مساء الخير الفندق جميل جدا ومناسب للعائلة والاصدقاء والشي مميز لهذا الفندق ان تعيش الأجواء المنفتحة والشواء مباشر من خلال الخدمات وجزيل شكر للطاقم كامل وبالخاص للأستاذ حسن على حسن الاستقبال وخدمة العملاء Good evening, the hotel is very beautiful and suitable for family and friends. What is special about this hotel is that you live in an open atmosphere and barbecue directly through the services. Many thanks to the entire staff, especially to Mr. Hassan for the good reception and customer service.

The food at Little Bavaria restaurant in the Pearl Hotel was far below standard. Our meal arrived cold, and nothing justifies the ridiculous wait. One male waiter Astle told me multiple times that the chefs were still preparing the food in the kitchen, but the delay was unacceptable. Almost 45 minutes past the expected time, Astle finally arrived with our food, by which point my family was hungry and frustrated. When we asked to speak to the manager, we were only met with excuses and empty apologies. Unfortunately, that did nothing to address the poor service or the cold food. There was no offer of compensation or any real effort to fix the situation, which left us deeply disappointed. We won’t be returning to Little Bavaria again because of the staff rudeness and cold food. There are plenty of excellent restaurants that actually care about their customers, but this is not one of them. Take your business and your money elsewhere.

True relaxation and refreshing experience we had with our family at Barracuda Beach Resort this July'2023. From top to toe starting from Mr. Hari Krishnan - G.M to the floor cleaner every one was the best to serve us. It was just the matter of one phone call and your desired service is at your doorstep to serve. It's was my the best experience for the first time I had ever in my last 18 years of stay in UAE. Hats off to the entire team of Barracuda and to all the people behind the scenes, by giving their guest the big smile and everlasting experience while driving back home. May God bless always.
