Second time we stayed here because we were preparing our house for sale. Close to our children's school and Camberwell train station. Both our stay here we were given an apartment facing laneway (rear) not facing the petrol station or camberwell rd. So it was quiet and private. Cleaning was ok. They really need to air the apartment for it always smell of food. Beds are OK. Good enough. Location is great for us. Parking is secure but an extra fee of $10/day. Kitchen is ok. A bit small. dishwasher is too small. Dining plates too big for dishwasher! No where to dry dishes when washed manually. Washing machine available. No dryer or drying room. Could hear people next door coughing from our lounge room. Janet the manager was ok. Not the friendliest. Would stay here again because of the location. Better than Quest Apartments!

This is a very conveniently located facility which is looking tired and dated now, however it is really clean and provides a good level of amenity for the price. Best feature is its location, and size of apartment, with a reasonable kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Some road noise for the bedrooms facing the main road. Something to be aware of - there are stairs only from the secure carpark, which if you have heavy luggage will be a nuisance. Best to offload heavy luggage from your car before you enter the carpark gate, if you have multiple people, then you can wheel luggage through the streetside entrance and into the central courtyard. There are still stairs, but not as many as the carpark is underground. Ask for ground floor if you don’t want lots of stairs, and the units at the back are quieter as they don’t face the main road. Great food and liquor shopping within a short walk, and access to the M1 freeway is fantastic, with public transport options not too far away as well.
