Parking is not complimentary, the parking charges is RM1 per hour up to RM20 per day. The accomodation is connected to the Central I-City mall by a pedestrian bridge making it very convenient for guests to go shopping or for food. The accommodation was very clean 🧹 and the environment was pleasant. Overall, the stay was quite enjoyable.
However, there are two areas that could be improved:
The bed springs seem to be worn out, which made it uncomfortable to sleep and resulted in back discomfort. Additionally, the shower handle in the bathroom was loose and came off when turned.

I think the drainage system on bathroom need to be improved. And the weird thing about the switch of the light and the fan are not separated 😔 Due to switch off the light, the fan also can't be opened.

i stayed at i soho @ i city by my trip & my stay again from 15–16 january, and it was another convenient short stay. the location is still the biggest plus — everything from the mall to food places and the i-city attractions is within walking distance, which makes it very easy if you just want to relax and not worry about driving around. the family suite was comfortable for a short night, with the basic amenities provided and a nice view of the surrounding area at night. check-in can take a little time to figure out the first time because of the building layout, but once you know where to go, it’s quite smooth. overall, a practical and convenient place for a quick stay in shah alam.Dari€24

Check in process was very straight forward, instructions given were clear and precise. Whole check in process took less than 5 minutes. Deposit required is RM150 payable by online transfer or cash. Parking is not complimentary, the parking charges is RM1 per hour up to RM20 per day. The accomodation is connected to the Central I-City mall by a pedestrian bridge making it very convenient for guests to go shopping or for food.
