Just returned from a Monday to Friday break with family. We read the reviews before travelling so was not expecting too much but we were actually pleasantly surprised. Great location minutes from beach, shops, bars etc. The hotel was clean as was the pool area. Lots of free sunbeds. The food was typical all inclusive with some wierd and wonderful dishes but also delicious salads, meats, fresh breads and the most tasty pate. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. The rooms were dated but cleaned every day. We had rooms overlooking the pool which were great. We all said we would definitely stay here again. The transfer is a bit long 1.5 hours but you soon forget about that when sat on your sunbed.

First time at this hotel and we had a great stay from start to finish: At check-in we were told that we've been upgraded from a regular double (as booked, with extra bed for our party of 3) to an apartment. Although the hotel has mainly German guests, no one reserves sunbeds. :D People arrive at the pool by 8.30 and stay, not seen a single towel on a lounger earlier than that during our entire stay. Always found a free sunbed at any time during the day, too. The entertainment team were great; not overly pushy, friendly, fun and just enough on offer each day. Location is second row from the beach which is about a 3 minute walk across the road (one way, not busy) and the same distance to the main ***** with shops, bars, etc. Overall a clean hotel in a convenient location, with friendly staff, good food with a wide selection at every mealtime (we had all-inclusive). Would definitely recommend and come again.

I can fully recommend this hotel. We were given an unexpected upgrade on arrival to a suite facing the sea. The room itself is of high quality with a very contemporary feel. The check in procedure was very efficient with a glass of champagne or orange juice offered. The gentleman who checked us in was professional and very friendly. Housekeeping is second to none. We had our room fully serviced every day before noon. Cannot thank housekeeping enough. The gardens where we sunbathed are impressive with plenty of beds to choose from. Breakfast was really good with a wide choice of food options. ( We were Bed and Breakfast only) so no evening meal. We ate lunch at the pool bar and were very happy with the service and quality of food provided. Overall my wife and I were highly impressed with the palace and would certainly consider a return to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for a lovely stay.

CM Playa Del Moro is located right on the beach front. Along a vibrant path full of shops. Here you find lots of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, car rentals, money changer and boutique shopping. Check in was easy and fast. You are always greeted at the reception. All the staff at restaurants and bars are friendly. Breakfast and dinner selections are great. Plenty of options. Rooms, hotel surroundings and pool area are clean. Deposit are required for pool towels.

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, personal friendly , kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was really nice. The public bus stop was near the hotel , 3-4 minutes., the centrum with many shops and restaurants was 10 minutes walking . We really enjoy our staying in the hotel.

I booked the Senator in Cala Millor for a 6 night break for myself to chill out and relax. I knew the area and the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars and 10 yards from the beach and so this made it a perfect location. I loved the room design and the lovely walk in shower. Vegan toiletries are provided so no need to take any with you. There’s also a hairdryer and, best of all, a fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. There’s a large tv but I struggled to find any English channels. Small criticism was the lack of plug sockets next to the bed to plug my phone in overnight. These were on the other side of the room. I also had no outside balcony or view but that was fine. The bed was amazingly comfortable and, although the hotel was quite full it was very quiet. I loved the rooftop pool which was perfect for cooling down in. At only 90cm deep it’s not really for swimming in. The hotel had a fair few books available in the lobby which was great for me as I read a lot on holiday. The only downside with the hotel was the lack of food available. They did a limited continental breakfast in the ground floor restaurant from 8-10.30 but there was no lunch or evening food and nothing available from the poolside bar either. Whether this was coming later in the season I don’t know. I believe the hotel is adults only too which I hadn’t realised when booking but which probably helped with the peace and quiet. The hotel appeared to have mainly German customers in the 6 days I was there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly too.
