What is the experience of a five-star hotel without heating on a day of 10 degrees to 8 degrees? It really happened to me, and it was a Sofitel. Anyway, I caught a cold directly on the second day after staying, and the windows were closed tightly. The equipment Everything else is nonsense. I complained to the front desk the next day. Anyway, the attitude was very sincere, but the problem had occurred and the facilities were very backward. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and communicated with me from the perspective of the guest. Anyway, it is a five-star hotel in Paris. It's really hard to describe

The hotel was very comfortable. I chose this hotel because of its location, size, cleanliness, and classic interior. First of all, the location was quiet, even though it was close to Avenue Montaigne. Of course, it was clean. The interior was wonderful, and as an interior lover like me, I learned a lot about the use of fabrics. The bedding was so comfortable that I bought the same pillow and comforter at a department store in Paris before returning home. The staff were all cheerful and kind, and I never had a bad experience. When I was leaving, my bag with my bedding in it broke, so the staff worked hard to reinforce it with duct tape. I'm very grateful! I think that the impression of a trip is determined by the hotel, the food, and the people you meet. I highly recommend this hotel.

Le Bristol Paris / Praise 1 My recent stay at Le Bristol Hotel in Paris was a wonderful experience! 🌟 Hotel location is very convenient, a few steps to the famous shopping areas and attractions. 2 The room is beautifully furnished, the bed is particularly comfortable, and the night sleeps very well. The service staff is warm and friendly, which makes people feel warm. 3 In addition, the breakfast in the hotel restaurant is also very rich 🍽, there are many choices, I am very satisfied with the food! In short, this is a pleasant stay, highly recommended to everyone! 👍

The atmosphere is wonderful, from the lobby to the restaurant and guest rooms. True to its heritage, each and every detail is exquisite, reflecting the charm of a traditional French hotel. From the pool to the gym and sauna, there was nothing I didn't like. The bed was a bit squishy, which was a bit uncomfortable for me, but the bedding was excellent. The location is second to none.

The hotel was located at a very central & convenient location just adjacent to a subway line and many wonderful restaurants and cafes. Scenic places were within walking distance and so convenient. The hotel itself is located in a very good area. Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was directly next to the bar, where there was a party on the same night. Although I am a young traveler, I still needed a good night’s sleep, which was not possible due to the noise. The room was very basic, with limited amenities, and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the service was not up to standard. I had to wait in line for almost 30 minutes to check in, as the staff member handling the transition between shifts did not seem to notice or prioritize new arriving guests. Overall, the level of professionalism was disappointing.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, both in terms of facilities and ambiance. We booked a scenic room, and the window offered a stunning, unobstructed view of the Sacré-Cœur Basilica on Montmartre, with the entire Parisian cityscape stretching out before us. The breakfast spread was incredibly rich, with a great variety of both hot and cold dishes. I'll definitely be booking this hotel's branches in other cities in the future.

This is one of my top choices for business trips. I really appreciate how friendly and engaging the staff are. There's a restaurant and meeting rooms downstairs, which is super convenient for work. The location is also excellent – the subway station is less than a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of dining options, cafes, and supermarkets nearby.

