The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. The location is also fantastic, right in front of i-City, so you don't have to go far. There's even a bridge directly to the mall next door, and plenty of food options are easily accessible. We'll definitely stay here again if we bring the kids to enjoy i-City. The only minor issue was the clogged toilet in the master room, but since there are two bathrooms, it wasn't a major inconvenience. The house is also fully equipped with everything you need!DariKWD 8

The stay was pretty great with smooth self check in and very responsive and friendly customer service. The apartment was pretty clean with slight tears in the wallpaper, but the amenities were all provided. 1 thing that was strange was the lack of trash bins, there was only one in the upper floor toilet. Aside from that, there're really no issues and the location is really great, just right beside the theme park and connected to the mall with a bridge.DariKWD 7

2. No microwave (kinda a bummer for me, usually apartment stay like this always have one)

The unit was different from the booking photos, the fan had no remote and was extremely slow, Netflix couldn’t be used even with my own account, and the curtains did little to block sunlight. I also received no response when I asked for assistance. I’ve stayed at Maple Home in Melaka before and had a much better experience, but this location was disappointing. 2 stars.DariKWD 9

首先優點：是位置方便 走路就能到達I-city 停車也免費 吃喝逛 都很方便 另外衞生狀況也可以 對於這個價位 很OK了（我們還住了我行我宿的另一套複式的民宿 相比較 這裏新很多）
缺點：剛剛入住的第一天 和房東或者説是客服 溝通不暢 導航到那一片區域 不知道具體哪棟樓 WhatsApp上聯繫 也不回我 我們兩就開着車 一棟一棟找過來 還好這裏的保安都很熱情 告訴我們怎麼走……最終還是找到了
不過後續溝通都沒問題 缺什麼補充的也很快 住習慣了 覺得還可以 後續又續住了 總體OKDariKWD 7

Fantastic Family Stay – Perfect for Kids and Highly Recommended!
Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!DariKWD 13

The house is absolutely beautiful and clean. The location is also fantastic, right in front of i-City, so you don't have to go far. There's even a bridge directly to the mall next door, and plenty of food options are easily accessible. We'll definitely stay here again if we bring the kids to enjoy i-City. The apartment was pretty clean with slight tears in the wallpaper, but the amenities were all provided. 1 thing that was strange was the lack of trash bins, there was only one in the upper floor toilet. The unit was different from the booking photos, the fan had no remote and was extremely slow, Netflix couldn’t be used even with my own account, and the curtains did little to block sunlight. 缺點：剛剛入住的第一天 和房東或者説是客服 溝通不暢 導航到那一片區域 不知道具體哪棟樓 WhatsApp上聯繫 也不回我 我們兩就開着車 一棟一棟找過來 還好這裏的保安都很熱情 告訴我們怎麼走……最終還是找到了
不過後續溝通都沒問題 缺什麼補充的也很快 住習慣了 覺得還可以 後續又續住了 總體OKDariKWD 7

Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!DariKWD 13
