Oasis Backpackers has always been like a second home for me. I have stayed there several times with small groups and always pass by to greet the incredible staff that work there. Recently, I had the opportunity to meet two amazing staff members; Ana, who was very professional, accomodating, attentive and resourceful, is someone you should certainly go and meet. I also had the opportunity of meeting Jose from Cadiz. It was always pleasant to chat with him in the morning.

We had the two bedroom superior room. It was a large two floor apartment with wood floors with the living room, kitchen, and a half bath on the main floor. The kitchen has a cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, dishwasher, sink, coffee maker, hot water kettle, toaster, etc. Both bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, are upstairs. The king bedroom is a good-size room with nightstand and lights on both sides of bed. The good-size bathroom has toilet, bidet, sink, tub/shower. The second bedroom has two single beds with a tub/shower and sink at end of bedroom with no door between these and the bed area. There is a toilet in its own private, little room within this bedroom. The apartment includes laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sheets, and towels. We had to ask for hand towels for the half bath and kitchen. We also had to ask for a plug for the bathtub. The apartment has a good view. We could see the Alhambra fort and the old city area. The apartment is quiet and clean. It is about a 10 minute walk to town center. The drive to Smart Suites involves very narrow, one-way roads that the local public bus travels. I recommend not driving the wrong way on the one-way roads. It is better to follow the route the bus (C31 or C32) takes to intersection of Calle Sta. Isabel la Real and Calle San Jose and then follow the Smart Suite-provided directions to their garage on Calle San Jose.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy agradable, tanto por el personal, como las instalaciones y su ubicación. El personal fue muy amable y nos informaron bien de todo el servicio con el que contaban. En relación calidad-precio se ajusta bastante bien. La habitación estaba limpia, calentita y todo funcionaba correctamente. El único defecto era que en la mampara de la ducha se filtraba un poco el agua y se atascaba un poco. Había que ir con cuidado que no sobresaliera fuera. Nosotros no pagamos ninguna comida, sin embargo su servicio cuenta con una cocina comunitaria con cafés, tés y bebidas gratuitas. Por último el hotel está ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, cerca de todos los monumentos importantes. Lo recomiendo 100% si buscas algo bueno y baratito

Hotel pangsapuri ini berada 0.3 km dari Plaza Nueva dan 33.5 km dari Tempat Peranginan Ski Sierra Nevada.Kemudahan yang ditampilkan adalah termasuk perkhidmatan pencucian kering/dobi, kemudahan dobi dan lif. Letak kenderaan sendiri (tertakluk pada bayaran) terdapat di tapak hartanah.Selesakan diri anda di salah sebuah daripada 8 bilik tamu yang dihias secara berasingan, serta menampilkan dapur dengan peti sejuk/penyejuk beku saiz penuh dan dapur. Bilik mempunyai balkoni atau laman dalam persendirian. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, sedangkan televisyen skrin rata disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi tempat duduk berasingan, dan anda juga boleh meminta untuk katil bayi/kot (percuma).

My daughter had stayed here last year and recommended it to us. Sadly our experiences with this place varied greatly. We booked a room for 3 months in advance to be given the tiniest room ever. It had 1 single bed and 1 double bed and 2 separate doors to balcony view. 1 set up of doors didn't work. The room was so small we had difficulty storing 3 pieces of luggage (1 per person) unless they were completely closed and stored upright. If we would've left suitcases open and lying on the floor, we wouldn't have been able to enter the restroom or leave the room without jumping over suitcases. Upon check in our room was very hot. A printed page of directions were given upon check in and they included instructions that it may take up to 10 minutes for the a/c to begin working. 30 minutes later the a/c was still only blowing hot air. We notified the front desk and they arrived shortly afterwards. Unknown to us (from reading the website or upon check in), guests cannot control the a/c units in their rooms. The front desk must enter the room with a remote control. We were asked what degree celsius we'd like it set at. We responded and the front desk person left. So, vacationers beware! Unless you want to continually call the front desk to come adjust the a/c temperature, choose your a/c setting wisely. During night 1 while trying to go to sleep we heard water dripping. The a/c unit was installed above the rood door and was leaking. We placed towels on the floor and noticed this issue must have been going on for quite some time before we checked in because it was obvious the top of the door and some of the door trim were warped from the constant exposure to water. We notified the front desk the next morning and they sent someone to repair the unit. The repair was short lived and that evening we again got to listen to dripping water all night. The towels we placed on the floor the second night were soaked by the morning and the water had made its way into the hallway also. But, the worst part about our room was the bathroom. It was disgusting. Please see pics. The bottom of the shower curtain was completely black with mold and the grout and caulk on the tub / tiles needed to be completely redone. On a high note, the staff was friendly and daily we would see the hallways being cleaned and mopped (including the staircase). Too bad some of those cleaning efforts weren't put towards the bathrooms. The location is fabulous and located near many restaurants, etc. However, based on our experience here we'd look for accommodations elsewhere the next time we're in Granada.

