The LRT Shah Alam Line (LRT3) is a new Rapid KL rail line that improves public transport across the Klang Valley. Officially opened on 30 June 2026, the line connects Bandar Utama in Petaling Jaya to Johan Setia in Klang, making travel between these areas faster and more convenient. It serves major communities in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and Klang, providing better access to residential areas, business districts, shopping centres, schools, and other key destinations. Also known as LRT3, the Shah Alam Line is approximately 37.8 km long and features mostly elevated tracks with a short underground section. The line is operated by Rapid Rail under Rapid KL and uses fully automated, driverless trains to provide a safe, reliable, and efficient travel experience for commuters.

Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone. We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable. Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. 1. The hotel management was terrible. First, my booking number could not be found. Thankfully, the Trip.com agent helped to resolve the issue. 2. The service at the reception counter was very poor. The staff did not respect customers. 3. There was absolutely no consideration shown. I arrived at the lobby at 2:55 PM, but I was not allowed to check in. I was asked to wait until exactly 3:00 PM because the room was not ready. It was only 5 minutes early, which was still acceptable to me, so I waited. However, the way the hotel staff responded was extremely rude. 4. The hotel management should train their staff to communicate with customers in a more polite and considerate manner.

Hotel D'Palma is excellent for its facilities and hospitality. The staff are kind and efficient, and the hotel is close to many shops and a night market. The kids also loved the pool with a slide! However, I do have a small piece of feedback for the hotel management. I apologize for saying this, but the carpet and towels in our room smelled musty. The moment we walked into the room, the carpet smelled like rotten dried fish! It was very pungent! I initially thought it was just my nose, but after asking my husband and kids to check, they also confirmed the strong, musty smell coming from the carpet in the hotel room. It would be best if the hotel takes this issue seriously by improving or replacing the old carpets. I also hope that the staff and hotel will ensure the rooms are fragrant and comfortable for guests. I hope my feedback is well-received and that the hotel can make improvements. Thank you for our experience at this hotel.

The location was convenient. There is a bridge connected to the shopping mall which offers a huge variety of restaurants and also a supermarket. There are also convenient stores, pharmacy, clinic, on the apartment complex and a huge swimming pool. The apartment itself is clean and suitable for couples. We would have loved to shop and cook, if only the kitchen was better equipped with cooking utensils. Other than that, everything was ok.

He told us to wait until tomorrow morning and until 8:15 am there was no action and we had to check out because we had to catch a flight. Hopefully the hotel needs to fix it and have a standby case like this. This is the first time we have received something like this. Please check with the relevant party. Thank you

The toilet light is flashing. When the sink is used, the water will come out at the bottom. The sink should be repaired The lights are quite dim. For proper sleep. If for work, not suitable. The best tv channel is only tv3. The other channel is sports and not sure about other channels. Superb location. But have to pay expensive parking there. I had to go in and out, many crazy people had to pay for parking. In total I paid Rm4 + Rm10 + Rm16 for parking for 2h1m because I went in and out 2x for certain business. Better rent at Best Western Icity. Now promo Rm388 for hotel + 2 breakfasts + 2 all day happiness tickets + free parking. I have spent Rm373 for everything. Add Rn15, you can sleep at Best Western. 😂
