The entire apartment was amazing! We were dumbfounded by how huge it was! There were 8 of us. Walked in to a HUGE living room area with a kitchenette.
Utensils were there for use - Kettle, washing machine, hair dryer, cutleries, cups, instant coffee, water, towel, toothbrush etc.
There is a ensuite room in the 1st floor, and a small toilet behind the kitchenette.
Upstairs, there is a total of 3 rooms:
1. King Bed with pullout bed ensuite with bathtub,
2. King bed with ensuite shower,
3. 3 single beds ensuite with bathtub.
There is a pool, buffet breakfast was decent and had quite a variety of choices.
Downside, if return back after mall closes, gotta walk through the carpark to reach the accommodation. Also, the only lift was quite crowded........

It's surrounded by JBCC and City Square, and popular spots like Hua Yang Kopitiam, Ming Ang Confectionery, and Mr. Sotong are all nearby – you'll have no trouble finding places to eat and shop. It's about a 20-30min car ride away from checkpoint. When I stepped into the place to check-in at night, it looked really big and grand.
Very peaceful location with nothing much around - good to chill and relax. Feels like the equivalent of sentosa cove area in SG.
Room is big and generally well maintained. There's a few ants in the kitchenette so that part needs improvement. Bed is super comfy.
Bfast buffet included. There's a variety of food but tastewise it's decent, some hit and misses.
Gym is well-equipped, pool is partially sheltered and clean - so rain or shine it's all good.
Our package comes with one time free lounge usage from 10am to 5pm but there was nothing much. I will not pay extra for it. There was no one manning the place. The small lounge area comes with coffee machine, a few snacks that went stale, and bottled fruit juice that tasted very artificial.

First, when I was about to shower, the room suddenly had a blackout… The staff took quite some time to fix the electrical issue :’)
Then, in the middle of my shower, the water supply was cut off! TT I had to just stand there in the bathroom waiting for the water to come back… and when it finally did, there was no warm water at all. Can you imagine how cold that was…? 🥶
