The LRT Shah Alam Line (LRT3) is a new Rapid KL rail line that improves public transport across the Klang Valley. Officially opened on 30 June 2026, the line connects Bandar Utama in Petaling Jaya to Johan Setia in Klang, making travel between these areas faster and more convenient. It serves major communities in Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and Klang, providing better access to residential areas, business districts, shopping centres, schools, and other key destinations. Also known as LRT3, the Shah Alam Line is approximately 37.8 km long and features mostly elevated tracks with a short underground section. The line is operated by Rapid Rail under Rapid KL and uses fully automated, driverless trains to provide a safe, reliable, and efficient travel experience for commuters.

I had a pleasant stay at Hilton Glenmarie. The hotel is relatively new, so everything still feels fresh and well maintained. The front office staff were very helpful and welcoming, and the room was comfortable and nicely designed. One minor downside is that the walk to the room can be quite far, depending on where your room is located. However, the location is very convenient if you’re planning to play golf, as it is close to Glenmarie Golf & Country Club. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially if you’re playing at Glenmarie Golf & Country Club. Comfortable, convenient, and a pleasant experience overall.

1. The hotel management was terrible. First, my booking number could not be found. Thankfully, the Trip.com agent helped to resolve the issue. 2. The service at the reception counter was very poor. The staff did not respect customers. 3. There was absolutely no consideration shown. I arrived at the lobby at 2:55 PM, but I was not allowed to check in. I was asked to wait until exactly 3:00 PM because the room was not ready. It was only 5 minutes early, which was still acceptable to me, so I waited. However, the way the hotel staff responded was extremely rude. 4. The hotel management should train their staff to communicate with customers in a more polite and considerate manner.

Parking Issue The hotel itself is nice, but the parking issue was extremely frustrating. When I was leaving, the hotel staff told me to contact the parking management. After I explained that I was a hotel guest, the parking staff told me to go back to the hotel reception. I was literally sent back and forth, and at that moment I was honestly really angry and frustrated. In the end, I found out that the hotel staff had entered my car plate number incorrectly, which caused the whole problem. I really don’t understand why a simple parking issue had to become such a hassle for the guest. The hotel is good, but the parking process and communication between the hotel and parking management definitely need to be improved.

On 2***/25 at 12 noon check in okay There was water and we went out to kl. On 27/4/25 at 3.40 am we went back there was no water and made a complaint at the counter. He told us to wait until tomorrow morning and until 8:15 am there was no action and we had to check out because we had to catch a flight. Hopefully the hotel needs to fix it and have a standby case like this. This is the first time we have received something like this. Please check with the relevant party. Thank you

Host is a fast reply and provide all the details on how to parking & check in. But its hard to get free parking space & just spend a lot of time to find parking nearest with the block. Futon/extra bed is comfy. Water heater is good but the toilet sometimes smelly but bearable. Please consider a dustbin inside the toilet.   About the room there’’s A lot of mirrors. If you plan to use the unit you maybe can consider to bring ur iron.  Suitable for people who want to attend convo in UiTM Shah Alam as its very near. Overall Can repeat and recommended.

decent business hotel, wish the check in counter to be bigger as it does feel cramped in there. there are few things that the hotel falls short of, and I have personally highlighted to the front desk for improvements :- upon checking in, given the first key to my room, which i later found out someone was staying in; it appeared messy and untidy; DOUBLE CHECK IN IS A MAJOR RED FLAG🚩 secondly, there’s aircon unit malfunctioned so we requested for a room change. The technician was swift and front office was prompt in accommodating so no complaints on that. However what happens next is what discomforts me. in the middle of night, the hotel staff rang our door bell thrice, within the interval of 5 mins, while we were soundly asleep, to retrieve the key card for the first room we changed from. first the hotel door doesn’t have peephole, guest wouldn’t possibly know who’s knocking or asking, and it’s dangerous to answer doors in such condition, in middle of the night. a light knock, combo with a “room service” would be appropriate, if situation is really dire. i don’t know how serious it is when they see the need to demand the return of key card for a room that has malfunctioned aircon, in wee hours. simply ridiculous

The toilet light is flashing. When the sink is used, the water will come out at the bottom. The sink should be repaired The lights are quite dim. For proper sleep. If for work, not suitable. The best tv channel is only tv3. The other channel is sports and not sure about other channels. Superb location. But have to pay expensive parking there. I had to go in and out, many crazy people had to pay for parking. In total I paid Rm4 + Rm10 + Rm16 for parking for 2h1m because I went in and out 2x for certain business. Better rent at Best Western Icity. Now promo Rm388 for hotel + 2 breakfasts + 2 all day happiness tickets + free parking. I have spent Rm373 for everything. Add Rn15, you can sleep at Best Western. 😂
