The whole trip was not very satisfying. First, the seaplane time I requested is at noon on the 22nd, so that I can have a half-day tour of Male. As a result, I was arranged for an early morning seaplane. The hotel said that because the time of the seaplane is not under their control, and the time of the next day's seaplane will only be known after 6pm before 1 day .Second, I don’t know whether the lock of my luggage was broken by the seaplane staff or the resort staff. Anyway, the lock on my luggage was completely missing between the seaplane and check in the resort. Third. neither the birthday room decorations nor the cake that was promised to me was delivered. I was sick that day, so I didn't remind or ask, but I think the hotel completely forgot, which is a big mistake. Fourth, I told that I am sick and uncomfortable, can I ask for some hot soup for breakfast? The front desk said that there is no way, you only can eat whatever the kitchen prepares, which I can understand, But the front desk didn't even have a word of concern and greeting! I feel so indifferent! I was very happy to choose you as my first vacation after the covid ,but now I feel that this is a complete mistake.

È sempre in piacere tornare in questa struttura alle Maldive. Ho ritrovato con piacere collaboratori che avevo conosciuto nelle precedenti visite e conosciuto di nuovi. Sempre ottima accoglienza e cordialità. Spiaggia sole e mare . Un ringraziamento particolare a Sangiu ( bar piscina) e soprattutto al vice direttore svizzero Axel ( molto gentile e professionale: la prossima volta porterò per lui la Rivella e il Rosti..☺️

كل شي كان جميل ورائع أقمنا في منتجع كانديما لمدة ٥ ليالي كانت من أجمل الايام بوفيه الافطار والعشا جدا لذيذ ومتنوع أقمنا ٣ ليالي في فيلا مع جاكوزي وليلتين في فيلا هوني مون جدا رائعة وكبيرة من أفخم الفلل الموجودة في المنتجع الاخت نورة كانت جدا رائعة تتكلم اللغة العربية انسانه متعاونه ودودة الاخ موسى انسان راقي ومتعاون جدا متفهم وغايته رضا وسعادة النزيل كان معنا حتى مغادرتنا للمنتجع أتمنى العودة مرة أخرى للمنتجع

This needs to be rated 10 out of 5 ! Short of words for this amazing trip we had at the St Regis Maldives. Before I embarked on the journey to the resort I had let the team know in advance i was planning to propose and they went out of their way to make the whole process as smooth as possible not to mention the memorable experiences they gave us throughout the trip. *****n our airport butler who also did a splendid job on our way out of Male picked us up and whisked us away to check in at the sea plane transfer counter as soon as we arrived. We had a rather long wait for the vehicle that was taking us to the sea plane transfer terminal at no fault to St Regis at all but we made the most of the delay by feeding ourselves at KFC before heading to the St Regis lounge at the sea plane terminal and once we arrived *****n informed us that we had been upgraded to the St Regis One Bedroom Suite, boy what a surprise ! The resort was quite full and we could tell from our sea plane transfer into the resort, thank you to StR Maldives for being so accommodating. Upon arriving at the resort we were greeted by Amy our butler who is probably the most responsive person i’ve encountered and if it wasn’t for her i don’t think my proposal could have been this smooth. Asif was our room attendant for the stay and he did a great job maintaining the tidiness of our room, not to mention his creativity with towels. Throughout the stay we signed up for a 2 day wellness package that included 2 personal training classes, sign up for these if you want to push yourselves. Zam and Nixion are going to push you to your limits. We also played tennis with Vimal who gave us great tips on where we need to improve. For those who don’t have diving accreditations at the minimum sign up for a snorkelling excursion, it is a completely different experience to the house reef and well worth the price. The food at the resort is nothing short of fabulous, though we were disappointed that the soft shell crab isn’t offered for breakfast but we were astounded by the quality of the food considering all the travel the food needs to go through to reach your plates. Also, nothing starts the vacation better getting a massage at the spa right after arriving at the resort. We felt so refreshed after the massage. Finally some areas where we think the StR could have stepped it up: 1. Provide bottled water to guests travelling back to Male on the seaplane. 2. Allow guests to bring water from their rooms to restaurants, i don’t quite get why we need to pay for bottled water at restaurants 3. There needs to be clearer signs about how slippery the glass on the floor at the spa is, i had quite a slip but thankfully nothing serious happened Overall we were very happy wit the overall vacation and i want to thank the team for a job well done in arranging my proposal. I guess we know where we need to go for the honeymoon !

It was our second time here..and actually we chose this hotel because our first time was perfect..and I wanted the best on my birthday💝 and I’m so so so happy that we came here..we had 7 different hotels..including Anantara and Pullman..and I definitely can say that we love Baglioni way too better..the island 🏝️ is a wonder!!! The staff is just too perfect to be true..🥹I had my preferences and specifics for my birthday and I got everything I wanted🙏💖the weather was special this time..but we noticed just love and care from the resort and staff..💖and this is priceless💖💖💖 Special thanks to our Gulia🙏💖I love people who try to do their best no matter what🙏🥹💖

Myself my wife and our children (20, 17 and 13) have just returned from an incredible holiday in Niyama. Shanun our Thakaru looked after us magnificently, I think we were very lucky to be looked after by him as he was exceptional with everything. From the moment we landed at Male to the sea plane to the resort and back again we were looked after so well by the Niyama team we couldn’t have been happier. What an incredible experience from attempting snorkelling to having lunch on the beach we truly had the luxury experience. The islands are beautiful! I would thoroughly recommend this as a place to get the perfect Maldives experience and if you’re fortunate to be looked after by Shanun please tell him we said Hi. Adam
