The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, directly opposite a shopping mall, just a few minutes' walk away. This makes it super easy for dining, shopping, and getting any daily essentials. It's a great option for both family trips and business stays.

The cleanliness, facilities, mall, and food are all very nice. However, I noticed a serious safety issue with the apartment dining chairs. Some of the chairs are broken and in an unsafe condition, which could potentially cause serious or even fatal injuries.
I sincerely hope the relevant stakeholders will take immediate action to inspect and replace the damaged chairs to ensure the safety of all guests and occupants.DariPHP 1,495

Good points:
· Customer service was great — responsive and friendly
· Self check-in instructions were lengthy but very detailed, so no confusion

· Can't really judge the home environment properly since we stayed for such a short time

Futon/extra bed is comfy. Water heater is good but the toilet sometimes smelly but bearable. Please consider a dustbin inside the toilet. About the room there’’s A lot of mirrors. Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!DariPHP 2,355

The hotel is clean. I love its bedding, pillows, and towels; they are white, clean, crisps and smells fresh. The ambient is great and the hotel is quite well kep and maintained.
However, they dont have enough staff to provide good anf prompt service. There are days when house keeping cleans room after 4 pm.
I booked family three room because the size stated at trip.com page is 39 metre square, but it is just about 16 metre square, I guess. I felt so cramped inside with a lot of luggage and training items. It is really misleading. And no mirror is provided in the room except bathroom.
The aircond ourlet pipe is in the bathroom making the floor wet all the time.

Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!DariPHP 2,355

The hotel is clean. I love its bedding, pillows, and towels; they are white, clean, crisps and smells fresh. The ambient is great and the hotel is quite well kep and maintained.
However, they dont have enough staff to provide good anf prompt service. There are days when house keeping cleans room after 4 pm.
I booked family three room because the size stated at trip.com page is 39 metre square, but it is just about 16 metre square, I guess. I felt so cramped inside with a lot of luggage and training items. It is really misleading. And no mirror is provided in the room except bathroom.
The aircond ourlet pipe is in the bathroom making the floor wet all the time.

The cleanliness, facilities, mall, and food are all very nice. However, I noticed a serious safety issue with the apartment dining chairs. Some of the chairs are broken and in an unsafe condition, which could potentially cause serious or even fatal injuries.

Futon/extra bed is comfy. Water heater is good but the toilet sometimes smelly but bearable. Please consider a dustbin inside the toilet. About the room there’’s A lot of mirrors. Host is a fast reply and provide all the details on how to parking & check in. But its hard to get free parking space & just spend a lot of time to find parking nearest with the block. Futon/extra bed is comfy. Water heater is good but the toilet sometimes smelly but bearable. Please consider a dustbin inside the toilet. About the room there’’s A lot of mirrors. This is a very new hotel, and the overall environment is exceptionally clean and tidy. The facilities are well-maintained, making my stay feel comfortable and secure.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, directly opposite a shopping mall, just a few minutes' walk away. This makes it super easy for dining, shopping, and getting any daily essentials. It's a great option for both family trips and business stays.

Fantastic Family Stay – Perfect for Kids and Highly Recommended!
Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!DariPHP 2,355

The hotel is clean. I love its bedding, pillows, and towels; they are white, clean, crisps and smells fresh. The ambient is great and the hotel is quite well kep and maintained.
However, they dont have enough staff to provide good anf prompt service. There are days when house keeping cleans room after 4 pm.
I booked family three room because the size stated at trip.com page is 39 metre square, but it is just about 16 metre square, I guess. I felt so cramped inside with a lot of luggage and training items. It is really misleading. And no mirror is provided in the room except bathroom.
The aircond ourlet pipe is in the bathroom making the floor wet all the time.