Just a short walk from Paris Nord station. While the area often gets a bad rap for safety, I didn't feel any issues this time. There's a great bakery right next door. The only downsides were the incredibly cramped and unusually dark shower room. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall, for a hotel in Paris, this one offers good value for money. Although it's located in the 12th arrondissement, which is a bit suburban, the proximity to the metro station makes it very convenient. It's only two stops to the famous Châtelet station. The room wasn't small either. It seems like many Accor brand hotels are in this area. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. However, finding a laundromat was really difficult and far – you'd probably need an electric scooter to get to a residential area about 2 kilometers away. What's highly recommended is their gym. It occupies the entire basement level and even offers free apples for an energy boost. There's a wide variety of equipment, and the dumbbells come in a full range of weights, including heavy ones. There are also different small rooms for individual workouts, along with separate restrooms and shower rooms. My biggest disappointment was their breakfast. Even though the ingredients seemed high-quality and possibly organic, paying nearly 200 RMB per person and not finding anything that suited a Chinese palate and was healthy was frustrating. There were no leafy green vegetables, just some very basic, raw cabbage hearts. Some of the cold cuts were surprisingly unappetizing. The staff also seemed very rushed. I only found out after leaving that you could ask a server for coffee. The only thing I'd recommend is the freshly made omelets – bring your own vegetables to get enough protein. Taste-wise, it was honestly not as good as Hampton by Hilton. Another overall impression is that hotels in France don't have the same warmth as those in Belgium, and the English proficiency was slightly inferior. Don't even expect any Chinese-speaking staff.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with all hotels and all stars that I stayed before. I believe the owners/management of this hotel intend to cheap all clients, if possible. We have prepaid all our 3 restaurants ima but to arrive at the check in counter at 1700 and 1830 on the check in day to be advised that our room type was fully booked, the family 2 connecting rooms my friends booked were only good for one room and they will add 2 extra beds. Over the 3 days during my stay, every time I passed by the reception area, I can see customer complaining while checking in and out for all sorts of reasons. Those customers booked their prepaid rooms via ***********, Trip.com and C-Trip. The staff at the reception have the worst behavior and extremely rude manner. I have to teach them how to behave at least like a human being.

I chose this hotel for a five-night stay about two weeks before my trip, mainly for its convenient location to Roland Garros. The front desk staff provided good service, and the overall facilities were decent. The bathroom was a bit small with some drainage issues, and there was no coffee in the room, but these were all acceptable. For breakfast, they had freshly made poached eggs and omelets, and the menu changed a few times over the five days, so the overall quality was quite good. The hotel's location is excellent, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation. You can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Experience is what I would expect from a 2 star hotel, although the lack of air conditioning really did not help during the sudden heatwave that occured while we were there. The location of this place was its only saving grace. It is definitely one of the more affordable options in this area, with great connectivity to the metro and bus lines. Although, it is situated in a sketchy back alleyway and there is poor sound isolation from the outside. I found it hard to sleep at night and in the morning from people chatter and other noise. If I only stayed for 2 or 3 days in cooler weather, I probably wouldn't mind staying here again, just because of its excellent location. If not, there are many other hotels in this same area that I'm sure would offer a better experience, albeit at a higher price point.

Recommended by Doubao and booked via Trip.com. It's very convenient to get around; you can see the Eiffel Tower right outside, and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Seine River. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was good, and the room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. If you don't mind walking, you can stroll along the Seine River for 4.8 km to Notre Dame, the Louvre, the old train station, and more.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk to all the major attractions. However, the service needs improvement. On the day we were checking out, a staff member actually knocked on our door to clean the room at around 7 AM! And then claimed we hadn't put up the 'Do Not Disturb' sign! Such service quality makes this hotel seem overrated.

Brussels is the largest city in Belgium. Due to its unique geographical location, Brussels has always been recognized as the ”capital of Europe”. The overall decor felt very French, and the room was surprisingly spacious! Since we arrived early, the restaurant gave us a lovely table with a view. Although the hotel is in an upscale area, the surroundings felt a bit chaotic, with people lying on the streets everywhere, which was a little unsettling. However, once you stepped inside the hotel, all those worries vanished. Breakfast was very French, and very mediocre, with almost no vegetables – just a tiny bit of cucumber and cherry tomatoes.

This hotel is really old... Don't let the five-star rating fool you, it feels more like a three-star. The elevator is incredibly slow, from 1999! The furniture in the room is also very dated. The front desk sells bottled water in glass bottles for 8 euros a pop – ridiculous. As our Belgian client told us, the hotel's location is right between a safe area and an unsafe one. It's close to the light rail, but there's no elevator from the light rail station to the street level, which is quite annoying. Walking to the city center is fairly convenient though. For the price, it offers good value for money; other hotels in the same area are more expensive.

