazy mornings .
For the price, this hotel offers unbeatable value. It checks all the boxes: convenient location, clean accommodation, and friendly service. I’d absolutely recommend Harbour Ville Hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and will definitely stay here again on my next trip!DariMYR 326

I had a fantastic stay at Five/6 Hotel Splendour in Singapore! The hotel is a true gem for budget travelers, offering incredible value for money. In mid-August, I took a connecting Singapore Airlines flight to Singapore and chose the Far East Hotel Sentosa. A taxi from the airport to the hotel cost around 500 RMB. The hotel is located on Sentosa Island. Showing a booking confirmation screenshot waived the island entry fee for us. However, in practice, the entry control wasn't very strict; the checkpoint staff merely gave it a symbolic glance, seemingly trusting visitors' integrity.
Upon arrival, bellhops (older gentlemen) assisted with our luggage. Front desk efficiency seemed to vary depending on the individual staff member. Our reservation was for a twin room, but we were assigned a king-size bed upon check-in, which required a trip back to the front desk to rectify – quite frustrating.
After check-in formalities were complete, we entered our room and took a look around. The overall hotel style, however, reminded me of a budget chain hotel back in China. Complimentary ice, tea bags, and instant coffee were available near the elevators. I found this a bit strange at first, only to realize upon entering the room that these basic in-room amenities were skipped and made available in communal areas instead. The room was relatively clean, though a bit small. From the window, we could see the beach and even wild peacocks. A large swimming pool downstairs was bustling with children. We also enjoyed complimentary ice cream, which probably explains its reputation as a family-friendly hotel.
We stayed for two days and visited Universal Studios once. It's just one monorail stop from the hotel, so transportation was quite convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to thoroughly explore the surrounding area; otherwise, the experience might have been even more memorable.
Overall, the hotel environment was decent. It perfectly served its purpose as a temporary base, especially convenient for those visiting Universal Studios.DariMYR 812