Perkhidmatan pengambilan dari stesen kereta api disediakan dengan dikenakan surcaj.Selesakan diri anda di salah sebuah daripada 7 bilik tamu yang dihias secara berasingan, serta menampilkan dapur dengan peti sejuk dan dapur. Akses Internet wayarles percuma membolehkan anda sentiasa berhubung, manakala program digital disediakan untuk hiburan anda. Kemudahan yang disediakan merangkumi telefon serta ketuhar gelombang mikro dan pembancuh kopi/teh.

A causa della nostra esperienza della prima notte non posso assolutamente dare piu' di 3. Vi racconto: arriviamo alle ore 14 e la ragazza delle pulizie era ancora intenta a pulire il ns mini appartamento al primo piano. Molto piccolo ma puo' anche andar bene tanto noi non mangeremo mai, ma un po troppo buio, c''e una zona finestra vista strada altezza occhi, quindi non si puo' tenere aperta, ma pazienza quello che rimango basita e' l'odore. La ragazza dice che i precedenti clienti hanno fumato. Mahh a me non sembra molto odore di fumo, ma siccome non siamo di grosse pretese, lasciamo gli zaini, loro ci consigliano di lasciare aperto e far girare l'aria. Rientriamo alle 23. l 'odore non e' andato via, e assolutamente non c'è neanche un miglioramento cosa che doveva accadere se fosse fumo, ma piu stiamo dentro piu mi rendo conto che l odore e' di umidita' quindi non andra' mai via. Mi sento leggermente presa in giro ma con calma vado dall host che gentilissimo mi dice che fino a domani mattina purtroppo non ha una camera da darci. Allora abbiamo dormito li dentro perche oramai a mezzanotte era difficile andar via ma e' stata una sofferenza atroce. Mi ha dato molto fastidio la presa in giro. Loro sapevano benissimo e quindi cosa pensavano che fossimo degli stupidi??? Posso immaginare che fosse anche un problema recente, ma tu quella stanza non me la dai visto che ho anche una bambina di 8 anni! ma scherziamo. La mattina alle 8 siamo gia alzati con i bagagli in macchina in attesa del cambio appartamento che ci viene poi prontamente dato. Sotto questo punto di vista nulla da dire hanno fatto il massimo, ma io ci sono rimasta male solo per il fatto che ci abbiamo provato perche cmq lo sapevano, sono stati loro subito a dirmi dell odore e subito loro a dirmi che la mattina mi davano il cambio. Se fossero stati piu' corretti mi dovevano trovare una soluzione sin da subito! Veramente uno schifo star li una notte. Ripeto carini hanno fatto quello che potevano vero, ma avrebbero potuto a mio avviso fare di piu'. a parte questo devo dire che il secondo appartamento mansardato davvero carino a mio avviso un po piccolo perche quello sarebbe stato per 4, ma aiuto in 4 non ci si muoveva, hanno veramente studiato le misure al centimetro e mettono la cucina tanto per, non c'e' spazio per muoversi e mangiare. Quindi se prenotate in questa location considerate gli appartamenti piccoli A parte questo è situato comodo a 10 minuti dal centro e a 10 dall alhambra, Noi ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi. Per il parcheggio noi abbiamo trovato nella via, ma i parcheggi free sono davvero pochissimi e noi abbiamo avuto molta fortuna ma siamo ancora a giugno con pochi turisti.

The icing on the cake here is the rooftop balcony, which all guests can enjoy, with its iconic view across to the Alhambra, a delight whether sitting in the sun eating breakfast or viewing the illuminated buildings after dark. Breakfasts, booked in advance, were delivered to the room or helpfully carried up to the balcony. Continental breakfast, but excellent value and quite substantial. We had the ground floor apartment which was well supplied with equipment for anyone wishing to self-cater, comfortable and clean. Also quiet, despite being on street level, and within easy reach of several restaurants. We appreciated the supply of oranges and extra teabags etc in reception, after a hot day exploring the Alhambra! The staff were friendly and very helpful. It's made clear to guests that because of the location on an old, narrow street, not all taxis are willing or able to drive as far as the property, but the host went above and beyond to make sure that two older guests with dodgy knees were able to get about, booking us a taxi to and from the airport, and during our stay to various destinations. When we went out in the evening, he gave us his own number to ring in case we had a problem sourcing a taxi to get back! The location is delightful, in the historical area, but an easy walk, even for us, down into the city centre for the cathedral etc. Would recommend.

We booked this hotel for a family trip. Amazing location just in front of Alhambra palace. Staff are very helpful and nice. Very good breakfast. Rooms are very clean. The area there is busy, good for short stays. Definitely, we will come back.
