Truly enjoy the peace and quiet on the 27th floor. WiFi connection is strong too. Didn't take the breakfast option this time round.
Husband managed to take the opportunity to go to the swimming. Its quite full of ppl on the saturday. But managed to get basic swimming done.

As for the location, you need to take a taxi to nearby malls, but it's very convenient—just a 5-10 minute ride, and fares in Malaysia are quite cheap. We booked a stay at Fraser Place Puteri Harbour for 3 people to celebrate my wife’s birthday and opted to pay extra for a room with a ”Sea View.” We also reached out beforehand to ask for a small birthday surprise for her.
Unfortunately, the ”sea view” was a major letdown. Instead of an open, pleasant coastal view, it was mostly looking out over surrounding developments and construction with very little actual water in sight—definitely not what you hope for when booking a special occasion room.
On a positive note, I do want to give credit to the hotel staff for their service and effort. They did prepare a birthday cake for my wife as requested. Overall, the cleanliness of the property was okay, but the bedsheets could be improved as there were some visible stains.
Since the property is new, I think guests should be informed beforehand that there may still be ongoing construction in the area. I stayed for 2 days on weekdays and experienced construction noise throughout the day. The soundproofing was also not very good, as I could clearly hear the contractors talking while I was trying to sleep in the afternoon.
The biggest issue I encountered was the parking. The designated parking space provided by the property was occupied by another car. I asked the security guard for assistance, but the only options given were to park at the visitor parking for RM50 per night or contact the property directly. I ended up being stuck in the parking area for about an hour trying to contact the property. Despite making several calls, they never responded. Luckily, I managed to find the company’s HQ contact number and eventually got assistance.
Overall, the stay was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement, especially in terms of customer service and responsiveness. The property should also be more transparent about the ongoing construction and parking arrangements.DariKRW 37,883

Location was amazing! Host was responsive and very helpful:) There was a strong smell of smoke, probably by the previous occupant, and a big pail of water was left in the toilet to shower with cause the shower head not working but we eventually used the rain shower cause that was working so the host managed to engage housekeeping to spray the apartment and to remove the pail:)
