Came here for a night with my kid.Hotel is very near to the checkpoint.I got here around 4pm so it wasn’t crowded.Super smooth check in.I did request on the spot for a complimentary upgrade but was told they’re unable to do that.Maybe that’s something they can work on.I was given a later check out at 12.30pm so it’s not too bad.Room was amazing and clean.The toilet has a bidet so it’s a plus point!We were on the 29th floor.Staff were friendly.The breakfast buffet spread was good too.I loved the pastries.Swimming pool was empty when I brought my son so it was really good and I feel the size of the pool is perfect.It isn’t small.Overall it’s a pleasant stay and I’ll come back again!

Only issue is that our card key couldn’t work and caused hassle to go down and fix it. Me and kids had to wait and there’s no aircon in lift area. Staff actually came up with my husband to open the door as they don’t know why can’t validate the key!

At least 8 out of 10 starts for this experience. Pros: Excellent location, right above the R&F mall. Kitchen is complete with adequate kitchenware. Comfortable stay for a 1-bedroom apartment. Felt very cosy (attached photo). Easy enough to check in and out following whatsapp directions for the mailbox. Customer service was responsive with my questions. Also the price for 1 night was excellent at only about $61 SGD, and this seems to be the cheapest among all 1 bedroom offerings on Trip.com for R&F Princess Cove. Cons: On a minor note, air-conditioner in the living room was a bit loud (some noise) but otherwise worked fine. I did not use the oven in the kitchen but there was a sign saying it was not to be used. The most unfortunate part of the stay was small bugs/cockroaches in the kitchen/toilet area, I otherwise would have given it a 10/10 for my stay there. I don't believe it is a hygiene issue though as the rooms were observed to be clean, not sure where the bugs are coming from but there is spray provided.

The location is right next to CQ @ Clarke Quay, which is very convenient if you're traveling in Singapore and just need a place to sleep at night. It's perfect for budget travelers. However, the hotel isn't on the main street, so it can be a bit tricky to find with luggage if you're relying on Google Maps. Make sure to find Haidilao Hot Pot and take the elevator up from there. You'll be right at the hotel entrance. The hotel's cleanliness is acceptable; for a place with high occupancy, it's maintained to a good standard. The air conditioning is nice and cool, and the bed is quite soft. With earplugs, you can get a good night's sleep. Overall, it's worth the price and much better than other Singapore hotels in the same category. Plus, there's a free water dispenser.

Amazing hotel for 3 star hotel. We loved the ambience and cozy feeling. Rooms were huge and clean. Beautifully designed. Beds were so comfortable to sleep on. When I arrived, no one helped with my luggage from the car, and when I mentioned I was in a hurry to check out, the front desk staff was unhurried and quite perfunctory. Interestingly, they were exceptionally enthusiastic with English-speaking foreigners. Perhaps many Chinese tourists stay here at this price point, leading to a noticeable difference in service attitude. I wouldn't have stayed here if my wife and kids hadn't changed their plans and returned to China unexpectedly.

This hotel was the best one our family of three stayed at during our trip to Singapore. Since mid-July is my husband's and my wedding anniversary, I noted it on the booking. The hotel was incredibly thoughtful! Because of a typhoon, I only booked the night before. When we checked in, not only was the room decorated, but there were also cute drawings on the mirror and a lovely little card. When we returned to the hotel after exploring, there was even a row of mini cakes on the table! We were truly touched. Plus, there were many staff members who spoke Chinese and were willing to communicate in Chinese, unlike some of the later hotels where staff clearly understood Chinese but wouldn't use it. Their hotel is also very clean and beautiful! The pool is spotless and the gym has a great selection of equipment. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

The hotel's location is excellent, directly connected to a mall, and within walking distance of famous attractions like Gardens by the Bay and Merlion Park, making getting around incredibly convenient. Check-in was efficient, and the staff were warm and professional, providing attentive service throughout, truly reflecting a five-star hotel experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and immaculate cleanliness. The bed was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully comfortable night's sleep. What truly impressed me most was the room's view – whether it was the city skyline or the Marina Bay night view, both were absolutely stunning. The hotel's infinity pool definitely lives up to its reputation; the views are unforgettable and it's an absolute must-visit spot when in Singapore. The breakfast spread was extensive, with a great variety of both Western and Asian options, all of which tasted delicious. Overall, everything from the environment and facilities to the service was impeccable. It was a very enjoyable and memorable stay. If I ever visit Singapore again, I will definitely choose this hotel, and I'll be recommending it to all my friends and family!

I was quite anxious before my trip, worried about bad service or a poor room. However, as soon as I entered the lobby, someone immediately came to help with my luggage without any differential treatment, which instantly put me at ease. I had booked two months in advance, and at check-in, the front desk even specifically mentioned the requests I made in my booking email and assigned the room accordingly – truly excellent! The room was very clean and spacious; even with two 26-inch suitcases open, there was still plenty of room. The bedding didn't feel damp or anything, and I slept very comfortably until morning. The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to several popular attractions nearby. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options, and the metro and bus lines are also very convenient. I've already recommended it to friends, and if I visit Singapore again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk from the City Hall MRT station (green line). The front desk was very nice and gave me a room in the South Tower facing the inner pool (the other side has Marina Bay views but only on high floors). Downstairs, Funan Mall offers convenient dining and shopping. Nearby attractions such as Merlion Park, Fort Canning Park, and Clarke Quay are all within walking distance. Even Chinatown is a feasible walk if you're up for it. The room was spacious enough, but some of the facilities had issues. The showerhead in the shower cubicle wasn't working, so I could only use the rain shower. I didn't bother asking the hotel to fix it. The hotel breakfast was unremarkable, quite average, and very crowded. Not worth it.

There was little effort to explore alternative solutions or offer reassurance, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. That said, once past the check-in issue, the rest of the stay was relatively smooth. The facilities were decent, and housekeeping maintained a good standard throughout. This is an older hotel, and the family room was surprisingly spacious for Singapore standards! The facilities are quite dated, but still clean and tidy. While it couldn't escape the typical musty smell you find in Singapore hotels, overall, it offers good value for money. The bathroom definitely felt old, reminiscent of an older 3-star hotel in China. I'd recommend bringing your own towels. They do provide disposable slippers and toothbrushes. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside.
