Mereka mempunyai pengesan asap dipasang betul-betul di tengah-tengah bilik. Dan pengesan asap mempunyai lampu LED hijau yang berkelip secara berkala. Jika anda tidur dalam kegelapan penuh, cahaya yang dipimpin itu sangat mengerikan. Kami mengalami tidur yang teruk kerana cahaya pada malam pertama. Keesokan paginya, saya meminta bantuan dan mereka menawarkan untuk merakam lampu hijau menggunakan pita pelekat. Ia menjadi jauh lebih baik untuk kita.

Forest City Marina Hotel is a resort hotel by the sea with a view of Singapore. The receiptionist are very polite and helpful. We checked in at the hotel on 17 October 2020 and the whole check in process was fast and took us less than 10 minutes from queuing to getting the room keys. The room is very spacious and big. It is equipped with wifi connectivity, big screen tv, a variety of tv channels, a chiller, bathrobes and complimentary mineral water. The bathroom/toilet comes with a bathtub and separate shower and the size is big and spacious. The room also have a balcony facing the seaview and Singapore. The downside of the hotel: 1. It’s located very far from JB city and after 8pm, the Forest City seems to be a dead city. 2. Some of the facilities are not open to the public(eg. Only one swimming pool is open out of the many swimming pools, facilities around the resort are limited to the Marina Hotel and many shops are closed) 3. Some of the equipment/in room facilities require repair eg. Shower head 4. Aircond is not switched on in many areas(maybe due to low occupancy) The positive part of the hotel: 1. Semuanya baik kecuali tiada tempat letak kereta yang sesuai untuk kereta. Tanya pengawal keselamatan hotel tetapi dia langsung tidak boleh bercakap bahasa Inggeris yang mudah. Sarapan ringkas di lobi dan tetapan bilik tidak banyak aduan untuk harga ini kerana ini juga merupakan tempahan saat akhir untuk percutian. Saya bimbang kerana saya tidak tahu di mana ia.
Tingkap berada di bahagian atrium bangunan dan bukannya di luar.
Bangunan itu sudah lama.
Satu malam adalah had saya.
Kakitangannya baik dan malah menunjukkan saya kepada pengurup wang.
Lepas keluar hotel, jalan belah kanan lebih kurang 5 minit dan ada hotel Z, jadi ada money changer yang buka malam di seberang jalan.
Terdapat banyak restoran di hadapan hotel, tetapi ia agak kucar-kacir.
Perokok memang ramai, jadi orang yang tak suka merokok elakkan dari kawasan ini.

Hotel murah dan kakitangan sangat baik. Saya tinggal di sini selama hampir sebulan dan mereka membuat penginapan saya selesa. Bilik-bilik bersih dan mereka melakukan tambah nilai setiap hari untuk peralatan mandian dan pengemasan. Tiada air botol dan cerek elektrik disediakan di setiap bilik namun ia menyediakan dispenser air di kawasan umum. Terdapat beberapa restoran berdekatan dan kedai mini.
