The only thing I didn't quite understand was why kids weren't allowed in the executive lounge, but thankfully, they opened up a meeting room for us to dine in instead.

The location is excellent! There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Lippo Mall, Kakilima (street food stalls), and various warungs. The room has a kitchen fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils, which was incredibly convenient for warming up takeout meals. Basic amenities were provided, and bottled water was also supplied. Regarding the facilities, I'd like to share a note about the bathroom. Although not shown in the photos, there's a bathtub opposite the shower. However, if multiple people bathe consecutively, the water tends to cool down a bit. For those who prefer very hot baths, I recommend waiting a while between uses (though it's not extremely cold, so it's not a major concern). I also appreciated the washing machine and the provided detergent. One minor issue was that the washing machine drain seemed clogged, causing water to overflow in front of the machine during drainage. Improving this would make the stay even more comfortable. Previously, when I stayed at another residence nearby, the Azan (call to prayer) was quite noticeable, but I didn't hear it at all during my stay here, which was a pleasant surprise. The front desk staff were all very kind and provided excellent service. I would definitely love to stay at this residence again!
