Slightly away from the city center room we’re decent and spacious. Basic amenities but for the same price, a hotel might be a better deal. For golfers and family who preferred nature over convenience might be ideal.

Newly renovated room on 8 floor. Very decent room and breakfast for the pricing. Parking outside the hotel . Good location near to airport and petrol station. Hotel is under renovation but still is decent enough. 41 RM for breakfast for 1 pax seem cheaper than booking online which is for 2 pax and higher price.

The hotel arranged for us to stay in a corner room which has weak WiFi access. I didn't have WiFi for the entire three nights stay. Furthermore, the bed was rather hard and the room was rather small. However, the hotel provides excellent breakfast and is located at a very strategic location. The hotel is very close to the Ipoh parade and within 10 mins drive to famous tourist spots like concubine lane. Overall, the experience was just alright.

A very pleasant stay! The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the good soundproofing ensured a peaceful sleep. The front desk staff were warm and professional, making check-in and check-out efficient and quick. A special shout-out to the breakfast – a diverse selection of fresh and delicious Chinese and Western dishes. The hygiene was satisfactory, with timely daily cleaning. Great value for money; I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for future business trips or vacations.

Great location and food, pools are small, but my kid like it very much. Area to be impressed: 1 amenities: the noise isolation by window is not sufficient. The noise from outside cooling tower sounds too big in the night sleep. 2 cleanliness: the floor under the bed is the blind spot in the quality control of cleaning

This is a unique hotel, though the rooms are a bit small. The staff are friendly and the service is excellent. The location is a bit secluded, a little distance from tourist attractions, but since we were taking taxis everywhere anyway, it wasn't a major issue. However, there are indeed some areas that need improvement. Firstly, the hotel entrance is extremely hidden with no clear signage, making it very hard to find. Secondly, the hallway lighting is too dim, and walking into the room, it's pitch black, requiring you to fumble around to find the key card slot. Lastly, there's no power outlet by the bed, which makes charging phones and watches very inconvenient.

The staff I interacted with were excellent- friendly smiles, able to answer queries and helpful. Even the back of house staff greeted us with smiles!! PRO😊 Check in was hassle free. One night the basement carpark was full. Mr. Haziq at reception, he moved his car for us to park!! When I checked out, complimentary ride was offered to take me to the airport. Thanks! CON😒 Bathroom floor corners need a bit more attention! Room Wifi for our devices was unacceptably slow, same with the TV. The TV channel went on and off with the ”circle” turning indicating wifi is slow. Overall, I would recommend to my friends for this value product!!

First of all, the moment I stepped into the hotel, I really loved it because it smelled so nice. I’m quite sensitive to smells when I travel, especially carpets or enclosed spaces, so this was a big plus for me. Secondly, when I went up to my room, I noticed apples placed near the lift area, which felt very welcoming and thoughtful for guests. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and genuine smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every detail — from the cozy bed to the well-maintained amenities — reflected thoughtful planning and a high standard of service. The ambiance was calm and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism and attentiveness. They were always courteous, helpful, and quick to assist with any request, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable. The facilities were excellent and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel created a sense of comfort and exclusivity. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel truly delivers a top-tier experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, quality service, and a memorable experience. I look forward to returning again in the future.

The staff were friendly and the service was good. I also appreciate that the hotel provides free parking, which was very convenient. However, the room amenities were quite old and didn’t feel very clean. There was a strange smell in both the corridor and the room. The blanket was also too small for a king-size bed, which made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Overall, some updates and improvements would really help enhance the guest experience.

This hotel used to be a favorite of my parents. I used to visit here as a child, and this time I'm back as a parent with my own child. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness. There was hair stuck around the toilet drain, and the pool had a lot of bird droppings. I hope they can improve their cleanliness.

For the price we paid, we can't really complain as the hotel rooms are generally decent, stay comes with breakfast and the hotel is located in a good location, within walking distance to Concubine Lane. While the room is decent, management could really look at improving hygiene (especially bathroom and bedsheets) and maintenance. One of our rooms had a leakage but was quickly replaced with another. The breakfast spread was decent. However, it's a little strange that we were given the remote controllers for A/C and TV when we checked in and needed to return them when we checked out. Free parking is also a perk.