Pros: The location is excellent. Situated between the old town and the modern shopping district. There is a supermarket right opposite and De Brouckere metro station entrance right beside it. The room meant for 4 adults is spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment is very clean. Cons: We stayed in early June where the weather was cooling so the Aircon was not functioning which is acceptable BUT we had to leave the windows open and the road downstairs was extremely noisy and eventful throughout the night. The kitchen was well equipped but it would be good to provide bigger bowls.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, inside a shopping complex, making it very easy to get around. There is also a designated Uber pick-up and drop-off point, which is very convenient. The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. As a pleasant surprise, I met a Thai staff member working at the reception desk, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. One highlight was the bathroom amenities from Rituals, which were of excellent quality and added a luxurious touch to the stay. The breakfast, however, could be improved. The selection was somewhat limited, and the dining area felt a bit too small, especially during busy hours. I was in Brussels for a ten-day business trip, and this hotel is really close to Midi (South) Station, just a few minutes' walk across the road. The front desk staff were nice. Just a heads up, there's a city tax that needs to be paid upon arrival. There's a small restaurant on the ground floor where guests were having drinks and beer. Breakfast is served on the other side of the elevators, but we didn't opt for it as it was a bit pricey. Luggage storage is self-service in the basement. The large lockers can fit two 24-inch suitcases plus a backpack or two. I think it was €10 for the day, and you can access your luggage multiple times. It has a dual password setup, with both numbers and a pattern. Check-in is at 3 PM. You use your card to access the upper floors. Once in the room, the space was decent and had everything we needed. As is typical in Europe, you'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and slippers. There's no complimentary bottled water, so I'd recommend buying some from the supermarket nearby. The Carrefour inside South Station has large SPA mineral water bottles for under €2. The overall accommodation environment is as shown in the pictures. The bed was quite large; two of us slept comfortably without feeling cramped. Oh, and the shower room comes with shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner, which is a big plus! They change the trash bags and tidy up the bedding daily. We left our suitcases in the room without any valuables inside. The lock I bought beforehand didn't really come in handy (I'd heard about safety concerns around South Station before coming, but our actual experience was quite good).

The location is excellent, right in the city center. The bathroom is very spacious with a wet/dry separation, but the shower, toilet, and sink are all in one room, and there's only one, so you might have to wait during peak hours. The only downside is the large gap between the beds, so you can't place anything against the wall, as it will definitely fall. Also, the lighting is very dim, practically useless at night, and the curtains don't block out much light.

Wins because of location. Once exiting central station, its a 30m walk to the hotel. Very convenient as it avoids needing to lug luggage across town, with the slopes and cobblestones and also saves taxi fare. Booked this to stay the night as we were going to the airport the next morning. Lobby, reception was good, room ambience was ok only. There is a mini convenience store within the hotel, with self service checkout that may be useful for some guests who arrive late. Shoe shine available on level 1. Excellent gym. 24H Gym is new, clean smelling, towels and sanitiser provided with mood lighting you can choose, and 2 treadmills that face the central station. Room view was of central station. Space adequate to open up luggages. 2 twin beds were placed quite close together. Bedding clean, fridge was cold, kettle available. Toilet had a bathtub, no separate shower area. Water pressure good. Marble tiles are nice, but have some yellow stains after years of use, toilet still clean. Crabtree toiletries. After running sink water for a while, it became very hot. And it could not be adjusted. Informed reception and they sent someone up but he couldn't help as well and asked us to use the bath tub spout instead. Not sure how this can be resolved.

For most Malaysian travellers, the Eurostar high-speed train is generally the best transportation option between Paris and Brussels. It offers an excellent balance of speed, convenience, comfort, and overall value. The train travels directly between city centres, allowing travellers to avoid long airport procedures, security screening, and additional airport transfer costs. Although bus services are usually cheaper, the Eurostar significantly reduces travel time and provides a more comfortable travel experience.

Booking tickets at least 1 to 3 months before departure is strongly recommended because Eurostar fares often increase closer to the travel date. Early bookings usually provide the lowest promotional fares and better seat availability, especially during weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons. Many experienced travellers also recommend booking early to secure the best prices and preferred departure times.
