Really nice room! Many facilities available such as a snackbar, swimming pool, gym & laundry services.
The only downside was that the water easily leaked from the shower area and would almost flood the floor outside. The water also took quite long to dry.
The breakfast buffet was really good. They had a Roti making station, DIY noodle station & DIY porridge station. The eggs cooked at the egg station were perfect, honestly one of the best eggs i've had. Only thing missing here were hashbrowns!
Location is really close to the checkpoint however due to the construction all around the checkpoint, it is really hard to walk around. Had to take a grab from the checkpoint despite it being so close.

I had a very pleasant stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour. The overall experience was excellent from check-in to check-out.
The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They were professional and always ready to assist whenever I had any questions or needed help, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and hassle-free.
The room was clean, tidy, spacious and well maintained. Everything was properly prepared when I arrived, and the room felt comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were also in good condition, and I really enjoyed the peaceful environment and beautiful surrounding views.
The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere of the property is quiet and relaxing. I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the good service provided by the staff.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and definitely good value for money. I would happily stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing place to stay in the Puteri Harbour area.

We were looking for a short relaxing trip and chance upon this location. Just 10 mins away after you clear Malaysia checkpoint from Tuas side. Very quiet and relaxing place, in the morning you can hear the birds. We enjoyed the walk by the beach and sitting under the coconut trees. The room is very big, very comfortable for a family. We chose the seaview room, which was amazing. Few improvements would be the lounge chair at the balcony and the aircon. We had some issue with the aircon in our room, set at 16 degrees but the room was never cold, just chill, even after the technicians came, it was still the same. There is a swimming pool and gym (very big and well equipped). Buffet breakfast is included in the package, and 1 bento meal for lunch or dinner. Spread for breakfast is sufficient, not woah thou. There are quite a number of restaurants in the vicinity, all walking distance, but mostly all chinese cuisine. The nearerst place to go for meals would be Bukit Indah or Eko Botanic, which is about 20-25 mins drive. Will come back again just for the peace and quiet.Dari€ 60

Pros:
Excellent location, right above the R&F mall. Kitchen is complete with adequate kitchenware. Comfortable stay for a 1-bedroom apartment. Felt very cosy (attached photo). Easy enough to check in and out following whatsapp directions for the mailbox. Customer service was responsive with my questions. Also the price for 1 night was excellent at only about $61 SGD, and this seems to be the cheapest among all 1 bedroom offerings on Trip.com for R&F Princess Cove.
Cons:
On a minor note, air-conditioner in the living room was a bit loud (some noise) but otherwise worked fine. I did not use the oven in the kitchen but there was a sign saying it was not to be used. The most unfortunate part of the stay was small bugs/cockroaches in the kitchen/toilet area, I otherwise would have given it a 10/10 for my stay there. I don't believe it is a hygiene issue though as the rooms were observed to be clean, not sure where the bugs are coming from but there is spray provided.Dari€ 25

It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners?

The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one.
