The LRT Shah Alam Line (LRT3) is a new Rapid KL rail line that improves public transport across the Klang Valley. Officially opened on 30 June 2026, the line connects Bandar Utama in Petaling Jaya to Johan Setia in Klang, making travel between these areas faster and more convenient. It serves major communities in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and Klang, providing better access to residential areas, business districts, shopping centres, schools, and other key destinations. Also known as LRT3, the Shah Alam Line is approximately 37.8 km long and features mostly elevated tracks with a short underground section. The line is operated by Rapid Rail under Rapid KL and uses fully automated, driverless trains to provide a safe, reliable, and efficient travel experience for commuters.

We recently stayed at Hilton Shah Alam Glenmarie and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel appears to have undergone a recent renovation, and the refreshed design is noticeable. However, the workmanship could be improved. There were visible imperfections on some of the wooden door frames, and several pieces of furniture showed signs of chipped paint and wear. As we were traveling with a young baby who spends time playing on the floor, this raised some concerns regarding maintenance and finishing quality. We also experienced drainage issues in the shower area, where water did not flow away properly. On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed both the breakfast and the swimming pool. The breakfast selection was good, and the pool was well-maintained and family-friendly. Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning if these areas are addressed.

i dont expect that the bathroom is kinda like this. it only give you a build in bidet toilet bowl. the shower is combined in the bathtub. so if you wanted to take a shower, you had to climb into the bathtub. i expect better facilities but the given facilities just make me doubt this hotel exterior. anyway my room is facing with the shah alam mosque. it was beautiful indeed.

The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone. We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable. Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. 1. The hotel management was terrible. First, my booking number could not be found. Thankfully, the Trip.com agent helped to resolve the issue. 2. The service at the reception counter was very poor. The staff did not respect customers. 3. There was absolutely no consideration shown. I arrived at the lobby at 2:55 PM, but I was not allowed to check in. I was asked to wait until exactly 3:00 PM because the room was not ready. It was only 5 minutes early, which was still acceptable to me, so I waited. However, the way the hotel staff responded was extremely rude. 4. The hotel management should train their staff to communicate with customers in a more polite and considerate manner.

The toilet light is flashing. When the sink is used, the water will come out at the bottom. The sink should be repaired The lights are quite dim. For proper sleep. If for work, not suitable. The best tv channel is only tv3. The other channel is sports and not sure about other channels. Superb location. But have to pay expensive parking there. I had to go in and out, many crazy people had to pay for parking. In total I paid Rm4 + Rm10 + Rm16 for parking for 2h1m because I went in and out 2x for certain business. Better rent at Best Western Icity. Now promo Rm388 for hotel + 2 breakfasts + 2 all day happiness tickets + free parking. I have spent Rm373 for everything. Add Rn15, you can sleep at Best Western. 😂

I just ove this hotel! The cleanliness, the ambience, the lobby were cosy and calming. For economic rate, The bedroom is spacious enough, lying in nice bed with side table and powerpoint feels like home. Surprisingly, they also have desk with ergonomic chair. Wifi, smart tv were good and updated. The best part i love here most is the bathroom with good hot shower!! It’s 10/10.
